So... They were on time, polite, and professional. That's good. But they couldn't do the job I asked of them unless I wanted to pay $1600. Fair enough I guess, though I thought I'd described the job in detail, including pictures and measurements, but they charged me $50 just to quote me that amount for hanging a ceiling fan. Granted, it involved placement of a new outlet box, which isn't easy, but that's why I called an electrician. They would have charged $400 to hang the fan in an existing light box, but I chose to do that myself. Took me 2 hours and an extra trip to home depot, but .. $400 guys? I'm still a bit miffed after providing specifics on the job, they still charged me $50 just to tell me it would take $1600 to do the job I asked of them (that number they kind of made up on the spot after hemming and hawing about how he wasn't sure it could be done). Oh well. It's not exactly what I wanted, but at least I saved $350 by doing it myself. Sounds like these guys do a fine job, from the reviews, but be prepared to open your wallet.

I have to say, This has been one of the worst experience with a company ( If you can call them that) I've ever had. To start the technician Jamie Martinez explained in detail what needed to be done to restore power to my property. I agreed on the price he quoted and ask him to start the work. I later learn he could not complete the job and ask me to call ComEd. I'm ok with that, here's the problem he charges me the full price and cashes the check. I call the company to speak with his boss Eddie, after what seems like taking to a stop sign. Eddie said he would get back to me after checking each line item on the receipt, I ask him to Email me a receipt. Well still waiting. no receipt, and no call. dexter sparks,

I called Mighty Electric this morning at 8AM because my house lost power in the middle of the night, which left me with no heat. They immediately dispatched someone, even with a full schedule and limited slots available. A technician named Eddie came and within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue and even explained to Comed that there was both a partial power and meter issue. While Comed worked to figure out their issues, he went to work getting power and heat back on, as he expressed concern about my pipes freezing in the 15 degree weather! It is only noon and my heat is back on and he is off servicing his next client. Thanks so much Eddie and the mighty electric team for not letting me freeze!

Love this company . Third time using them. This time as the last time it was an emergency and my power was out and my meter box was damaged. After sending pics to the tech I was told that the Electric company would have to replace after the electric company told me it was my responsibility. They took the extra step to call the company with me by three way and demanded a different outcome. Within 30 min of calling they were here to fix the issue and Mr. Mighty was on standby to complete if electric company could not. The customer service was 10 stars. I recognized the charges up front and their was honesty in their response and charges. I appreciate that very much. Will always use them.

There is still work to do - however I am beyond impressed by the professionalism, thoughtfulness and follow through this company exhibits. My experience has been a 10 from the pint of the first call , to the very thorough and detailed evaluation by Mr Morales. This far if i could give them a ten, I would! Follow up- we ended up having a lot more work done than we had initially planned on ( all necessary) . My first impression was correct , this is a GREAT company to work with and I am really impressed with the work that Eddie and his assistant Jose executed. They were terrific and I feel so much better about the safety of our building! Hire this company, you will not be sorry!

I had an appointment window on Friday from 11-1. At 1:02, no one called or came, so I called, only to find out the tech was delayed. (Yet no one called during the time frame to tell me that) He called me at 2:30, to say it would be 1.5 hours for him to arrive. Reschedule for Saturday @9, they waived tech fee $49. I had a squealing bathroom exhaust fan. Said it would cost $319.00 to replace. GTFOH! The dispatch guy gave me a different impression of the process, ($49-fee will include diagnosis-NOT) They have an impressive phone and tech system with texts, nice on the phone but a complete waste of my time, and their prices! Must be what pays for the fancy system :(

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED. We called this company to find out why our dishwasher had no power and they told us there is a service fee to come out and diagnose the problem. We asked to double check if that fee was to diagnose the problem and give us a quote and they said yes. To our surprise when their technician arrive, he said the fee is 400 and something dollars to diagnose and give us a quote. We told him that’s not what we were told and asked him to wait on the phone so we can call the dispatch them but he said he’s not waiting and it’s either that or we pay him the $49 dollars.

Honestly their workers are the worst. Seems like who ever answers the phone is the only nice one. Its going on a MONTH since I contacted them and they have yet to give me an answer. Eddie doesnt ever return calls. I wouldn’t recommend at all, just waisted my time with them. We been without light for a month and they dont seem to care. Just an FYI the kid that was sent to take the pictures for ESTIMATE told my husband they were hiring people, that no license was required for electricians! Not to mention how PRICEY they are. Seems like they dont know what their doing and end up charging ALOT for simple repairs.

Great home electrician! Mr. Mighty provides courteous text reminders and they show up on time! I had an electrical panel recently replaced at my house and the installation looks great! The team was very courteous of my schedule during the install and left the room looking very clean. The team of Ed and Manny were very easy to talk to, explained all work very thoroughly, and answered all of my dumb questions. Scheduling the work was very easy, they finished ahead of schedule, and bent over backwards to attend to all my feedback. Five stars, would recommend.

Called Mr. Mighty and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to install two light fixtures in the ceiling upgrade a light switch to a smart switch. I was updated on the arrival time of the electrician via email and text. Eddie was prompt and gave me the price of the work before he started. They were not cheap however based on reviews of other electricians the prices were similar when you compare the costs of dispatch fees and prices for work. I definitely recommend Mr. Mighty due to their availability and quality of work.

Eddie from Mr. Mighty electricians was very punctual and knowledgeable. He located the electrical problem and explained to us the different options to solve it and the different price options. He also explained to us why our circuit breaker was off and showed us how to reset it properly. We really liked working with this company. They respond quickly, send you reminders, you already know in advance the name of the technician that is coming to your house, they are very punctual, and their prices are reasonable.

