"Worst hospital to deliver a baby!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this hospital They lacked proper equipment during surgery The doctor couldn’t take out my tubes because he didn’t have the machine to do it The staff didn’t place compression socks on me during surgery (causing my feet to be extremely swollen) The girl “assisting during my surgery from preop “ was too concerned flirting with the 2 men inside the surgery room (I have video footage of this” and didn’t pay attn to her role of being in the room I developed bruises on the back of my legs from not having the compression socks on and the nurse asked me if I hit myself… Just because these ladies have RN on the badge doesn’t mean they are very good I was concerned about my babies breathing The woman named Tammy who came in to check on her kept sitting down everywhere I she could , sweating really heavily, she caused the edge of the bed of the room to stay tilted sideways The doctor who came in to assess my baby grabbed her by one hand, leaning her body up on his body , moving my baby up and down while standing & with the other hand trying to open her eyes… this really caused me so much anxiety I also requested my trash to be taken out several time, I asked several nurses from the shifts and they all lacked communication They neglected to give me a band for my stomach Please rethink before having your baby here"

I’m beyond frustrated. Was in a car accident and because this hospital was close by I chose this one to be seen. I had abdominal pain and being pregnant I never expected for their only check was a Doppler. It’s literally just a toy to “hear”. Not see internal injuries. I had to demand an ultrasound. While getting blood drawn, the nurse kept fishing for a vein when my veins literally pop out visibly but she kept forcing it and ignored me when explaining it’s hurting and ow and even me wanting to move away from the pain and she forced it to the point where blood splattered and she blew a vein. After trying to get in contact with whoever’s in charge to make a formal complaint I was suppose to speak to the head nurse Chelsea but instead was greeted by a man with an amputee arm who had his name badge covered and when trying to explain I need an actual physical paper to show my complaint he basically told me he never heard that before and overlooked it as a joke and didn’t take me seriously and just said he’d just verbally speak to the RN on it himself. No offense, but because you receive 100s if not 1000s of patients, how are you going to remember this incident? Instead he gave me a number to call because I keep insisting. So now I’m going to go higher above them and bypass their administratives and file a complaint on my own for malpractice negligence because regardless how you want to see it, I was ignored of my pain. Then when trying to make sure I can at least get this in writing or some form of paperwork to PROVE it’ll be handled properly, I was denied and basically laughed at. Speaking to a lawyer first thing. Especially because I was in a car accident and need documented proof of the injuries I sustained including an additional pain and suffering I really shouldn’t or didn’t need to endure while staying at this hospital. And explaining a buttcheek injury and I understand it’s a “haha I said buttcheek” but something’s definitely wrong. I couldn’t handle the bumps in a car, my whole left side is now physically hurting, I can’t put weight or pressure. Been up for hours just in pain. How could a hospital see internal injuries with a Doppler toy? How was I suppose to know exactly where all my pain was if I was immediately given Tylenol for pain? Make it make sense. Going to my favorite hospital and hoping they can do more for me because this hospital was a joke. Only person I enjoyed was the ultrasound technician and she helped better my mood but the rest of the experience I will be contacting someone legally.
Overall I was shocked by the standard treatment of people. Let me begin by saying the director of nursing was wonderful and very professional. Sadly her subordinates, not so much. You would think this was The Center of Toxicity rather than an emergency care center. The staff here is very unprofessional, impatient, and unkind. They are good at making mountains out of molehills. Instead of de-escalating a tense situation, they actually create unnecessary drama in the way they engage and speak to people. An emergency setting is one that consists of people who are hurting and are in a very vulnerable emotional state of mind. This requires people who possess the capacity to meet such individuals with loving kindness and understanding care. The two head nurses working in the ER do not possess what their position requires. They might have passed the tests in school and gained the degrees, but they seriously lack the kind of communication & people skills that aid people in one of their greatest hours of need. These ladies either lack the most important quality necessary in nursing, or they have allowed their miserable personal lives to bleed into their jobs. Administrators needs to seriously look into this. I noticed the lower level ladies, who serve as observers for those detained in the ER were very quiet and kind. In some ways they seemed very aware of the treatment yet likely were afraid to say anything for fear of losing their jobs.

