Local train station with lots of parking areas. There are two platforms to get on the train. Each platform has a screen to display when the trains will arrive and which direction the train is going. Those screens are easily visible during the day.
For a railway station that was built in 1883, Mitcham Railway Station has stood the test of time very well. This is my local station and I have used it innumerable times, and to be honest I don't accept the criticisms the station has been
Beautiful garden but the train station itself needs a renovation. The ground is uneven so difficult for those with walking issues or in wheelchairs. Also no disabled car spaces in either of the car parks which is unacceptable in this day
For a Metro, station it’s alright. The old waiting lounge has been welded shut, but I do like Nellie’s garden. BUT DO NOT GO HERE AFTER 4PM ON A SCHOOL DAY! It’s full of rude eshay biker boys!
