Very family-friendly dentist. Excellent with young kids (my son is 5yo) and slightly nervous adults. Modern, clean facilities and machines. TV on the ceiling to provide a distraction during longer treatments (subtitles). Kind, knowledgeable dental nurses. Parking is available at the local Mt Waverley shops (3hrs car parking under the IGA). And is within 5min walk of both train station and bus stops. Location is awesome! We have met both dentists and have been impressed with their approach. Methodical and knowledgeable and happy to discuss each aspect to ensure you have a clear understanding moving forward. Very transparent which helps with trust. All of my little family now go here for our dental health & I would gladly encourage any person within Mt Waverley/Glen Waverley.

I visited Mount Waverley Smiles last week and I was very impressed with how easy it was to get an initial appointment. The receptionist was very patient and helpful with my inquiries. The offices are very large, clean and have mounted TVs on the ceilings to make the overall experience that much more enjoyable. Dr. William was very thorough in my scale and clean and was able to address any concerns I had. They currently have a new client promotion going on which I thought was worth every penny. I look forward to regular visits to this dental office. Not a lot of parking right near the office, but there is ample parking in Hamilton Place. The office itself is right in front of the Mount Waverley train station so it is super easy to get to via PTV.

We found Mt Waverley Smiles through google to consult dental issues for my dad. Dr Rhee treated him and we found him to be very understanding and caring. Dad had an emergency prior to the appointment on the weekend and Dr Rhee made time available from his full schedule to see dad at short notice for 10 minutes to ensure it was not a significant issue requiring immediate treatment. At the actual appointment, my dad ended up requiring a referral to an oral surgeon and Dr Rhee made 2 referrals, the second at our request to the Dental Hospital as an alternative option. Both were done on the day with excellent follow through by Tash the Dental Nurse. Overall a great professional team and I would highly recommend their services.

It’s so hard to find a good dentist that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their patients. My first visit was 10 years ago when I received a root canal for a front tooth (treated tooth is still going strong today and looks no different to my other ones!). Dr Rhee is the most thorough, experienced and caring dentist I’ve seen. He always makes my experience at the dental clinic as comfortable as possible and takes time to address all my questions and concerns. He never pressures me to take a particular action but rather lays out the pros and cons for each option so I’m fully informed before making a choice. I’m thrilled that Dr Rhee has opened a clinic closer to home.

First visit today as my friend highly recommended. Located right in front of Mount Waverley station and clinic is super clean. Dr. Austin communicated every procedure he was going through, which made me feel so comfortable. Got my long due tooth filling re-done with the friendly step-by-step photo presentation of before and after. Was super impressed with my outcome (My filling looks like its part of my real tooth). Despite the new clinic, I experienced outstanding service reflected on his numerous years of experience. This is definitely by far the most pleasant 'visit to dentist' experience of my own and already booked my next check-up appointment.

As a person who never regularly saw the dentist, I can now say with confidence that I will be seeing Austin in the long term. Went to his clinic for a clean, the job he did was exceptional. He was able to point out existing problems I had from neglect. He performed a crown on one of my tooth, he did a great job. I felt relaxed and comfortable, his work is immaculate. My wife and I went to Dr. William Huynh last week for teeth clean and a filling for my chipped tooth. The filling was done professionally and was aligned perfectly; the cleanings were very thorough. We were very happy with his work. The assistant Isabella was very friendly. Dr. Huynh is highly recommended. The new clinic in Waverly is super clean. By the way, the location is close to shops with plenty parking and also next to Mt Waverley railway station.

Had a general check up and clean with Dr Austin, and he was very friendly and professional. He made me feel relaxed and talked me through the whole process so that I had an idea of what he was doing, so it was a bit of an educational experience as well. He was also very clear and honest about the advice he gave me in response to my questions about braces and whitening. Definitely the right choice of you're looking for a good dentist in the area!

I am thrilled that Dr. Rhee has opened his clinic in Mount Waverly. I have been persistently going to Dr. Rhee since 2014 even if it meant driving 2 hours to and from his old practice. He has always demonstrated genuine and quality treatment with focusing more on long term outlook rather than just a quick fix up whilst also being very gentle - which is very important to me. Dr. Will looked after me and gave me a complete run down on the health of my teeth. The TV on the ceiling so I could watch TV while my teeth were being cleaned was a very nice touch. Austin is such a patient and gentle dentist. He was great with my 5 year old son when my son needed 4 fillings! I saw Dr Austin to have my two wisdom teeth out today. I was feeling very nervous, but Dr Austin and his staff made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr Austin conducts his procedure very gentle. If you suffer from anxiety for dental work (like myself) and are also looking for a reliable dentist, I recommend Dr Austin.

Have been here twice now. Very friendly and thorough dentists with gleaming new facilities and latest technology. I was impressed that they noted details about my family in their patient notes during my first visit and followed up the next, giving recommendations on when to start bringing my toddler to see the dentist. Great service from start to finish. Easy online booking, convenient location next to Mount Waverley Railway Station, brand new facilities. From the receptionist to the dentist, the service is amazing! We took our 17month old for her first experience, and they were very accommodating. Whilst most dentists also suggest for you to get multiple things done, they are quite conservative and you only pay for treatments you really need.
