I have read every review given by people experiencing AAA Veterinarian. I have noticed that most of the compliants are focused on not receiving the expected outcome. A complaint in that sense is understandable, but attempting to degrade a 20 YEAR medical practice by simple words is ludicrous. We all must understand that every patient is entirely different, under different circumstances. By my experience, I am sure the doctor has performed his best during every visit. I also noticed a person mentioned the doctor willing to allow the client to bring their pet to his home (while off). That is not the actions of an individual who has no interest in the well being of your pet. I try to put myself in another person’s predicament before I pass judgment. Would I be able to satisfy every Client’s wishes? Would I be able to preform my duties perfectly? Would I be able to address bitterness (at times threats) with a true remedy? Please realize when a person is NOT perfect, does NOT mean they are incompetent or NOT able to perform their duties correctly. Remember we are speaking of a Doctor (Yes, a Doctor), a person who accepted responsibilities that MUST would never uphold. We are not speaking of a simple task, but situations that have multiple outcomes for a variety of reasons. I personally have had wonderful experiences at AAA. The doctor is well experienced, and performs a lot of procedures most veterinarians are not knowledgeable/experienced to execute confidently. By the way, the Wellness Program offered by this veterinarian is above & beyond any other competitor. I have researched all possibilities, including pet insurance and no one came close to match their fees. YES, I am a member of the Platinum Wellness Program and saved literally on everything for my AKC Registered Doberman, who will be in training as a professional Show Dog.

I am very disappointed in AAA pet service. I was recommended by another client however and have tried now several times to give them the benefit of the doubt being let down each time. 1.) Last year after my dogs got kennel cough I called the office and it took forever for someone to get back to me then they forgot to call in prescription. 2.) The Dr. twice has cut my dog while cutting his nails for me. He just doesn't have that gentle way about him and just grabs the dog and clips nicking and scaring him each time! Seems like he just wants to get it over with and I have 3 dogs....Scary. 3.) Recently scheduled an appointment to have Bordatella shots done on all 3 dogs before boarding them and I work a lot so scheduled way in advance on my only day off...when I arrived at his office (45 minutes away), the office was closed! Someone finally came out and they said they cancelled appointments for that day because he only had a few. BUT no one called me! They wanted me to drive even further to go to his house to get shots . I said no and had to then wait for the dr. to come to the office. When he did again he cut my male dogs foot while in a hurry cutting nails and when administering the liquid Bordatella 1/2 of it ran down one of my female dogs mouth instead of in her mouth! 4.) My dogs all came down with Kennel Cough anyway and I called the office on Tuesday 7/25/17 to get some help antibiotics and the office was closed and no emergency number to call in case of emergencies AND to this day NO ONE has EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME back YET after I left a message! However The message does BOAST ON HOW THEY ARE Angie's list winners for 2 years!!! I could go on and on but you get the idea and I have since gone got help for my sick fur babies with a Dr. that really seems to care and has a wonderful bed side manor with animals....

After trying at least 4 other vets, I finally found one I feel comfortable taking my dog to. My 3 year old sheprador was not socialized with other dogs due to my schedule and most vets shame me for that and don’t know how to handle him, but here, I was greeted with professionalism and no one batted an eye when he couldn’t contain his excitement or even when he peed on the scale or took a huge dump in the floor. I could tell by the way he handled my dog that he really cares about animals and knows what he is doing. He explained all of the different medication options very well and even offers a payment plan. Not once did anyone try to sell me unnecessary, expensive dog products...the problem was quickly identified and treated with courtesy. It really says a lot that all of the one star reviews come from people who haven’t even been to this vet and only care about shaming a business because they don’t immediately jump on board with the fear mongering like every other business. I imagine these people that would take their animals to a sub-par vet for their “safety” are the ones who are afraid to visit their families on holidays and actually believe that breathing the same bacteria in their unwashed cloth mask they picked up off the floor board of their car is good for their health. Thank you for representing our American rights and not falling under for a socialist agenda! For every idiot out there who is too afraid to walk their dog and then blames you for their poor health, you have many more customers who acknowledge the work you do and see your professionalism. Also, it’s good to see an actual doctor saying what every doctor knows is true and is too afraid to say. We need more business owners like you.

