Tuesday, April 20th 2021 I drove across the city to grab my wife’s gown for graduation. Posted time the store is open till is 4:30 It’s 4:28 and the store is closed, lights off, no sign this place was even open today... AN EXTREMELY BIG WASTE OF TIME FOR PEOPLE TO LEAVE WORK EARLY YO COME HERE.. I don’t know of any possible way for this business to learn from there mistakes and hold them accountable other than to write a review.. Please change your hours of operations accordingly if your not going to open that day or close early..

I bought stuff from them just before they went for Christmas break and they were well stocked. I did store pick up this January and they either lost or sold my order. I drove like 35 mins to pick up and all they said was they ran out of stock, and they would refund my money and that I should re-purchase when they restock(they are not even sure when their next order would arrive) I was very disappointed to say the least.

not very reliable service, no guarantee your orders will be honoured as promised. For textbooks, it is much cheaper to find used version elsewhere.

They don't order enough paper textbooks for each class, each semester. They keep e books instead which requires you to read on your laptop.

Great location to pick-up and order text books, reading literature and giftware! Amazing giftware and items for graduation or convocation.
