We have had a storage unit there for over 5 years. I can honestly say I keep my stuff there because this is hands down the best place I have ever used when it comes to storing my belongings. The place is always clean and well kept, the security there is great with camera's every where and gate access restricted never left open and the staff is by far the best also I have dealt with frankie and his wife and other staff for years and they are always friendly,professional and courteous. this is not a place with a revolving door when it comes to staff.

Unfortunately my bf storage broken into they pulled out the back wall sheet metal . So needless to say he’s moving out . Disappointed this storage was not reinforced but he’ll know what to look for should he rent again here on southside . Can’t recommend this facility . Actually the storage unit needed to be properly reinforced in the first place! also there is onsite personnel which I thought was gonna be a plus renting there…covid commentary has nothing to do with it just failure to perform due diligence !

Excellent service!!! Greeted with such enthusiasm and concern for my belongings they have led me to believe money is not of any concern only your business. State of the art security system and well maintained grounds make this storage facility a must have. Thank you guys for you everyday awesome service. Although, the gate takes forever to open, haa, I am still glad i got their last unit!!!!

Excellent employees and well managed storage facility. I have to say as a first time storage renter I was very unsure about leaving my belongings. This facility has provided me confidence and reliability allowing me to move my stuff with ease. It's also very affordable, I received a lock and keys for my unit at no additional cost. If needed again, I'll be sure to always rent here.

The staff are amazing always greeting you with a smile. Storage unit was nice and clean. If the unit needs to be service staff is there to fix the issues. I recommend this storage unit price is very affordable. And if you need an upgrade on a unit staff is there to help you out.

The manager is very polite me and my husband had an amazing experience we were there using the storage for about four to five years and we have nothing but nice things to say if you're looking for a good storage and the monthly cost is not expensive even with the late fees

I must say I was very impressed with the top quality of service that I received. The employees were very helpful in every aspect from move in to move out. The grounds were very well maintained. I knew my stuff was safe, because security was top quality.

I love Mr. Frank(neighbor) he is just the sweetest person ever and is always helpful. I love this place but they are getting too expensive. Now you are required to have insurance on your locker. Other than that I hope I can stay for a few more months.

Well run, well supervised storage facility. Climate controlled units available along with non-climate controlled units. Clean grounds. Nice people staffing the office. The entry gate and grounds are closely watched for safety and courtesy purposes.

Don’t store valuables here if you don’t want them stolen. The management staff is great but the owners have put minimum effort into security. There isn’t full perimeter fencing, which leaves the back of some units exposed AND they don’t

Friendly people running the facility. Made a unit available for last minute. Someone happened to be moving out the same day I needed one, she didn't hesitate to help me get into that unit asap. Facility is clean and kept up with.

Gated facility with code access and security. You can pay your bill online or you can put it on auto-pay if you wish. Staff is friendly, helpful and will even let you borrow a dolly if you need it.

Mr. Hernandez was Sarcastic, Rude , Unprofessional, Disrespectful and has No people skills. I would not go there even if it was the only storage facility in San Antonio. Very Shameful.

The process was simple and efficient. The tenants were a pleasure to work with. I will in the future use this place for storage if needed again, no question. Oh yeah, affordable too.
