Came to get dogs chipped and vaccinated, was concerned about a rash I thought it was ringworm and she brushed me off , turns out it is ringworm and she obviously just wanted us to return to charge us again. Won't be back spent over $600 .. this vet doesn't care about animals. Edit : to the owner maybe if you rambled less and concentrated on running a business with integrity you wouldn't be in this mess, might I suggest some time in the crate to calm down and re-evaluate your morals ? Edit 2: Dear miss " I bought my veterinary degree from aliexpress" I'm glad you know the scientific terminology for ringworm, if only your fake degree could help you diagnose it ... speaking of 1 star reviews toots you have some yourself Yes I give people 1 stars tootsy-loo when they fail and you sadly are one of the many that has failed this was your opportunity to improve but instead you're being little miss sassy, I hope you stop being so defensive and improve on your veterinary skills and people skills... I've found positivity and enlightenment at my new vet and so have my pooches no thanks to you, they are yoga instructors for police dogs now and are ringworm free, may you find the light though you didn't find the ringworm.

About five months ago, my cat, Grey, suffered paralysis in both hind legs. Initially, she was unable to urinate, which meant the vet nurses had to express it until she regained control. She was unable to walk properly and could only drag herself with her front paws. Dr Vicky and her friendly team did physio on her legs, fed her, nursed her, and went above and beyond the scope to enable me to bring back to her home as soon as I could. On the days when I would visit during my cats rehabilitation period, as this took a few weeks, I would observe some distressed customers being cared for with the same warm hearted approach. Thank you, Mt Druitt Vet Clinic, for making a stressful situation into a manageable experience. PS. Also, this is a picture of her jumping up onto a gate. Recovery has been literally baby steps (or baby jumps). I owe this to the team and the professional care that you facilitated.

The environment is incredibly warm and welcoming. You walk in as strangers and leave as family. Pretty sure they have that quote in their building. Majority of them are very nice and comforting to be around with. No questions are silly questions as they've always reminded their customers. Definitely worth 5 stars but, 1 veterinarian came off sarcastic & pretty sure my pet ended up catching something contagious, since it was fine and only until we had to bring it in to get it checked the next day it showed symptoms of not being well, so which resulted in us taking my pet back. But won't let those things stop me from giving a 5 star rating. Perhaps your veterinarians should be a bit more thorough with the cleaning after handling so many different animals.

The BEST vet with the BEST staff. Dr Vicky is an angel on Earth for our fur babies. She has been so patient and understanding with my kitten Passion. She is currently recovering from what we believe is Toxoplasmosis. Before I came here I went to another vet and 2 emergency hospitals all of whom tried to tell us the best option would be to put her to sleep. Since we have visited this team our kitten has been recovering incredibly well. I cannot fault the team here. They are a passionate team and our Passions recovery is a testament to their work. I look forward to taking my fur baby to her appointments because she is loved and treated with such care. Thank you to the lovely team here. You are all incredible!

I took my beautiful Terri who was very sick to Mt Druitt Vet clinic early July and had some very good experiences there. Dr. Vicky was fantastic, all staff are very loving and caring. Unfortunately she passed late July due to old age (she was 18years old, very happy and healthy until she got sick). I was devastated, so when I received a card from the clinic today expressing their condolences, I felt grateful that Terri was remembered not just by my family and friends, but from the loving staff at the clinic as well. Thank you very much, I will never forget your kindness and caring attitude.

Dr Vicky and the staff at Mount Druitt vet are absolutely amazing. They cared for our crazy English staffy for the entirety of his life & when came the difficult time to say goodbye to him, they were respectful and caring throughout the entire process. Our little Arnold was an avid lover of the vet and would always enjoy his time there, even though he had multiple surgeries. It just highlights the love and care they gave him through every single treatment.

Booked for a $90 vaccination and got charged $150. Without telling me why. Then went for X-ray. They couldn't find out what was wrong with my dogs leg and asked me to come back 4 days later to do another X-ray and wanted to charge me again for it. Went to another vet and they diagnosed it right away the first time. I was recommended this vet by cousin and it just seems disappointing they always seem to add extra things to the bill knowing we have to pay.