Please do not go to this vet! I took my dog in for what I thought was a simple eye issue. The vet gave me steroid eye drops and said my dog just had an eye infection. I've never dealt with eye issues in a dog, so I took him at face value. Come to find out, it is general practice to do a stain on the eye to ensure there are not any ulcers. Giving steroids to a dog for an eye ulcer will make it worse very quickly. I had to go out of town and my vet sitter let me know that his eye was getting dramatically worse. I called the vet to get him seen again. I asked for no charge for the visit since they got it wrong the first time and they agreed to my request and simply put him on different eye drops. When I returned home, his ulcer had started to protrude out of his eye and he was in severe pain. I went to the vet's office and asked about the return visit while I was out of town. He continued to deny doing anything wrong. When I asked why he did not do a stain on my dogs eye the first time he said "he can tell by just looking." I asked that he return my money for the eye drops that made my dog's eye worse and he refused saying he already gave me so much for free. (I'm pretty it’s common practice to not make someone pay when they come back because of your screw up). I wished him luck with his practice as I clearly was not returning and he told me "Good, I don't need business from people like you anyway." Great way to run a business right? After confirming with 3 vets (including an eye specialist), they agreed that they would not have given any sort of drops without doing a stain first. Ultimately, my dog ended up having a $2,500 surgery. Save your pet from more pain and don't go to this vet.

Dr Mike is Absolutely Amazing I originally went to the Spay Neuter Clinic of the Carolina's and saw Dr Elmwood for my super special Toy Chi puppy Levi I left their Clinic in tears as she was extremely dramatic telling me my 8 week old pup was very sick had a genial hernia and had a slim chance of survival in surgery due to him weighing only 1.1 lb at the time Feb 15th 2021 she went on and on about how he had the toughest road ahead blah blah blah and recommended immediate surgery I was absolutely devastated as I had just got him and he wasn't cheap. After extensive, draining , and extremely emotional call after call to all the surrounding vet hospitals including the humane society which chose not to help I stumbled upon Dr Mike I texted him after 9:30 pm and immediately got a response he was very caring and very knowledgeable about my small lil guy Levi's condition, he assured me he could remove the hernia and assured me my puppy was going to be perfectly fine we waited 2 weeks and Levi gained 1 lb today 03/01/2021 he went in for surgery and is doing absolutely amazing he is in very little to no pain his incision looks clean and sharp he's eating trying to play and acting pretty well for a 2.2 lb 10 week old puppy who just had major surgery The entire office staff was so friendly and caring Dr Mike took time to answer all my questions and was very attentive easing my anxiety and worry I have never met a more funny, true animal loving vet he is truly God sent and Levi will be his patient for life I can't thank him enough!! #BestVetEver #DrMike

We took Luci in this morning for a spay and noticed a sign where not only are they flat out saying they don't wear masks but they discourage others. Because he's a semi affordable decent vet we've been seeing for YEARS we still went in. However, when we left i had a sinking feeling about supporting that during a pandemic. We went back in and told him we respected their sign but it made us uneasy. At this point, he began to explain how it infringes on my constitutional rights. I told him it was fine. I still wanted my cat back. He explained he's a doctor so he knows more than we do. I once again agreed with him but still wanted my cat. Then he starts yelling more saying he wants to educate me. My husband asks him not to. I ask him to calm down because he's raising their voice. We tell him we want to keep him as a vet in the future but this is something we must agree to disagree on. We are there to get our cat. He continues ranting as his assistant brings us Luci. As soon as we got our cat back we said thank you. He said, "if only someone had told the jews not to get on the train to Auschwitz maybe..." We didn't let him finish. In the shock of thr statements, I dropped an f bomb and Evan pushed us outside as the scene escalated. As we were walking to the car he chased us out calling us sheep and claiming we were perfect examples of stereotypical liberals. We got in the car and drove away. I wish I had recorded this whole incident.

I have been raising and training dogs for 32 years all around the state of NC and occasionally a few other states as well, so I have had the privilege of meeting an array of fine medical providers for a variety of service needs. ( many of which were routine and unfortunately, some not so routine) Dr. Mike Thomman is by far the best!! He has a “ Common Sense “ and no BS approach to pre and post care. Most people can’t handle that due to society’s need for everything to be complicated. I read all of the one star reviews and I’m glad I did. I needed a good laugh. If all of the “ one star “ sad sacks know so much, why aren’t they providing care for their pets themselves? And come on people, meet your pets care provider halfway. Try to educate yourselves on post-op care. Otherwise, just get a goldfish. One lady had to actually state that it was her “ female” dog that was spayed. I’m glad she added that information, because myself and the 10,000 other satisfied clients may have never known whether it was her male or female dog that had been spayed. AND ANOTHER THING!!!! Anyone who thinks a mask is going to prevent a person from contracting a virus is to ignorant to be in public anyway. Dr. Mike preformed some rather extensive surgery on one of my dogs. My dog was in some severe pain after the anesthesia wore off. IT WAS MAJOR SURGERY!!! Pain medication will not due what anesthesia does. Come on people, really

