This shop has great service and a wide variety of knowledge about fixing, selling and racing bikes. Ed, Ryan and Lincoln are skilled, helpful mechanics that can always get the job done on time at a great price. This is a friendly shop that is always willing to help anyone from experienced racer to someone who is buying their first bike.

I spent a small fortune there over a few years (three or four thousand bucks) on maintenance for a performance road bike and a commuter. I ended up getting sub-par goods - no-name clearance stuff, "special" deals, etc. This led to equipment failures and DNF's on events. I learned my lesson the hard way. I would not recommend this store.

Walked in and ordered new forks for my Classic Rocky Mountain Cardiac Frame that I wanted to keep due to nostalgia. Unlike all the other places who tried to sell me a new bike, Ed was helpful. After a few minutes, he found exactly what I needed and I left happy. When I do buy a new bike, it will be from Mighty riders!

Really happy with service - good, prompt communication pre-booking and while bike was in the shop. The bike was looked at when they said it would be, and was ready to go when they said it would be. I caught Ed just as he was locking up the shop at the end of the day, and he want back in so I could get my bike.

They care deeply about bikes, and all types of cycling, from commuting to touring to road racing, cyclocross, MTB, gravel, you-name-it. Repairs are done right, costs reasonable. The more you deal with them, the better they get to know you and your specific cycling needs. A relationship worth cultivating.

They've been working on my bikes for years, small jobs and big jobs, always reliable, and accommodating. You can learn tons if you want to listen instead of talking. That's how you get told off and it works in the rest of the world. Have patience, they're busy for a reason - they're good. Thanks guys.

Twice I bought at this store and both times they changed the specs without consulting me. This last time they did it with good intentions, but I ended up with a part that I cannot use. I am selling brand new stuff at a loss. If you decide to take your chances, double check with them all the specs.

  • Vanessa Lever

These guys know their stuff and provide great service. And if you buy a bike there, they won't stop until you are 100% comfortable with the fit and feel of that bike. Plus, within the first year of owning a bike from them, you get free service!

  • Christina Faminoff

Terrible service. The only reason I shelled out to buy a new bike rather than a used one was because I wanted to have something selected and properly fit for me from the very beginning. I have an odd body shape with long legs and very short

I just became a proud owner of 10 feet of brake hose for Shimano hydraulic brakes. I paid $84 total = 8.40 per foot. Made the mistake of looking it up on Amazon afterwards. And I suddenly understood why the guy at the checkout was mumbling

Andrew helped me get my new (to me) Specialized fitted out for me. First time having a road bike properly fitted and Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer and explain everything every step of the way. Additionally they

I've always been impressed with the service at Mighty Riders. A few years back my wife was looking to buy a new bike. She's 5'0", so finding something that fits is a challenge. Ed at Mighty built up an XS Brodie specially for her, but when

Mighty was the first shop I ever bought a bike at full pop. They fitted and assessed me, making sure it would do what I wanted - a titanium road bike was a big investment, so I didn't want to do it wrong. Between that and the last 7 years

Went to take my bike for a spin. I threw the chain on a shift and it got caught on the other side of the chain catcher. While pedaling it twisted and bent the hell out of my Di2 front derailleur. Cage is totally twisted. I ride straight to

Like school, exercise, and any relationship you get from Mighty Riders what you put into it. Unlike most retail these days they will not coddle you. Go in with an open mind and patience and you will learn something. Go in with an attitude

I rarely write reviews, let alone bad ones, Extremely displeased with the service. This place used to be the best, many of us from the racing community had respect and spoke well of Ed, in the earlier days of his involvement , so this is

  • Stefan Ritson

Had a simple bike repair done here. The staff seemed really unorganised. I was told it would take 1 day, it took 2. I was not told how much it would cost until I asked. When I picked the bike up the wrong part had been fitted and it cost

  • Gregg Smillie

Awesome bike shop, have been taking my road bike, mtb, my wife's bike, and my kids bikes here for close to 15 years. No BS, no fancy sales, just straight up honesty, integrity, and a genuine interest in helping. I've bought bikes there

  • Chris Baber

Have had really great experiences with this shop. You don't get the cheery artificial friendliness that you would get at the Gap. What you get is a highly competent crew of bike nerds who know their product and stand behind it. For me

  • Howard Olsen

Ed and his team with Patrick & Nick are some of the best bike guys in the city. They know bike inside and out and are more interested in giving exceptional advice than in trying to sell you something. Unlike many of the shops around

  • Andrew Strilesky

These guys are great. Can't express how impressed I was by Ryans work on my bike and his knowledge with Campagnolo. I had a nightmare experience with my Colnago C60 with an eps super record groupset that didn't think would end. The

They've been nothing but helpful, knowledgable, and keenly interested in my cycling needs in the six years I've been a customer. If the shop is busy you may have to wait for service, but your patience will be rewarded.

  • Susan Willows

My friend has an older conversion e-bike. Ed and his team keep him going for the least amount of money possible. If a repair can wait, they tell him what can wait if he doesn't want to spend the money at that time.

  • Scott C

I've taken 2 bikes (road bike, and touring bike) to this shop for tune-ups and bike fits (at On the Rivet, their affiliated store) and have been very pleased with how they operate.

  • Olivier Lebeau

I can’t beleive some of the reviews, Ed and Patrick are knowledgeable and know how to fix and service all types of bikes, so what , you have to wait a few minutes for service ?!

  • Kevin Parkinson

Poor communication, no attention to detail and complete apathy ! After putting the wrong rear derailleur on a new bike we were forced to

  • Alexander Primo

I've had a good experience with Mighty Riders. The bike fit was very thorough and the finished bike is great. Very happy!

  • Kyle Haack

Heck ya! Hooked it up with some cleat covers that they had sitting in a drawer LA Bicycletta can sit on a tack …

  • Ron Rex

Everything you need to build your dream bike. Top quality products and unsurpassed bike knowledge. Highly recommend

  • Blair Patterson

I cant say enough good things about Ed and the guys working at the Mighty Riders bike shop.
