Highly recommend the whole team at Mt Gravatt Veterinary Clinic. From the lovely vet nurses in Sanela, Sarah and Emma to name a few, who are always so welcoming and accommodating. They are always genuinely happy to see the animals and remember them each time. Dr Belinda and Dr Rebecca are both very knowledgeable and thorough with their examinations and getting to the cause of our pets’ problems. We come regularly for routine check ups, to day surgery to problems with allergies to back problems to accidental ingestion of foreign particles and nothing has ever been a problem for the vets and vet nurses.The girls at the front desk give great advice over the phone and will fit in emergencies. Their follow up care for patients and support with pet insurance is always so reassuring. Highly recommend the whole team for their dedication to animal health. Not only do the humans highly recommend the team, Jedha and Winston love visiting the team as well (second only to the park)! ❤️

Had a very bad experience here, staff was not organised. Prescribed my dog with full course of antibiotics that they don’t even have. Eventually they able to find stock for us from other clinic but that clinic told them already that they only have applied for half course. However, staff does not inform us about that. When we went to pick up from other clinic we only got half course. We have to do multiple calls as they keep telling us to call different places to get medication and eventually we didn’t get what we want and they changed my dog with different antibiotics and charging me extra for the new antibiotics. Not recommend. Ever experience this before with other vet. And I have pets my entire life. Staff that spoken to us today was rude. Will not come back again.

I would recommend Mt Gravatt Vet because of the amazing staff, especially Dr Belinda. We own a frenchie who has had skin issues, allergy problems, ear infections and hot spots. It was very difficult to get his issues under control, but Belinda was diligent, knowledgeable, kind and took great care to ensure that our pup would get the treatment he needs. Now he is doing great and taking regular allergy medication. I would recommend anyone who owns a pet with recurring problems to go see Dr Belinda, she will take great care of your animal and will do everything she can to make sure it's in the best shape it can be.

Wow what a great first visit to the Mt Gravatt Vet Clinic with my cavoodle puppy Ruby. Every person at this clinic greeted us with warmth like we were part of their family. Tory and Angel were amazing and gave me great advice on feeding and washing Ruby and everything in-between. The doctor had such a gentle manner with my puppy, I appreciated his honest and authentic approach to her care and his knowledge and experience put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and warm treatment Ruby received and I can't recommend them enough - we are very much looking forward to our next visit ❤.

All of us that have a furry baby know that they are quite simply, a member of the family. My babies are my world and there are few people that I fully entrust to look after and love them as my own. I've been taking my dogs to Mt Gravatt Vets for 25+ years. In that time I've never had any problems or issues - I wouldn't keep going back if I did. Two years or so ago the Vet changed ownership with the retirement of its long term and original owner Alan Bird. In this time the new owner has expanded the range of services and employed more vets to increase available appointment slots. While this has been accompanied with an increase in prices, to be fair it was IMO largely a case of bringing prices up into line with other vets (I checked around at the time). Certainly highly recommended.

If you are in Brisbane and in need of a vet who lives and breathes animal care, comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience, checks up on her patients everyday without fail, and goes above and beyond her health care practitioner role - head to Mount Gravatt Vet Clinic and ask for Liz. Wish we had found Mt Gravatt Vet Clinic sooner. We came to them after having an awful experience at another vet. They are such a gem of a team from the vets to the nurses to reception staff, who take such wonderful care of their patients and their families. Liz is our guardian angel. We love Liz.

My elderly Father and I have been going to Mt Gravatt Veterinary Clinic for more than 30 years. Over this time we have always been very happy with them. The current team are always very friendly, caring and compassionate whilst being professional. They take the time with their explanations and options for our boy. George is a senior dog and they have helped him immensely with his allergies, teeth and aches and pain. They have recently gone up and beyond their duties to acquire medication George needed which we are grateful for. We would highly recommend this practice.

Our cat had been scratched and infected by a stray and the scratch resulted in our cat falling severally ill. The veterinarians treated the issue with professionalism, and respect while doing the best of their ability to assist us in the recovery of the cat. Sarah (one of the staff) went out of her way to help us with the cat, spending out of work hours to assist us, even reassuring us that she’d be happy to take our calls way late into the night. Their fantastic services resulted in the cat healing and recovering safely with great sense of relief on our part.