Dr Mike and Nicole are the best of the best. We are so glad we found them.. Yesterday we noticed a large lump 3 inches on our 15 year old cats neck. I really thought my sweet Princess was not going to make it. Over the weekend they walked me through exactly what to do and gave me an appointment 1st thing Monday. Well Princess in now home and she looks great. They removed the abscess, gave her fluid, antibiotics, did blood work and will recheck in a week. I could not be more happier with what they did. We also have a Pom Pom that we adopted as a senior. His teeth were terrible.. Dr Mike made my sweet Pom Pom mouth cleaner, healthier and my dog happier. I now have both my sweet animals on their health plans which is a very affordable option to keep your pets happy and healthy. Even if you are not on their plans their prices are very reasonable and listed on their website . Also I have always been able to get the help I have needed for my pets from their wonderful caring practice. Thank you again Dr Mike and Nicole for being so compassionate with my animals.

I found AAA Pet services through groupon and to be honest was only expecting to use them once. However Dr. Mike and his staff are super friendly, caring, compassionate, gentle and knowledgable towards my Luna and the other pets I have seen while in the office. As a first time pet owner, the prices were not outrageous and afforable. He is also upfront with prices, gives you an estimate prior to treatment, and even over estimates any cost so you can financially prepare on caring for your pet (which is greatly appreciated). I have been back a few times after the initial visit and also order my doggy Heartworm medicine through their easy online pharmacy. My only small greviance is that I wish they would pick up the phone faster. I am an inpatient Yankee and I do understand that they are a small staff busy tending to the care of animals, so I don't mind that much, hehehe. I can say that voice messages are returned in a timely fashion. Overall a great office with a great staff!

Doctor Mike is absolutely the best! I have known him for over 10 years now and he has taken care of many of my animals both cats and dogs. So glad I found him way back then! Just the other day I frantically called him at night and left a message regarding one of our cats that was pretty sick or so we thought. He immediately responded and advised us to bring our cat and the following morning. We did and after a thorough thorough examination some hydrating some medication a lot of love and great care we brought our Wyatt home. Wyatt is running around like nothing was ever wrong with him now and that was just a day ago. And guess what! It didn't cost an arm and a leg. Doctor Mike is so caring about animals and he puts that first and foremost. As long as I have pets they will definitely see doctor Mike whether they need to get better, be taken care of, or crossing the Rainbow Bridge. He is the best!

Our 6 year old gal was diagnosed with bone cancer in her front leg by our primary vet. Unfortunately, only option was to amputate the leg. After a few days of researching doctors who would do the amputation, I made it down the list to Dr. Mike. I quickly learned that AAA should have been at the top of the list. Dr. Mike’s experience and care truly showed here. He understood the importance of getting it done quickly within a reasonable price range, where as most places viewed this as a “cash grab.” He was able to fit us in his schedule and get her surgery done in just a few hours. She was home in the same day! In our case, he even shared his personal number to text any questions to and even followed up on his own accord to make sure our girl was doing well. We are happy to say that she is! All thanks to the care of Dr. Mike and of course Kim at the front desk!

We started to go to this practice based on the great reviews on Angie’s List. Dr. Mike is very knowledgeable and experienced. Our two cats have their own health issues but Dr. Mike has always been able to find out the root cause and give them the proper treatment. When emergency arises and we are unable to get an appointment with him, he is also willing to call in our pharmacy so that our cats can at least get the medicine they need before they have their appointments scheduled. He would also personally follow up to make sure we receive the medication from the pharmacy. (He has also responded to my many emails and text messages regarding our cats’ health issues after office hours. Yes, we are nervous cat parents! ) Without a doubt he really cares about his patients. The technicians and receptionist are also very helpful. Highly recommended!