I had a suddenly partial power outage in my house including both furnaces. Mr. Mighty was very efficient to prompt send it’s technician in an unbelievable time frame. Eddie and his co worker precisely found the problem and fixed what was on their hand. They also called ComEd for me to fix external electrical cables. ComEd respond faster when a professional electrician reports a problem. It took a very short time to have all problems solved by Mr. Mighty and ComED. Very happy with this company services

I definitely recommend Mr. Mighty Electricians! After leaving texts and messages with another electrician for a week, only to have him quote me a minimum price of $350 for the work, saying he might have an appointment the following week, I looked around for alternatives. Mr. Mighty was able to come over the afternoon the day I called, did the work for $250. The electrician, Edgar, was incredibly professional and completed the work in about an hour.

Fantastic Service! Eddy And Jesus came on time. I have been loosing power on and off. When ComEd came to see what’s going on, they told me I had to have a lot of exterior electrical done (grounding rod, move power lines). The guys did everything that was needed and went above and beyond. Eddy answered all of my calls and got in the phone with ComEd himself. The work was done promptly and they cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this business!

They were fast to respond and schedule. However, it was a complete ripoff for the service provided. They should have been able to identify or try the fix ultimately performed within the visit/ initial diagnostic fee. However, they had us commit to a $400+ job which took less than 30 minutes to do and consisted of only fastening a couple screws in the grounding box outside our garage. All-in $600 for 30 minutes worth of visit/service. Be aware!

Mr. Morales (and his son) are both expert in what they do. They are also both very professional and polite. I am always confident that if I call them about a problem - it will be fixed. This time I was in a panic because all my Christmas lights had gone out. Marcelino Moreno (and an assistant) came immediately to repair all of my outside outlets and switches. Ok so theses guys are responsive professionals they are one of the only companies that contact information is NOT attached to that annoying ANGI list thingy they answered the call came on time worked efficiently told me what they thought my problem in my kitchen was heat sensors causing my lights to go off all the time they are a little pricey but professional if you need some electrical work done fast call Ed Morales he’ll be there quick.

They converted a power line for an exhaust fan to an outlet for an over the range microwave. I received a call when they were in route with an estimated arrival time. They arrived on time and was able to immediately perform the job. The work was done quickly and we were shown the dedicated line that was installed in the electrical panel. I requested quotes for other jobs I would like to have done. I will be using them again!

Pricing for installation of ceiling mounted fixtures is related to size (diameter). It was incredibly high, $350 just for one. The two others were various, but high, prices as well. The electrician was friendly and professional. Of course I agreed to pay but if you are looking at a more economical choice look elsewhere as the cost is steep for basic install work. Should of had more patience with the instruction manuals.

I'm in a construction-adjacent business and have good working knowledge, so I contemplated performing some of the work myself. Excellent experience! Great communication before, during, and after repair. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They reviewed what needed to be done and have me a quote. Once they had exposed the problem,c they realized it was less work than anticipated so revised the quote to a lower amount and were done in an hour. Very professional. Would use them again.

I called and requested service to one of my units on a Monday. The technician went fairly quickly, and stated he would email a quote for the work on same day. It’s safe to say a week later I still didn’t get the quote, even though I called several times during the week and I kept getting told I’ll receive it before the end of the business day. This was a waste of time.

Mr. Almighty Electric did an excellent job on my commercial space and my home. They were prompt, professional, and attentive. Ed Morales, in particular, was very detailed oriented and made sure that the additional crew was focused and on task. Ed Morales was my technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a flickering light that wasn't installed correctly. So, he re-wired the light. Told me every step of the way what he was doing and what he was repairing. The service was done quickly. He called to let me know he was 20 min away so I had an idea of when to expect him. These guys are great. Have had a remodel project lingering for months and any time I called other electricians they gave me the run around. Eddie was prompt and efficient. He quickly located the problem in my panel that had caused part of my electric power to go out and repaired it, installed two GFCI outlets in the bathroom, and disconnected another unused switch. They may not be the cheapest electricians, but I trust their work, they are easy to schedule, and very easy to work with.

Pricing was outrageous. I wanted a surface mounted fixture hung on an 8'-6" ceiling. Because the diameter was 26", their pricing guide classified it as a "large" fixture; they wanted $450 to hang it. If I'd had a 12" fixture to hang in same location, it would have cost $99. Same number of wires, same number of workmen. I sent them away.

They did a great job to fix a lighting issue I’ve had for a long time. Fixed my track lighting. They showed up right at the end the time slot they said they would and did not finish until an hour after. The tech was very professional and friendly. Overall, a great job on the work but did not finish in the time slot they told me.

Technicians were very professional. $400 for two hours of work is the reason this is not a higher. The work wasn’t done bc it’ll be another $400-$500 to continue and not guarantee to fix the issue. I guess it’s everywhere in Chicago. ABC didn’t charge anything when they couldn’t fix the issue. Just saying..

He came out on Labor Day, agreed to an initial fee $250 for an assessment. He called ComEd because the wire was arching, told me he couldn’t fix it and he tried to change me close to $1,000. ComEd came and fixed the for free.

We had a loose wire, knew and told them it was probably a loose wire instead of checking that first was basically pushed to do a $450 diagnosis... Within 10minutes they diagnosed the wire was loose...

He was a nice guy. Had no problem with his work. But, he charged me 500 dollars to test a broken fuse and replace it with a fuse I had bought. Took 15 minutes. I thought the price was extremely high.

They damaged our wood floor with their ladder and completely scratched up the ceiling when installing the chandelier. AND they were very overpriced. Would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