I've waited to post this because so much hate was in my heart for this place. I took my child in for emergency care for reasons that do not need to be discussed. I stayed crying my eyes out for what seemed like hours. No one. Not one single person came and talked to me. No one acknowledged my existence. No one offered comfort.i just sat there as the night went on to be what felt like the worst night of my life when i thought he was dying. I was looked at in disgust. No one would tell me his treatment plan or anything that they were doing to help him. He was a child. I was shuffled out of his room so that they could talk to him. The security guard came and offered me comfort. Asked if he could take me to have a cup of coffee to help me calm down. I declined and he just talked to me. He talked and talked until i stopped crying. He was my only source of comfort on the worst night of my life. I takes to multiple staff members before i left trying to figure out afar they were going to do.a plan of action. Anything. And no one had answers. These people were the most awful people on earth. I hate them all and i hate this hospital.
Professional staff. The pre-op nurses were all amazing. The only issue I had was when I asked for pain medication from a night nurse, I would have to ask twice, even though it was past time for the medication. I had a hip revision. After my second revision, I have a little more knowledge regarding the distribution of the pain meds. There was a nurse there who went above and beyond. Her shortened name was Ari. I belive it was Arizbetha. Thank you for the care you gave me. Carol Baker August 17, 2023 I'm back for my 2nd hip revision as I was not being mindful when getting up from floor. The staff here is just amazing, every one of them. Im grateful for the care and for Doctor Nwelue who repaired what I broke. If you want the best hospital care, Mission Trail Baptist is the place. Also I'd like to include the pre-op staff. Maria lightens up the entire floor. And the anesthioligists, the people who clean, the CNA (Raquella and Brenda, Sierra) every single staff that works here. Every single nurse I had is so professional. So much patience with me, professional, kind, and so knowledgeable. Thank you all.
This Hospital was Okay at one time but now the NEW staff and Doctors are rude, mean, cruel, unprofessional unorganized and they don't care about Us. Why come give them service so they can get paid if they can't give us Service with Care. It's Sad to see my 8year old son crying because he has a major earache and headache and they couldn't even treat him. Or check on him. This very Pathetic!!!! People can Die here. We are exhausted and he's a child wanting to be home. we got a taxi here i wish I had money to take him to a children's hospital downtown. But we just live down the street. This is a nightmare for us we just want to go HOME but first we gotta wait for the doctor's and nurse's to finish eating they Hot Soup. Y'all better think before coming to this Hospital of Nightmares. We we're in the emergency room for 3hrs and 2hrs still waiting to get help in the Hallway. Been here since 9pm.
I had a wound that would not heal and it was a very long journey for me because I went through so many emotions and with the kindness of the staff at this wound care was the most amazing Dr. Shaw and his nurses were amazing staff I got to know all of them and they are so special to my life there is no other words to say how amazing every one was there. I just want to say how I was blessed to be treated by Dr Shaw , he is the most amazing Doctor for wound healing. I will always thank him so much for the care he gave me on my wound, I am finally healed and I am so gratitude to him and his staff , I would recommend their wound care clinic to whoever is having diabetes wounds . God bless them all and May God bless them so many more years so they are able to continue to heal others. I love you all and God bless you all.
I had the absolute BEST delivery and postpartum experience here . Everyone was extremely supportive and genuine my entire time especially after having such an awful experience at the birth place. My anesthesiologist I’m so terribly sorry I can’t remember his name really took the time to make us comfortable and walk me through the entire process , my nurses specifically Bonita was super sweet and caring , Morgan also super friendly and accommodating, Yolanda for spending extra time helping us and of course Jayda for spending a good hour it seemed helping me my baby to latch on not once but twice ! Each nurse and doctor and everyone involved helped us have the best possible birthing experience and we are so grateful . This hospital has people who actually CARE which is so hard to find , but they are doing it right !
This is one of the worse hospitals ever , my bf got admitted for 3 days for a high risk respiratory infection , not a doctor or physician in sight . They made him go 3 days with out eating or drinking and when asked why they never had a reason , just told not to do it , he had no restrictions or anything and then when asked to talk to the director my bf and I were asked to leave the building, for simply asking to talk to the director to get transported to a different hospital to be taken more seriously. We’ll most likely never come back to this hospital, to anyone who reads this I encourage you to see a different emergency room for serious problems. They have such rude nurses who mumble underneath their breath . If they simply don’t like helping people I’m pretty sure this isn’t the job for them .