I called this service for my dog that isn't socialized to the public. He's a big lab and is scared of the car which is why we need a home service. They sent 2 young ladies that seem to have no idea how to deal with a big dog even though I told them he was BIG and he was muzzled the whole time and I told them I would before they came and they assured me that would be good. so when they came they didn't have a scale big enough for my dog to get on and because they couldn't get him on that small scale( just a tad bigger than a human scale) they wouldn't prescribe any medications for my dog. They didn't even try to look at my dog and only offered me some medication from their truck at an exorbitated price. I paid $155 dollars for no solution. If you have a big dog I wouldn't recommend this service

I have been a client of Dr. Mike's for many years. We established our relationship due to all the cats that adopted me. Some were ferile that after lots of time and guidance became indoor pets. Today Dr. Mike had to put down my sweet Minko. My reason for this message is that as long as he has been my vet he has always given his full attention..taken his time ...in order to give the best advice possible. He and his staff are compassionate and understand the love you have for your precious pet...at the same time Dr. Mike will always give the message straight. Even if it's not what you want to hear. He's thorough and I trust him and feel very comfortable asking questions no matter what they might be. I fully trust and appreciate all that he and his team stand for.

Our Bichon/Poodle Mix Stevie tore his ACL (probably not the correct technical term for a dog, but close enough). We started researching the various methods and veterinarians who do ACL repairs. We came across Dr. Mike, who had coincidentally cared for our outdoor cats in his mobile clinic when we lived in Charlotte. Knowing and trusting Dr. Mike we had him do the repair on Stevie's knee. We are 2 weeks post surgery, and his progress far exceeds anything we expected. I 100% recommend Dr Mike and the staff at AAA Petcare. Although this did not factor into our decision (no cost is too high for our Stevie) the procedure Dr Mike uses cost significantly less then the other Vets/ procedures we researched.

I am an independently licensed wildlife rehabilitator. Because I am not affiliated with a non-profit I have to do it all out of my own pocket supplemented with some donations. Dr Mike has offered to help me with my efforts in many ways when almost every other vet has turned me down. He gets nothing in return for helping me and does it out of his passion for animals. Some may not agree with his stance on wearing masks and some may not agree with how he has handled that feedback, but that shouldn’t take away from the other 120+ positive reviews regarding his veterinary practice. He is in the business of helping you keep your pets healthy and he deserves 5 stars for that!

Dr Mike and his staff are simply exceptional! Their office is very clean and homey and our dog who usually is very nervous at the vet was completely relaxed! Their affordable prices allowed for us to have both surgery and dental work done for our 13 year old pug at a third of the cost quoted by another animal hospital. Dr Mike also went out of his way to be available to see our dog after surgery several times to care for his incision and even call antibiotics into our pharmacy. Our pug is much happier and healthier now thanks to AAA Pet Services! If you are at all unsatisfied with your current vet or need a new vet, these guys are it!!!!

Dr. Mike was able to see my cat on very short notice on a Saturday morning. I didn't expect to be able to get in so quickly, she was in pain and needed treatment. We are both so grateful to you and your professional staff! Thank you again! Update: Thank you Dr. Mike for continuing to take great care of Pandora (Werntz) I know I havent seen you in years, but I did continue to see Pandora regularly after I got divorced. I was able to see her and say goodbye to the weekend you made a visit to her home to end her pain. She lived a good life, and was very loved by everyone who ever had the pleasure of meeting her.

So I received a very distasteful experience in here, I took my dog for a check up, they could have simply said at my entrance if they could do the check up or not, they had me sign paper work and I asked about what a wellness plan was, they gave me this paper and said consider it, I said I didn’t need it because my dog just needed his round of shots, so since I didn’t want the plan the doctor told the receptionist not to take me or my dog and that he only take patience’s with plans but never said nothing about that before hand, they denied me because I did not want to purchase a monthly plan for them!!

We absolutely love Dr. Mike! The personal care and attention our dogs get has been beyond my expectations! Our dogs are our family and Dr. Mike has truly been there for us in all of our needs no matter what the time or day. I trust his skills and judgement as a healthcare provider to my dogs. I love how clean and professional the facility is and I know that he looks after my dogs as if they were his own! We've known Mike for years but just switch to him last year! I had my dog Zeke for 15 years and Dr. Mike was his vet. The total staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Mike has always been practical in his approach to caring for all of my animals. Yesterday, he came to my home to put my Zeke to rest and he was so caring and allowed it to be a peaceful end for my dog and for me. He is passionate about what he does and it always shows. Even the clinic has a nice warm home feeling. His surgical skills are amazing and my dogs and cats have had nothing but successful experiences. If I could give AAA Pet Services ten stars I would!!!

