Scheduled a move with them and 1 hour later, I called to check what the hold-up was and they informed me that they were at their earlier appointment, which was a bigger job than they anticipated. Understandable. Rescheduled for 9am next day. 10 minutes past scheduled time, called and they said they were on their way. Called again 10:10 and they claimed they were at mine and waited 30 minutes. Why didn't anyone call me? Claimed to have called a number and the area code isn't even the same as mine. For a client that you could not meet her previous day's appointment, and who called 10 minutes after you were scheduled to arrive, I would think they will try to make sure they were calling the right person. Also, the guys could not turn around... which left me wondering if a set time slot was set aside for my move or if they came at all, as they claimed. Overall, a stressful experience. They did offer to complete the move the next day. But after 2 chances, I didn't want to be left a total fool.

Brent and crew moved my wife and I at the end of August/beginning of September. We had to move out of our old place on the 31st and couldn't move into our new place til the 1st, they got everything loaded up in under an hour and a half, and similar time frame when unloading at the new place. Would highly recommend them for sure, and know that if we move again, that we'll be calling Brent to get the job done right! If there was 10 stars to rate on here, it would be 10, so just say there is 10 stars(5 from me and 5 from my wife), excellent work boys!!

Tamara and Brent showed up right on time. We had 2 packed storage units (heavy furniture) that we needed them to move to our new home. They quickly and efficiently loaded the furniture and delivered it to our home. Many other movers would take their time as they usually are paid hourly but Move It Now Moving Solutions did not take advantage. Once they arrived at the home, they carefully and swiftly moved the furniture. They followed direction perfectly and were extremely respectful of my new home. 10/10 would use their services again.

Brent and his team moved an entire 3 bedroom home for my wife and I from Red Deer to Edmonton. The entire process from the first call to the last box moved was an excellent experience and an incredible value, not to mention our move was very last minute and short notice, Brent was extremely accommodating to us. Brent was very easy to talk to about arranging the move. Tamara, Doug and the other mover (whose name I can't remember bad Teri) were very professional and efficient. They started to move everything almost right away and were responsive when we let them know of other things we wanted moved. I would use Brent and his team again if needed in the future and recommend them to others in a heart beat.

Brent and his team did a great job for us. We only needed a few heavy things moved, not an entire household. Brent was happy to quote the job ahead of time, and he and his team were on time, moved everything without damaging anything, and came in slightly below the amount quoted. Brent is very personable. He did a big move for me when Covid began and I keep calling him back for small things. He drops what he’s doing and comes as soon as he can. He even worked late into the night to accommodate our schedule on another job. When I’m in a bind I know I can call Brent and he will come through for me. Call them for your moving and junk removal needs.

Brent is a total disappointment and cancelled on me the eve of my move despite his empty reassurances and my numerous unsuccessful attempts to call him to finalize on the times. Be careful of this guy as he doesn't keep to his words. Now I'm left stranded as I have to be out tomorrow. Totally disappointed and in shock! Go with someone else and thank me later!

Very disgusting guys , non professional, they don’t deserve even a star at all , Next time let your clients know all your charges that’s fuel, Stairs charges, Travelling time and labour , all this should be included on your pay rate per hour to make it clear . I regret using this service I won’t recommend anyone for this service .

Great company! They were fast and efficient. They had the difficult task of hauling a sectional sofa and king size mattress from the basement. They accomplished this difficult task with smiles and true grit. I would highly recommend and will be using this company again for sure!
