CUSTOMERS WARNING!! Do not buy from this store in Birmingham, They sell expensive items and they do not advertise their return policy which is a no refund or return or exchange even if it was a 5minutes ago purchase in store. Staffs are suppose to tell each customer on purchase on till about the strict return policy they do not it's disgusting theres no sign either they make a excuse for each product return restriction if you read the genuine bad comments on here you would know and I love how the owner is not replying to any genuine bad reviews or apologising it explains the service very well. This store needs checking I will upload my vblog on expereince so everyone knows on tik tok and youtube how they speak to customers and how they choose and pick who to approach and how they close the purchases on till. .Customer service advised not to buy in store but online because they'll happily accept returns or unwanted or faulty goods they've also confirmed they have nothing to do with the store do not buy in store. Again the receipt looks dojy does not show the discounted sale price or vat and they do not put their telephone or email on the receipt or person who made the sale. Who puts walk in customer on the receipt really?

I went to the shop Saturday 25 March. Sales assistant was great explaining product to. Whilst in full flow a young sales assistant asked if she could have his help for just 1 minutes. I said fine. 10 minutes later had not returned. I watched him and he felt embarrassed to. I then told him that I felt insulted by the young girls contempt. I too am a customer but she devalued me for someone else. I told him that it was disrespectful and the kind man agreed. The young girl didn't even apologise, acknowledge or speak to me. I told the man that based upon my experience I was duty bound NOT to purchase from the shop. He accepted my position thanked me and I left. It is obvious they choose a particulate type of customer. But hey, long live rudeness and partiality.

Came in on Sunday 10th December from Cardiff. My Iphone 11 pro max was beyond repair, I thought it couldn't be fixed. I went into the store and a respectful young gentleman by the name of Faisal, reassured me that it could be repaired within less than 15 minutes. I went to Greggs, came back and I was in amazement on how fast and efficient this man was. The screen was brand new and the phone felt like I just opened it fresh out the box. I'd recommend anyone who has any phone issues to come to this store as they don't mess around, get straight to the work and fix the issue properly and efficiently.

Spoke too Rehan who was brilliant on the telephone, he then called me back the following morning as promised sadly the deal didn't work out over a colour he didn't have in stock and despite hem getting commission he advised it wasn't about that and told me to order through the main website and if I needed assistance on setting up he would be available to help. Unfortunately Birmingham store is well over ,3 hour drive and I won't be going. Rehan took his time and effort to assist me and I think that should be rewarded with a excellent review for customer service!!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff - also a great range of amazing products at a reasonable price. Would recommend for anyone around the local area to go and use them. Me and my partner went in to ask a question and they looked at all of the options without just trying to charge us for the most expensive fix. Very trustworthy

I’ve always stayed in the comfort of purchasing apple products. However when visiting the store I was greeted by Rehan and he helped me with purchasing a new phone. He told me all the ins and outs and went through all the phone features in detail. Overall great experience and fantastic customer service.

Had a great experience buying a phone here, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. In particular Aida was incredibly helpful and helped get my partners new phone set-up (switching from her iPhone to a new Redmi). Would definitely buy from here again.

When you have a love hate relationship with this store. I LOVE going here the staff are amazing friendly helpful and Accommodating. But I also hate it because of all the amazing tech. My favourite purchase so far has been the cat water fountain

Highly recommend not going here as extremely rude and lie.One employee broke my phone and said it was cracked before however he broke my phone screen.Lastly they were speaking a different language infront of customers and just complete idiots.

I have bought 4 phones altogether in this store since it's opened, this time Doing helped me choosing the right model for my son, Aida helped me wrapping up the phone as a gift, will definitely recommend this place.

We asked about the cost to clean out the charger port of my flatmate's phone, and the man we spoke to just did the job - and wouldn't even take a tip. We'll definitely use this shop again, and happily recommend!

Went into the Birmingham store today very friendly helpful staff and got great help from Rehan. loved the robot vacuum working round the store. Left the store very happy with a new S1 watch.