I went to AAA for a second opinion for my dog’s acl tear and so glad I did. Dr Thomamn is very knowledgeable, caring and affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Thomamn also explained everything throughly about the procedure and what I could expect. It’s farther to drive but well worth it. Thank you Dr Thomamn and staff for taking such good care of Bailey. He also did a great job on cleaning my 13 year olds teeth. I am so glad I went to AAA pet services and will continue going.This is the best place to go to get good quality care for your pet

Very Disappointed after scheduling an appointment for 9 AM and was told it was on the books for 930 and I pretty much had to sit in their waiting room for 30 minutes(The just unlocked the door and no one else was in there). I left and called to share my frustration and Kim stated “ it’s on our books for 930 “ which is not what I was told on the phone last week when I called my choice was either 9 or 11 -I chose 9am. I told her I was canceling my appointment and taking my puppy elsewhere. She did not seem to care at all.

Dr. Mike has been treating bot of my dogs since I got them. A Pitbull Terrier and a Cane Corso. He did both of their ears and I couldn't have asked for a better job or better service! The dogs look amazing! Dr. Mike and his staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. There have been a few times that I've been a worried dog mommie and had to call about a rash or the dog is limping....they have never acted like it was a nuisance and have always solved the issue 100%! I reccomend AAA Vet Service to all my friends.

Dr.Mike and the whole staff have been my dogs Doctor since I got her. When looking for a Dr you want someone educated and kind, you want someone to understand how much your dog means to you and how important their health is. I shopped around for dog insurance does not cover anything a puppy would need-AAA has an in house plan that covers everything even microchip/neutering is included. Cropping my dogs ears Dr.Mike was gentle and with a soft hand my puppy adores him. If you need a great VET see Dr.Mike

We love Dr. Mike !!! He has been taking care of my sweet beagle from the beginning. We relocated away and boy we missed Dr . Mike so much , we are soglad to be back under his wellness plan and care ! His personalized care and approach , experience and expertise are the best practices we have experienced ( compared to different states we have been in ) . On Memorial Day we had to call Dr. Mike to our home. We did not know him prior nor did we ever visit his office for pet care. In a heart wrenching time Dr. Mike showed compassion and a level of caring that was quite frankly unexpected when you call someone on a holiday for services. Not only did Dr. Mike make us comfortable but he made Edna Bean feel comforted in her last moments. Thank you Dr. Mike for all you did and most of all for your compassion and communication in a very difficult time.

We recently visited Dr. Mike at AAA Pet Services to have our Doberman’s ears cropped. We are very pleased we chose to have our pup seen here. Dr. Mike is very helpful and knowledgeable about any and all questions we presented. He is confident in his work and makes sure you are confident in the services you will be receiving. He provided us with his phone number in case we had any questions and answered very rapidly. She isn’t fully done with her postings, but she already looks so good!

Dr. Mike is such a blessing!!!! I came across his office in desperation. I adopted an older pup from the shelter to foster him until I found a home. After taking him to the vet, I received a quote for $2k for some tooth extractions. Dr. Mike was able to perform the surgery for 70% less! He is experienced and keeps thinks really simple and does not try to take advantage of pet owners. My pup has been healing well and is now with his forever family. Thank you SO much Dr. Mike!!!!! 10/10

Dr Mike was very professional and caring for my dog Archy. He completed a thorough examination followed by knowledgeable advice and suggestions. My dog appeared calm as Dr Mike gently examined him. His clinic was clean and organized with up to date equipment. His staff was equally professional, polite and respectful. My dog Archy and I were extremely satisfied with Dr Michael Thomann. I would recommend AAA Pet Services to anyone looking for a reputable and caring veterinary.

06/04/2016. AAA Pet Services is the best vet that I went to his staff was very sweet and doctor Michael is the best he is very dedicated to his works he do to your pets. My puppy true had got sick and I text after hrs Dr Michcal and he told me to bring him to him it's was around 11:30 pm and he gave him some medicine the next day he started to feel like his self again. Thanks alot Dr Michcal for getting true back well.. Now he up and playing.

AAA Pet Service is a top notch vet office. Dr. Mike and the staff have always displayed nothing but professionalism. They are super friendly, funny and compassionate about animals. Dr. Mike always take the time to answers all my questions in person or by text. The communication is fantastic. It's so funny to watch the Doc talk to my Lola, which she seems to understand him. The Best Clinic and Best Veterinarian Doctor in Charlotte and surround area! I have 5 dogs, I tried to go to many other places in different ares of Charlotte before I found Dr. Mike, could not find no body as good as him, he is very knowledgeable, very professional, very helpful and caring person and great doctor! And all his assistants is great people, very sweet, super nice! Highly recommend this place!