Today September 16th at 6:40 pm the nurse at the front desk (registration) was very rude he would see patients standing in line to check in and he would completely ignore them. When I asked how much longer it would be he said that the doctor is busy and if I did not want to wait I could check out. for starters I was here for my daughter who is only 1 . I was told by the doctor that when I come in to get her stitches removed that I would get sent right to the back. more then 4 family’s have gotten seen and sent to the back and I got here 30min / 1hr before they did. I’ve been waiting in this waiting room 2 hrs just to have stitches removed this is ridiculous they need professional staff members because the attitude was not needed
I went in and had a decent size laceration to my leg, the dressing I had wasn’t holding to my leg anymore and Jerry, an LVN at the front immediately got me another bandage to help me cover up my wound. I was then called over to triage and Christi got me triaged and taken care of then taken to a room. Jessica came in and was comforting, I was in pain and my blood pressure was elevated due to the current situation and she provided me comfort and compassion and some jokes to soften the mood! Lance was my NP, he came in and explained the process of sutures and carefully did my sutures in a fashion he said best for minimal scarring. Overall, my visit was pleasant! Great staff, excellent care! Thank you!
One year ago on October 31, 2022 with the most amazing nurses on the 3rd floor ever. They We're the most professional helping and definitely the most had the time to spent with. However, I can't say the same for their billing office I have since received a bill 1 year later with harassment from a third party collection agency due to the information taken by mission travel's billing. The office this bill has now gone over 1 year and I'm continuously harassed. Unfortunately, the business office of mission trails hospital is unable to go over the information properly to bill. I hcontacted the business office. Unfortunately, they are unable or unwilling to assist.
First of all my daughter works and is a high risk pregnancy due to her health issues. Her doctor scheduled her to get induced and as soon as she left the doctor office the hospital was holding her induced date hostage! Her insurance has paid 85% of there bill and this person from this hospital called her 5 times a day for the rest of the money. How dare you put my daughter through all this stress when she's a High Risk. You all are very disgusting people to hold someone surgery or anything hostage. Due to this harassment my daughter ended up in the emergency room with her blood pressure going through the roof and contractions. I will be reporting you all !
Mission trails wound care center took care of me I have never been sick before and they provided me with the BEST CARE, they made it fun coming to doctors appointments the staffs spirits and personalities were great and that's what patients need. Thank you to my nurses melanie, Katt, alesha, Cortney and my doctor's Wilson and shah and NP April . And Eddie from HBO who I saw almost everyday. appreciate everything they did for me and I will miss the entire team and front staff Melanie,RN dealing with you, you left me with a smile every day at my appointments,. Not that I want to get sick again but I will recommend this place again for anyone
I would like to thank the ER and the Triage staff for everything you do to keep your patient healthy. I also would Love to send a special Thank to your 3rd floor staff especially those who took care of my mother in room 354. Our experience was very satisfying and comforting. You have an amazing staff. Thank you for a group of angels. Thank you Gloria Shannon,Cheyenne, Dr.RothRock,Martina,Sarah,Marlena, Mercedes, Elida,Clair, Devon,Dr. Gibbs,Stephen, Dr Hull, Dr.Mackannon,Labs,Dietian,Respiratory staff house keeping and other names I forgot I'm sorry. God bless you all. And thank you again for giving me more time on earth with my mom. In
Honestly, I've waited to write this but this ER needs to do better. I made the mistake of telling one nurse that I smoked Mary, and now every time I come here they profile me as a junky and will have the audacity to tell me that I'm sick because of smoking. But I knew they were wrong so I went to a different ER and thank god the nurse there didn't discriminate. She did her job and took a scan of my stomach and found the ACTUAL problem. Can y'all just please stop assuming the worst of people just because they've smoked Mary Jane. I thought healthcare professionals were supposed to be unbiased but not here apparently.