I found a lost dog and brought it to the vet to get its microchipped scanned. They found the details of the dog but said they wouldn’t hold the dog and I either had to hold onto it or call the pound. I couldn’t keep the dog as I had to go back to work and wasn’t from the area so I had to call the pound. The pound were very disappointed that the vet was unable to help us. I find this to be poor practice. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone.

Dr Vicky is a caring and empathetic vet. The nurse staff are also amazing. I have hens and I always take them here because of the caring atmosphere, affordable price and expertise in treating non-traditional pets. Earlier this year my pet had to be put down and I felt that Dr Vicky and one of the nurse there were able to really connect and empathise with me and that made the whole process better.

All the staff made me and my newly adopted dog feel very comfortable and a part of the family upon our first visit. The Dr was kind and happy to chat through my questions. One of the staff even suggested that if I ever walked the dog in the area, that I was welcome to drop in so they could give the dog a treat and pats to make a trip to the vet a positive experience. I really appreciated that.

Mt Druitt Veterinary clinic is the best clinic we go to we have been going there for years and everyone is so nice and helpful, caring and understanding. This is the only vet clinic we go to after the other clinics we have been to just don't stack up compared to Mt Druitt. If you want a great clinic who cares for your pet as much as you do Mt Druitt Veterinary clinic is the clinic for you.

Truly exceptional. I love this vet clinic they are fantastic with animals and the humans owned by them. They have treated my dog Luke and cat Sid for his full 16years and helped the humans through that tough decision we unfortunately had to make. I'd recommend these amazing staff to anyone. Thanks for all the support we got that final day. We'll be bringing a new fur baby up soon.

I took my Mr Neville to get his yearly shots. They were so wonder with him his not normally a people person not animal but for the first time he put his guard down and enjoyed the company of the amazing customer service he received. Very paitent and persist with him. Not once did he feel unwanted but he knew he was in great hands. Thank you so much for taking great care of my pet.

We have been patients of the clinic for I think close to 10 years after the recommendation of a local rescue group. Everyone is absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The drs don't "sell up", they use a common sense approach and are so experienced, it shows in everything they do. Make sure to take your pet for their annual checks as it just helps to pick things up early.

This Clinic is the best Vets I have ever been to. You can tell that they genuinely care, and it makes all the difference. They were consistently honest, empathetic, and never rushed me or got annoyed at my endless questions. I'm glad to have bought my kitty here, because she received the best care she could get. I have been going to see Dr Vicky and staff for a number of years, I own 2 British Bulldogs male and female . Bulldogs are very wary of unfamiliar places and people Dr Vicky is kind and patient and my boy Rambo just loves her he gets excited when he sees her. Dr Vicky is the only vet I trust to care for my two.

I took my very timid Burmese cat, Meeko today , the first time, I was very impressed how friendly the receptionist /nurse and vet were but still remaining professional . They were patient and listened to me. Dr Vicki was very gentle with my cat. I was made to feel very welcome by all. Definitely recommend

I've been there twice now and am more than happy to make the 1 hour drive for this vet. Dr Vicky is amazing with my little rats and is very easy to talk to. You can tell this clinic cares about the animals! Once lockdown is over I'll be taking my dog here too. Just a lovely place with lovely people.

My cats microchip fell out after getting chipped by them, an hour after getting done. In reply! I did take my cat back and a new microchip was inserted BUT! if I had not been patting my cat at the correct time, would I have even known the chip was half in? No!

I had to take my 2 poodles there Dr Vickie was so considerate and compassionate sadly after having my babies for over 14 yes it was heartbreaking to make the decision to let them go Vickie was so professional in the process highly recommended thanks Vickie

These vets are okay as long as it was convenient and financially viable for them. I was happy with their service until a situation with a stray dog occurred. Their treatment or lack of care for a stray dog spoke volumes. I was so saddened

With their 'first in, first served' method, if you mistime your arrival, you could be there for a long time. I'd recommend calling ahead or seeing how many cars are parked outside. I waited 1.5 hours to be seen. Staff were nice though.
