"I had an excellent experience purchasing my new full suspension mountain bike from this store"
"More bikes was a nice, no pressure experience"
Had a great experience here and Don took great care of me and my bike when parts needed replacing. He explained my options and what all the parts were and did. I find it very intimidating going into bike shops because I don't know that much but he never made me feel dumb or like I was asking silly questions
Extremely disappointed. We went in for a brake pad change. They stacked on so many extra and unnecessary fixes that we ended up paying 270$ to fix a 100$ bike. I’ve been to honest shops where they tell you that something will cost more then
Kinda shocked how bad the service was here.. came in looking for a bike, a salesperson came over and I explained what I was looking for and she offered to let me take a couple for a spin. She left for five minutes without a word, came back
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new full suspension mountain bike from this store. They were incredibly helpful through the entire purchase process: from my initial email enquiries, visiting the store in person to test a range
More bikes was a nice, no pressure experience. The staff were completely professional and more than helpful. They had no idea I was ready to buy a bike and had been looking all day. They suggested something that fit my budget perfect and
To start off on a more positive note, I spoke to a manager who seemed very competent and friendly. However, the actual techs were not fun to deal with. They made me feel dumb, which is never fun. Not everyone can be a bike expert. That's
Suddenly had issues with my tire on my way home and stopped in to see if they could help. They were able to fix it up in just a few minutes which I was so grateful for! I’m sure my timing was a bit lucky as I know it can get busy at this
They seemed nice to deal with, Tech was helpful. I reserved a bike, went in twice to talk to them and they told me they were looking for it and that they would have it built and ready in a day. Called back three times over 2 days to find
More Bikes is awesome! The service I’ve received at the West 4th location is top notch. Don has been extremely helpful to me on multiple occasions and their technicians like Nicko not only do excellent tune ups but they’re also patient,
I am really disappointed with my experience at More Bikes. I came for the first time on October 6th because my brakes suddenly gave out. I was told it was "a bit old" and that I had to change them. It cost $99. When I came home the same
More Bikes has a terrible system for tune ups and work done on bikes purchased from them. Instead of reserving a time slot for maintenance, they get you to drop your bike off and they will perform the work "when they get aroind to it".
Good selection (even in the pandemic), helpful knowledgable staff, no hard upsells. Went in to look at a couple specific bikes. Had a pretty good idea what I was looking for just wanted to get the fit right and ask a few questions.
Worst shop ever total rip off artists. Not going to waste my time telling my horror story other than to say bike in shop for 2 months waiting on parts and over billed on original estimate. These guys are scammers, go anywhere else.
Unfortunately I agree with the bad reviews here. I had to return twice due to gear issues (that weren’t present before the tune up), and the problems are still not fixed. I will not be returning to this shop.
Had to come back into the store a total of FOUR times with things wrong with the bike from a $260 repair. Eventually asked for a partial refund which I did not receive. Multiple planned bike trips compromised
Brought my bike in for a tune-up and they got it done in the same day. Had some gear issues later so I brought it back in. They had a look and adjusted it for me right away at no cost.
Looks like a good store, but the store is too quiet, no greeting, no smile but eyes looking at me. I don’t really feel welcomed and I feel like a thief getting into the store…
Great service. Super helpful, patient and knowledgable. Helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for right in my price range. Highly recommended this place.
Showed up without an appointment to get my bike fixed and they were very helpful! Provided great service too!
I love my BRODIE DYNAMO. Leo did a eager job helping me. However.