Had a older cat that I needed declawed. They did all four claws for a reasonable cost. They even took care of her for two days to make sure she was healing fine before letting her go home. She made a 95% recovery in a month, and 100% in two months. She is doing great now and is even sweeter now. Guess the process allowed bonding time as she relied on us more than a cat normally does.

Dr. Mike is the best vet I’ve found. He’s reliable, always responsive to my ridiculous questions and the most affordable vet I’ve ever used. Most doctors will charge you an arm and a leg for services or procedures you don’t really need. Dr. Mike will honestly tell you if a service is worth the money in the short term and long term. I recommend him to all my friends.

I never write Google reviews but WOW. Dr. Mike and His Staff went above and beyond to help my Saint Bernard out this morning when she had an emergency that needed to be tended to immediately. I am SO thankful to have a welcoming, happy veterinarian across the street from my home. Will recommend to not only neighbors, but anyone in greater CLT area! THANK YOU!!

Doctor Mike is awesome! He has been our family vet for over 13 years, including my married children’s dogs as well. He is honest and is straight forward on the animals needs and medical procedures that need to be follow. I solely have had 8 of my pets solely taken care by him. I wouldn’t go to any other vet in the Charlotte Metro area.

Our cat, Max, was a patient of Dr. Mike’s. Sadly after 17 great years we had to put our sweet boy down on Saturday. Dr. Mike and his team we’re so compassionate and even gave our children water and treats in a separate room so we could be with Max in his final moments. He is a great vet and I highly recommend him and his practice.

When my "Baby" Reginald, a 21 pound cat, needed care on Dr. Mikes day off, I really hated to bother the doc. Being the cat mother that I am, I called anyway. Dr. Mike met us at the clinic and treated him immediately. What great service. I have been a patron of Dr. Mike for about 20 years and am so glad that I have him as my vet.

Dr Mike and staff are the best. I have been using him as my vet since 2003 when he was mobile. He has done several spays and a knee surgery. He has always been there for my animals and even me when I am overly worried about issues with my animals. He is not afraid to think outside the box and I love that about this veterinarian.

Dr Mike is the Man! He really cares about the animals that come into his office, he has taken care of all my dogs throughout the past 4 years. I also have my dogs kenneled with him when I go out of town. I feel 100% safe taking my dogs and little girls into his office, my girls love it, they always get a cookie inside.

Dr. Mike and his team were excellent. I drove five hours to have my Am bully’s ears cropped. It was well worth it. My September was the first surgery of the day, and she was out within 2.5hrs. Scheduled to go back tomorrow to remove the sutures post 10 days. Thank you Dr. Mike and the crew for a job well done!!

Thanks to Dr mike and his abilities he kept my dog alive for another 6 months. I now drive almost an hour for all of my pets to be seen by Dr Mike. His staff is curtious and his facility is very homily. I have recommended AAA to at least 3 dog owners and will continue to do so from this point forward

Dr. Mike is outstanding. Bright, caring, thorough and considerate. You could not ask for better. Everyone in the office was pleasant and kind. Great experience. You can place your trust and know you are dealing with an ethical and compassionate vet who looks out for you and your pet’s best interests

Sad that this veterinarian is playing physician and offering unsolicited misinformation on masking during the pandemic. Extremely unprofessional, and based on the responses to such criticism, Dr. Mike seems unstable. Would not recommend taking your pet anywhere near this sad excuse of a clinic.

Did not have a vet in Charlotte so I bought a groupon and tried this place. Definitely will be returning! Doc was super personable, open, and explained everything very well. Costs are about what is expected to pay in the area I would imagine. Office is also super nice. Thanks guys!

Does not honor the mask mandate and insults clients who do telling them to “get a life” and to “take their business elsewhere” including cancelling client’s family members appointments and demanding proof that masks work. Not a person I would want or trust caring for my pets.

If you are looking for someone to crop your dog's ears or even just regular vet care I would recommend this place a million times over. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have one negative thing to say about anything at AAA. Thank you guys for everything!

I just visited for the first time today and these people are the absolute best. Truly the salt of the earth. I could’ve just sat and talked to them all afternoon. Extremely friendly, and attentive with the animals! Will definitely be back for all of my dog’s needs!

Dr Thomann was wonderful. Was able to come out on little notice and took great care of my dog in the last moments of his life. Was great with any follow up questions and help getting in touch with the cremation service as well. Would highly recommend.