I am not someone who goes to the ER. Like ever. I power through and usually whatever ailment I have gets better. This morning I woke up in so much pain I didn’t know what to do. Jackie Kuehl RN and Desiree took SUCH good care of me. They listened, they made me laugh, and they were just all around awesome. I didn’t feel like a faceless person, I felt like a patient who was genuinely cared for. NP David Gonzales was amazing also, he made me feel seen and heard. At one point, Jackie brought me like six blankets bc I couldn’t stop shivering from the infection I had developed. Thank you to the staff at Mission Trails ER!
Rebecca Silva is the first one I met in isolation and she worked very hard to make me comfortable and understand what was going on and had she been a regular nurse with a regular attitude. I would not have been surprised but she went above and beyond to make sure that I was as comfortable as I could be, even though I had no idea what was really going on with my body Special thanks to her and mission trail baptist hospital we were able to find out and come up with a course of action. I do appreciate in holding high regard, strong lady, and her approach to my predicament. Human to human not employer to patient
My stepfather just got admitted to Mission Trail Baptist. From the time he arrived via EMS everyone has been very friendly and explained to me everything that was going on step by step. Our ED Nurse Sabrina and Gerard were so nice and knowledgeable. Crystal RN was my admission Nurse into the ICU. She was the sweetest person I have ever met. Her and the ICU charge Selena were great! Sylvia is taking care of him today and she is doing a great job. She is always checking in on him to make sure he is comfortable. All in all, so far Mission Trail Baptist is doing a great job, but they always do when we are here.
Mother had a severe injury to her back, came to the ER. Bringing her in took your normal time to be admitted. But after a few hours, literally with zero patients in the hallway waiting, took almost 16hours to just get seen. As mentioned before, their was literally almost no patients at all aside from my mom, and it took them over 16 hours to have her be "somewhat" treated. Shes had much better luck going to university hospital om medical drive. Believe the rest of the reviews on here, go somewhere else, but not here, unless you love wasting time and seeing you're loved ones in pain.
The worst hospital in San Antonio! I took my mom because of an emergency. She needed her gallbladder out. They left us in a triage/ observation room from 5- about 3am and couldn’t control her pain she is elderly and was screaming and crying in pain. I had to keep reminding them that it was time for her pain medicine. The nurse Lexus was no where to be found. No one could tell me when she was going to be seen and told me that it could take up until mid day or evening that next day before she gets seen! I would not recommend this place to anyone needed good care and control
My experiences with the Baptist System have ALWAYS been good. On Wednesday 08/30/23, I was admitted to the 3rd Floor. From admitting to release, everyone that came into my room was caring, comforting, and reassuring. My Room Nurse Monica has my upmost appreciation. I had not been allowed food due to a battery of test but 5 minutes after I got back to my room she walked in with lunch. ❤️ God Bless every medical professional that treated in the ER, Chemical Medicine and especially those who took care of me in 344.
This review is of the Outpatient Wound Care Center. They are the most awesome caring bunch of nurses that I have met in a long time. From the receptionists to the doctors and nurses everyone collaborates as an amazing team! The clinic is always clean and uncluttered. The patient is treated with respect and dignity. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they dispense the knowledge to the patient so they understand what is going on. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
Avoid scheduling your imaging at the HOSPITAL. I have been here an HOUR and they're waiting for someone to become available meanwhile I have another appointment in 20 minutes. Instead schedule at the OFFICES BUILDING next door where they seem to have very good reviews. Edit: it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone here. I've been calling for DAYS at different times and you get transferred endlessly until the line just cuts off. I'm still awaitingy results after 2 weeks.
Worst experience through the emergency room I’ve ever had. it took the nurses six tries to put an IV in my wife’s vein. I had a notify the nurses that her blood pressure was climbing because nobody would check on her. and I had to change the bedsheets myself and take a urine sample for my wife because there was no nurses available now I’m getting charged $985 for $100 ER deductible visit, after the five times I gave him my insurance information. Horrible
Just had my cardiac cath today. What an awesome team!!! Maria very informative kept me calm, Cesar was excellent and explained everything to me so I would understand. Javier kept my spirits high. I was very anxious and this team treated me like a family member!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you all. Dr Hans is spent time with me before the procedure and made me feel at ease. What a wonderful doctor. This is the place to go for your procedure.
