10분정도 떨어진 곳으로, Two bedroom 아파트에서 house로 의뢰했습니다. 먼저 와서 이사짐을 보고, 견적을 내달라고 했는데, 바빠서 못 온다고 하더군요... 2시간 ~ 3시간 정도 소요될것이라고, 시간당으로 계약하자고 하더군요. 그럴까 하다, Flat price로 요청했습니다. 이사당일, 3명이 왔고, 전달 새벽까지 이사짐을 날랐다고 자랑하듯이 말을 건네더니,,, 물건은 파손되었고, 2~3시간 걸린다는 이사는 오전 10시에 시작해서 저녁 8시에 끝났습니다. 이사하는 내내, 잔디밭에 앉아서 담배를 피우며 휴식을 취하는 모습, 물건을 아파트에 두고 왔다고, 가지고 와달라고 하질 않나, 스탠드는 두동강으로 부러뜨리고, 정수기는 물이 새서 사용할 수도 없게 만들었습니다. 여기저기 벽이 부서지고, 가구들은 칩이 여기저기 나있고, 서랍을 억지로 집어 넣어, 서랍이 망가지기 까지 했습니다. 이사 마지막에는 Flat price는 들은 바 없고, 시간당으로 돈을 내 놓으라고 하더군요...돈을 주지 말았어야 했는데,, 너무 오랜시간 이사로 지쳐 빨리 끝내고 싶은 마음에 돈을 줬습니다. 이사비용은 그렇다 치고, 물건 파손에 대해 Complaint했더니 100불 주겠다고, 받을려면 받고 안받을려면 말라고 말하더군요.. 그이후로는 연락해도 전화도 받지 않고, 메세지에 답도 하지 않았습니다. 책임감, 전문성은 찾아볼수도 없고, 터무니 없는 이사비용 요구까지...캐나다에 이사를 여러번 했지만, 이런 최악의 서비스는 처음 봤습니다.

We hired this company to move to a house 15 minutes away in July/22. They damaged, broke the storm door frame. They put tape on it, told us they will return within 2 weeks to fix it. They did not return nor respond to our complaint of missing boxes and damaged items. We have many valuable items missing. They packed our kitchen & dining items. They didn’t bring enough bubble wrap & used our paper. Needless to say, many of our china dishes were chipped/damaged. They unpacked the kitchen items on the floor in piles, all in a mess & left. The worst movers ever!! I had numbered all boxes designated for specific rooms. They mixed them all up, I think on purpose so that missing boxes would not be detected until much later. Thieves.

We used this company for for moving on Apr 4, 2021. It was an excellent value and service. They arrived on time and started to load the stuff. All the furniture and boxes were moved out and in safely. The owner of the company was on site directing the workers. He was caring and attentive to our demands.

They are very kind and attentive. Punctuality is something alot of company lacks in this industry, however Nick and his team did a great job showing up on time and finishing the service very quickly.

Phenomenal movers, great value. Incredibly hard workers, would not hesitate to use again.