Monty & Minx veterinary clinic provide outstanding care! I have been so impressed with the level of care and professionalism that each of the staff have provided to my dog Eddie and I. The team at Mt Gravatt veterinary have provided nothing but the best care for my French bulldog. They always go above and beyond to provide the best possible care plan. My girlfriend just rang me I am disgusted and very disappointed in this practice Do you know how hard it is for a blind quadriplegic to go out I have just wasted over $ 200 dollars to get here with my guide dog for his needles I was 25 minutes late I came from the north lakes there was an accident on the freeway so I had to wait The vet just didn’t care I even said I would wait but no Not happy Just goes to to show they only care about your money not your animal

I have had some issues several years ago, but since that time things have improved significantly. I have been very impressed with, and thankful for, the way they have looked after my dog in the last few years of his life. And when he passed recently, they were extremely considerate and sympathetic for our loss. To all the staff (particularly Kylie, Renee etc) thank you very much for your support during this difficult time, it was very much appreciated.

The vet Rebecca was incredibly kind and compassionate, but also honest and realistic about our elderly dog's condition. We greatly appreciate her candour, and her professionalism in putting our beloved pet's wellbeing above potential profits. We have a difficult decision ahead, but now have the facts we need to move forward. So, so grateful for her kindness and empathy. Also dealt with 3 other staff members who were also lovely and caring.

Absolutely fantastic vet clinic!! Sarah and Clare were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Andrew (the vet) was simply one of the best vets I've ever seen. I have a 5 year old golden retriever that needed his teeth cleaned and a lump removed. He is quite anxious being left especially in a cage. The vet nurses were amazing, including Renee who went above and beyond to ensure Digby had the least stressful experience possible. Even letting us stay with him during his premed and recovery. Best vet practice and loveliest staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff and service! My parents having been bringing their pets here for years now i bring my own dog. Ever with the change of management they still offer high quality care and service. Ten stars out of five for all of the staff at Mt Gravatt veterinary clinic. The quick response and genuine care shown by these wonderful people when my cat was attacked and ended up with a broken jaw made a horrible situation a lot more bearable. Would highly recommend anyone taking their pet to this clinic even just for routine checkups which they have also been fantastic with.

We've lived in the area for five years, and have taking our cat and dog here on several occasions. The staff are always courteous and professional. When our cat was hit by a car, one of the staff nursed him back to health at her own home over the weekend (while the clinic was shut), so their dedication to animal care is beyond reproach. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have been so happy with this veterinary clinic. Milo (my golden retriever) has been going here since he was 8 weeks old and we have had such a positive experience. The vets are knowledgeable, especially Dr Shibly who was very informative about potential issues and options for Crumpet, our bulldog puppy. Been going there for the last few years. Patient comfort and health is clearly a priority. All services are clearly explained prior. Having an older pet now going through some issues, it was great to have their team on his side. However If Gus wrote the review you would still get one star, can't convince him a needle is for his benefit. He is a stubborn dog.

We've been going to this vet since our senior dog was a puppy. Recently we've been seeing Belinda. She wasn't available this time, and lovely Liz took care of Blitzen. She jumped straight onto the issues he was having and got him sorted. She then followed up with a phone call the next day to check on him. Thank you for looking after our furbaby yet again.

My pack adore a visit to the vet. Bellatrix, the furry death eater, Hermione, the hairy bin chicken and Godric the miniature werewolf have deep down crazy but have never been treated with anything but love, affection and peanut butter when we rock up for shots, tablets or "mystery spews". We recently adopted a senior dog and we brought her along to get a check up. The staff were so helpful trying to track down any relevant information for us. Our doggy loved every minute of being there and didn't even flinch getting her vaccinations. They even took the time to show us how to trim her nails correctly.

Great Vet Clinic, Excellent caring staff, Well priced, with old school caring. None of this you need a blood test for this and x-ray for this when its not needed. You can definitely tell their staff aren't on commission incentives to sell products unlike other vet clinics. Highly recommended.

Appointment at 9 and someone attended us after 9.20, it's the first time our boy dog visit so he hasn't had any vaccination etc, we have to hold him and after that long time he becomes a bit uncomfortable. Staff was nice and professional though, very close to our place so will visit again.

Our Staffy has his teeth cleaned - we were very happy with the process and the information provided to us. He recovered quickly and is back to his happy self (straight back to wanting to play ball games). While services such as this aren't cheap, we believe we got good value for money.

The best vet! Our dog actually loves coming to this vet surgery, we are always greeted with kindness and patience from the Vets themselves and also the Vet Nurses. We have since moved out of the area but I cannot imagine taking our dog anywhere else. Cannot recommend highly enough!