I am currently being seen. From the moment that I walked in the front desk staff was professional, and so customer friendly! The restrooms were clean and any questions I had they were prompt to answer them! They made sure to come and check on me and let me know any updates or delays; I just can’t comment enough on such an outstanding experience that I’ve had! This will definitely be our go to hospital when we can’t make it to a Military facility!
I was at mission Trails Hospital last week on the third floor and my Day nurse was Felicia she was the Best nurse I have ever had she went above and beyond her job she saved my life the way she responded to a situation All the nurses on the dayshift and night shift on the third floor were excellent I thank each and everyone of you for taking care of me, the way you all did…. Thank you from the button of my Heart sincerely Fran Parker
I got extremely Ill and came to the super busy ER and was treated excellent. All the Drs, Nurses, aides and technicians were great. On 3N it was the same thing. The nurses, cnas were professional and friendly. Lychelle, Hailey and Sarah were so friendly and helpful in a time I was sick and freaked out. Jon and Jennifer in dialysis were awesome, answered my questions. There are too many people to name because everyone was great.
Rebecca is one of the housekeepers here at mission trails baptist hospital, I want to start by saying she is a very friendly hard working woman. She ensures my dads room is clean and sanitary, when me and my family come to visit she makes us feel welcomed! Housekeepers are an essential part of medical car, they ensure the safety and cleanliness of all our patients needs. Thank you for all you do Rebecca!!! We appreciate you!
I went last night and it was probably the dirtiest hospital I ever seen and that’s including Southwest General. Restroom had no soap or toilet paper, floor was dirty, toilets were dirty. Just GROSS! Hardly anyone was a wearing a mask including Staff even tho a lot of people were coughing and gagging left and right. I left! Made me so anxious being there, I was about to have a panic attack. It was so disgusting.
My grandma came here for a bone marrow biopsy and with the 3 star reviews, I was concerned about her visit but she actually asked me to review this hospital for her. She was treated so well, beginning from checking in at the front desk to every staff member that assisted her throughout the process and for that we are very grateful and appreciative. We had a 5 star experience despite the circumstances.
I am very happy to share this with you .. I am alive . Thanks to the Profesional staff .. They made me feel like family..I was in there care for over a month. The Chaplain Mr Daniel elguezabal . Is an out standing man of God..I thank him for his prayers ... Because of the skill and Care of All the staff .. I am alive and walking again.. God bless all the staff from top to bottom there .. Amen....
The entire Faculty and Staff at Wound Care are one of the best people I have met. They are caring and polite, I would like to thank them so much for taking good care of My wife (Juanita Garcia). They are professional on everything they do and would recommend anyone to seek their services. Keep up the outstanding job and don’t think we don’t see the amazing work each and everyone of you do for us!!!!
Worst hospital. I was misdiagnosed. Discharged incoherent. Only to find out a couple weeks later it was an anemic seizure that I had severe anemia. I will never go to this hospital again. I have to have immediate surgery and to told my surgeon I will NOT have it this hospital. Because of the last experience. She said it is one of the busiest ER in SA. I don’t care no excuse for the care I got.
We thought my hubby was a having a heartache. Turned out to be Heat Exhaustion. Dr. Davidson was awesome . It was really busy and he still took the time to explain everything to us. I was so grateful and my hubby felt better after his consultation. The nursing staff and the Admitting personal were excellent!! The hospital it self is very clean. A plus experience. Thank you so very much.
The people from medical records are rude, you ask a simple question and you get attitude. I made a phone call this morning at 9:10, I was just asking how I could get medical records transferred or if that was even an option and that lady just backlashes at me for no reason. I get they probably have better things to do but maybe have a better attitude about it, you chose the job for a reason.
I think doctors should run more tests I got treated for an STD when my test results came back negative and when I went back they told me my cervix was swollen that I need to go see a doctor and from my past surgery my insides got swollen. And all I got was ibuprofen and nausea medicine. Still in pain does not help I don't think I want to go back even if this is the closest hospital
My dad has suffered with venous insufficiency and edema for years, including stubborn ulcers & drainage over both of his legs. Nurses Alesha, Katt, Melanie and Cortney are some of the first to treat him like a person and to understand what it has been like for him. I finally feel confident that someone is genuinely interested in figuring this thing out and getting him BETTER!!
