"I wanted to express my thanks to Michael who looks after Middle Gorge station, he went above and beyond informing commuters of travel options, during the recent underground works, he offered assistance daily and was genuinely concerned for his regular customers finding viable and convenient transport options, I have to say I was puctual for work every day thanks to Michael's travel suggestions, I was passing on information to other work colleagues and friends, we all noted the best information came from Middle Gorge under Michaels care "

Unfortunately since 2019, There're no staff available in the morning or afternoon for any assistance. The office remains closed at Middle Gorge .

Not many people, I use the Mernda line always and I think many people just use Hawkstowe instead of this station. Its like a 2-9 ratio of people. Hawkstowe is more busy for me.
Pretty nice station but not many people are using this station everyday. Hopefully there's another station at the corner of Lakes Blvd and Plenty road.
Who cares about the name, just be glad we have a station ffs
