When I moved in it last year it was 5 plus. When They had a real Menager I don’t remember her name, this winter thing’s started getting worse to many people obviously on drug’s moving in, then the gate was open for over a month. Then I received email saying they are changing hours, I used to have two units over there one for my storage one for car. I do mechanical work and road side assist. Okay I dropped one unit since I cannot use it anymore, was waiting when another location will have until available reserv in rent U-Haul truck started packing ask Menager many time’s if it is possible to stay there later. Hi said no. And every night there a lot of people staying in side. I did not. Till last day when I’m loading my truck I miss time I had cupel engine’s sitting out side trying to fit everything in a truck. I had no choice to stay and finish it okay order some food. Packed everything cleaned until. And left by the end of next day. Got some rest paid for different location unit. Going there they call me sorry we can’t rent to you because you have. violation from previous location. I said have your General manager. Call me she did. I asked her what did I do she said you had sandwich delivered Fry locked gate. Yes I miss the time to get out. Wish I supposed to temper with gate or die from hunger in here? That’s violation we can’t remove it. You can’t rent from mini storage depot anymore. Okay what about people who damped trash on property. Or unbolting gate every night we’re working on it. Guess what management is not doing their job. I’m filling low site against that location that moving has cost me over 3000 Thousand dollars just because they change their policy because they cannot do their job or higher on the dependent security guard at night.

All of my tools and motorcycles got stolen from here. They use a very cheap fence around back and the thief's came in overnight and hung out on the property stealing all My. Stuff for over 1 hour. They walked my motorcycles off the property and all my belongings to another vehicle nearby and were ein no hurry because there is no motion sensor system installed anyone can come in overnight and do this with a $50 electric saw or bolt cutters. They undid 4 screws on the fence post and then slid it over after getting inside and using a saw or bolt cutters to cut the bar on the storage lockers. The facility does not care about your belongings. They offered me nothing but to move out as all my stuff is gone. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING VALUABLE HERE. $20K IN VEHICLES AND TOOLS GONE BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND POOR SECURITY. If you have ahyyhing here you best lock it up even better inside the unit anyone can get to it anytime until they put in better motion security and better fences. They use a great fence along rhe front where everyone sees the facility but on the side and back they use very cheap fence

FANTASTIC !!! This new climate controlled storage facility is the best that I have ever seen and I had been searching for a while…so happy to have found this gem. Beautiful and clean condition, everything in working order and wonderful service with Kyle and Tristan. This location is the perfect situation for using a moving truck, completely flat, very secure gate. We were one of the first people to rent and We mentioned to Manager Tristan that we needed carts and the next day, like magic, two showed up. We asked about an asphalt ramp into doorway – and next day, crews are out laying asphalt. HIGHLY recommend Old Hickory location – this company really cares about their customers, and it shows. I would use caution when storing here. We happened to check our storage unit the end of last week and over the weekend and found that the perimeter fence's gate was open and out of service; we then found that all the control access door locks were not active on the buildings. The site nor buildings were secured. Anyone could walk or drive in and have access to the buildings. Couple this with observing what appears to be people living out of the units in the past, caused us to move out of our unit. Even with the lock on our unit, the lack of security and people staying in the units, gives us security concerns.

your belongings are not safe here. Police told me after my stuff was stolen from a unit here they have a ton of break ins overnight. This place does nothing to stop them. When I told them I lost $20k of belongings from here their response was you should have paid for our insurance. TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY FROMTHIS HOLE and the management/employees are TERRIBLE. You are not safe here, many homeless people staying on the property selling and doing drugs, loitering. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YTOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This place seems like a homeless camp there are people out at all hrs of the nite I have herd from other people that have a strange there they are scared to go when it's dark and there has been numerous break in of storage bins and also vehicles on the parking lot I know 1 person that has been robbed on several occasions wheather there vehicle or storage both have been broken in to with items stolen from both I know several people have a lot over there and they all want to move to a different place

Super nice facilities with 24hour entry. Tristan is very nice and easy to talk too. The grounds are kept clean of debris/trash. Also is well lit for those who go to there storage at night (like myself). Thanks, Brandon & Sheila

I love the way you can do it on your code at anytime of the day and you are able to get into your unit. I work a lot so I can't visit within the normal hours. The service was absolutely awesome and very friendly and helpful..

Nice and clean. Only complaint is the "Free Month" is prorated so instead of an entire month free, You only get what's left of the month free from the date you check in. Blake's cool though good service

Great dry place just be prepared to drag or carry your belongings what seems like forever if your not right at the door. Should be some type of dolly system to assist in the matter