Gloria was a very nice housekeeper. Very efficient keeping room sanitized. Also the Nurse staff is excellent. Everyone that attendant to my sister was excellent. There was also this lady we didn’t get her name but she had black and red hair she put comfort in my sisters heart and it was very nice of her to relate and tell us her story . Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
At first I was very unsure of the care I was going to receive. The PA ( Dominic Ancona) that saw me made me feel extremely comfortable with care he provided and bed side mannerism. I’m not good with words nor describing things but I’m extremely impressed with care provided by him and the wonderful RN (Julie)! Thank you for making a painful day more tolerable!
Our experience at Mission Trails Baptist has been outstanding & the reason for this has been our assigned nurse! Melissa R in 3N she has been so compassionate & caring..she has gone the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of .. we couldn’t have asked for more .. may God send more nurses like Melissa! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Mission trails is great compared to downtown Baptist. I will never go over there again. The wound care center here at mission trails is amazing and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I don't need home health care what for when I come here to wound care center. My nurses take care of me Alesha,Katt,Cortney,Melanie . Front desk is always good to me.
If I could give a negative review I would. For people going through the issues they are when they get to your emergency room. The complete lack of empathy and respect for others is insane to me. Even when calling back I’m greeted with more attitude and disrespect. Don’t go there if your sick and especially don’t take your babies there.
Brenda, Stephen, Melissa and all of the staff in the Joint Clinic were amazing with my mom after her knee replacement. They stayed on top of her care and the Physical and Occupational Therapist taught her strategies to use when moving around. All in all great care and effort from everyone, including her surgeon Dr. Nwelue. Thank you!
This review is for LeeAnn RN and Dr. Adam Edwards these two are amazing even though the wait was a long one they really made my experience a very smooth one… They both are outstanding!! Bedside manner GREAT! Very compassionate and understanding…. They would be the reason why I would come back to this specific ER if needed…
I had an amazing experience here. I gave birth here a week ago and my nurses made my stay a whole lot better than any other hospital. You can tell they care about their patients, they go above and beyond to make you feel respected and heard. I would choose this hospital 1000 times more if I had to do it all again.
I had an amazing experience. Hayley Smith one of my nurses made my stay a whole lot better then any other stays I had here at this hospital. You can tell she cares about her patients, she is very friendly, nice, kind to everyone. Thank you miss Hayley Smith! Yours truly your patient, Andrea Moreno.!
Dr Shah and his staff (Alesha, Katt, Melanie, Courtney, Eddie, Anabel, Ora) at the Wound Care Center are AMAZING and WONDERFUL people. From day one, they put my nerves at ease. I was nervous about doing Hyperbaric Therapy. I highly recommend Dr Shah and his staff. I'm going to miss seeing everyone.
I had the best experience I’ve ever had at this hospital in and out quickly from beginning to end.the staff was the absolute best in attitude and listening. all my needs were met. On a side note TAYLOR from the ER went over and beyond thank god for nurses like her and her team THANK YOU &GOD BLESS
Mission Trails Wound Care is awesome! All of the staff from the front desk to the doctors are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Alesha has been here since we started coming here years ago and she always puts a smile on your face with her great mood even on the busiest of days!
Alazia Is The Best Housekeeper, Hands Down. She Makes Sure Everything Is Clean && Pristine. The Nurses Staff Has Been Nothing Short Of Amazing Since I’ve Been Admitted To Mission Trail Baptist Hospital. The Bed Is So Comfy I’d Like To Take It Home lol But All In All, I Was In Great Hands.
Stacy very, very kind.she really displayed patience and love for what she does. 5 stars for Stacy. I am a repeat patience and love Mission Trail hospital. I value my health. This is why I love the patience care teams at this hospital. Stacy,3rd floor PCA. June 24,23
Jordan in patient wound care. He did a great job on my wound care 5*. You were meant to be a wound care nurse. You taught us so much with the best attitude no matter the situation. you are the best of the best. thank you very much for all your help. You healed me.
The staff was awesome and very quick to tend to my husband needs. Being that my husband is a quadriplegic and non verbal and needing his feeding tube replaced. Also Anthony with registration was friendly and helpful. Thanks again staff at Mission trails Baptist!!!
My mom was admitted and stayed five days total. Excellent care by all staff. All five days I ate at the cafeteria, and all five days I could not find a clean table to enjoy my meal. How embarrassing that I had to use my own clorox wipes to wipe down my own table.
