I have no QUALMS criticising bad service, conversely, I give credit where due & such is the case during my visit to this store. Some of the bad reviews I don't think are warranted & over seemingly petty issues. However, a staff member named Deborah has proved unpopular & leaves a bit to be desired if the reviews are to be believed. My partner & I were promptly attended by Mel who proved to be an excellent advertisement for this establishment. She looked, sounded & acted the part with a professional attitude, warmth & engagement. We felt there were ample & diverse choices re their products, the shop had a pleasant & inviting ambience & atmosphere. Mel assisted in helping with our choice, appeared knowledgeable & offered a generous discount. My partner & I left satisfied & will continue to patronize Michael Hill, we liked their product range & the quality of their product range. Highly recommend one pays a visit, mm, perhaps by-pass Deborah & ask for Mel. Cheers.

Horrible customer service, just went in to have my wedding ring re-plated and was told I have to have to have the piece of paper showing my care plan, never had to before as they can look it up in the system but was advised the system is lockdown… whatever that means. Funnily enough left and called CBD Michael Hill and they laughed and said they can do it and we don't need the care plan. Sounds like this is not the first time they have been called as Tea Tree Plaza don't want to do the extra work. Surprising there is no one ever in the store, need to learn the basics of customer service. Today the lady that “served” me is the same person that initially sold my reserved wedding ring when I first purchased it and I had to wait weeks to get a replacement.

Worst shopping experience by this Michael Hill store! Deborah A's bad customer service left me feeling dissatisfied with my purchase and devalued as a long time loyal customer to MH. A simple request for her to add my purchases to my file/account was not dne and not respected and only keen to swipe my card. when I asked her if stores are linked to apply purchase to my records she was not willing to help and said 'she did not have time'. She seemed bothered to serve me. Very disappointed. Do not recommend ttp store. If you value and want great customer service go to the MH store at Arndale. Its not just about the jewelry its the service that made me a 10yr loyal customer at Arndale Store. TTP need to pick up their game.

have been long time customers until today have bought 3 watches,earings & rings but after today NEVER AGAIN.The older assistant who refused to give us her name wouldn't even look up the repair history of a watch that has been repaired there 6-7 times,not including battery replacement,because after 6 1/2 years I couldn't produce receipt on the spot.As previously mentioned my husband & I have been long time customers & spent thousands there but have NEVER been treated so badly,rudely & arrogantly.We are not your insolent 5 year brat child nor your unfortunate pet so DO NOT speak to us as such with your rudeness & lectures judging by previous comments youd be Deborah AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS

Worst Manager at this TTP MH branch! I brought my husband a MH watch for around $3k from the CBD branch but we did not know to set the time or date on the watch so we had to come to TTP MH as its near my house. We went there and one of the worker approached us and we explained the situation and she did not know how to do it so she asked her manager and OMG the manager is such a witch! She screamed on the poor worker and told her you should be able to do it and just walked off! She was blabbering to herself that we might have stole it and we are uneducated etc. never going there again! CBD branch is the best!!!!

I had the best experience and customer service at Micheal Hill Modbury. I had to buy a special gift for my godson to be and they offered nothing less than the best. They gave me a good deal and made sure I was happy. I was served by a gentleman named ‘Harsh’. He was by far amazing at his job and made me feel comfortable. He remembered me by face which made me feel like a special customer. Will return here when I need another piece of jewellery.

I love coming to this Michael Hill store!! I live closer to the Elizabeth store but will always happily drive to this one. All the staff are so wonderful!! Im in there quite often and its even better when they remember my face haha!! They have sold me my wedding bands, watches, my engagment ring to my husband, Only bad thing is walking out with a sad looking bank account hahaha. Love their work and service. Keep it up lovelies!!

If I could score 0 I would . I called up after speaking to someone online to find out about stock to be told TTP have what I want. Called up and spoke to Karen. Who apparently is hard of hearing and hung on me twice. I called back to speak to the manger to see if she could double check the stock in case Karen got the number wrong. Twice I got hung up on then waited on the line as Abby was busy to be hung up on again.

I want to thank a very special person Jade. She has gone above and beyond, with the most caring and most professional attitude. She knows what she is doing as well as the rest of the team, at Tea Tree Plaza Michael Hill. But overall Jade has been more of a personal favourite and I’m glad I have had her to deal with the many purchases I make from Her Store. Thank you Always Jade, Jarrod

Never come back to this branch. Poor customer servicing. The marketing works well considering the company benefits, but completely against the customers. They say something and then deny when you purchase the item. We bought 4 items for more than $4000, but we’re treated very badly. I do recommend try other branches. The WORST experience we have ever had.

Very poor head management. I purchased a life time warranty care package with my wife's wedding and engagement set. To be disappointed when we tryed to claim on it when she lost the main diamond out of it 7years later saying regular maintenance was required on the ring absolutely disgusting

I went in to get my battery replaced. I do like what Michael Hill have set up. If you buy any watch, it is a lifetime battery replacement. I have bought 3 watches, 12yrs ago, and keep going back when the batteries run out. This is a good store to purchase jewellery and watches from.

went to look at some watches for wifey for christmas ,not the cheapest but the staff there are so helpful, had saved up $200 not much there until i went to the front counter and there it was paid $269 left smiling, great place to buy from, highly recommended

I purchased my wedding rings to be the best memory of my life. But now it is the worst experience ever. Never come to this branch for any purposes. Honestly never recommend this branch.

Very friendly service. I misread an email regarding my click and collect order but without making it a problem I was politely asked to wait while they picked and boxed it up for me.

Try to avoid. Staff are judgmental, pretentious and rude. Some staff are also clueless. I will travel into the city branch for any future jewellery cleans

Most of mine and partners jewelry has come from Michael Hill. Always had great, no pressure service. And jewelry is of the best quality.