I just had my baby boy on July 6th. The staff took good care of my baby and my girlfriend. They were so nice and polite. The delivery was such a success fast and safe. We enjoyed our stay so much. I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone expecting a baby.
Since moving from California where I received excellent care, Baptist wound care is right there at the top! My nurses Alesha, Melanie, Cortney and Katt are superb and made me feel at ease during a time of anxiety considering my wounds. Definitely worth 5 stars.
This place charged me $2,700 for a 30 minute visit and didn’t prescribe anything just to go somewhere else and find out i had covid the whole time. Of course they put it on my credit and ill have to hire someone to remove it because of how scummy this place is
This hospital and the staff on the 3rd floor are great my mom was there she had a stroke they took really good care of her and they were very nice .i recommended this hospital Robert and Kelly the night shift are great thank you for taking great care of my mom
I had the most positive experience at Mission Trail outpatient Wound Care Clinic! The staff is so attentive and knowledgable. Everyone there is so kind and really made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing help with wound care!

I had a great experience from start to finish. The food was good, staff was nice, friendly and polite. My nurse, Michelle Zapata and also Brenda were especially nice. Michelle was very nice, caring and consistent. I am very impressed and pleased, thanks MTB.
The hopital is clean, the nurses are the best, the A Team, the best. Sarah S. On 3rd floor and Diane the best nurses, thank you sooo much. Roxanne in dialysis is just wonderful she takes such good care of my husband. And thanks also to Lisa on 3rd floor
Nurse Melissa R. In telemetry was absolutely fantastic and caring. Hospitals are not fun but great staff makes all the difference when you need to get better. First time for me in this hospital but I was very satisfied with the care of the entire staff.
A clean room is extremely important, especially after COVID. Alazia McCumba left me feeling very comfortable knowing our room was free of germs. If I could request my own room I would request one of her 18 rooms that she cares for, great job.
AMAZING care. Special shout-out to Chealsea in the ER for being a calm and collected professional. Kept me and my family calm during my heart attack this past weekend. This nurse deserves special recognition for being AWESOME.
The worst place I have ever been to. Staff not friendly, service unprofessional, takes hours to be transferred to another facility, nurses do not check in on patients in ER rooms . They still are patients that need to be seen.
Everyone on Telemetry 3N was so pleasant, and understanding... I received excellent care, and the afternoon nurse on Thursday, was sweet, and Sarah, and so many other caring young ladies and from several departments,
I was there Monday Sept 11 thru Wednesday the 13, rm 209. All my nurses were wonderful, they were very compassionate and made sure I was comfortable. Echo guy and stress test guy very professional. Thank y'all
I’ve have had two outpatient surgeries at this location and it’s was very pleasant. Can’t recommend this hospital enough. The staff very friendly and comforting. Facility was very clean and welcoming.
Monica head nurse, Sharon, Isabel, and Robert were all very very careful compassionate and caring with me while here. If I should ever have to come back for anything I'd choose them to care for me.
I would like to say that I am very please with Ms Gloria. As to how clean she has my room. She does as very good job & Thank you for sending her to my room to clean. She's a very polite lady.
RN Melissa R. One of the best nurses you can have always attentive and always made sure we had our questions answered. Really appreciate her hard work and dedication. Thank you nurse Melissa
Kelly from L&D was super helpful during my labor 9/23/23 I appreciated everything she did to help me get from 1-10 so I could finally meet my little baby! Very grateful for her! …
My dad recently had a visit here for 5 days. The nurses and nurses aids were amazing. Carola, Shaune and Sharon W were kind and compassionate and made this difficult situation better.
We had an excellent stay on 3rd floor telemetry, he was treated really good. My nurse Felicia was very nice and helpful. She was the best. Thank everyone for everything you did.
My mom has had a great experience with all staff from ER up to 3rd floor. Hayley Smith, Priscilla Bariegas, Bianca and Elizabeth to name a few.
Nurse Jackie is amazing! My husband came in crying and in pain and by the time she was done, she had him cracking a smile.
Sharon W. and Kaitlyn are awesome RN nurses. The crew assisting the nurses are on top of their job.
