I waited an hour and a half to get my phone screen replaced... they return it to me with the rubber underneath the glass exposed and the backlight broken. I waited ANOTHER hour and a half to get them to fix their error. And the whole time i'm waiting the guy lies to me saying he cant see the random square of light on my screen, that I changed something in my settings, that the light is part of the background, that the software of my iphone 7 plus is the problem, that its SUPPOSED TO TAKE AN HOUR to simply fix a screen. No refund, no one listens to me. I almost paid 70$ for a broken mess. They gave me a complementary 2$ glass screen protector though when they finally fixed it. Absolute mess of a shop. And for some reason he gets my screen fixed in another shop? So it looks like all the shops in this mall get help from the same guy who doesn't know what he's doing? It was the lying salesperson that did it for me tbh. He promises to refund me the money, then says its my fault, I misunderstood his english. Absolutely awful experience. Imagine waiting 3 hours without your phone, stuck in a place you've never been to and you drove 30 minutes to get there alone. No respect, awful service, no quality.

I did a fon call to this shop Girl named anmol she picked my call and she was very rude she directly told me to go somewhere else I just want to tell her this is not your own shop thats why you are saying this Ask your boss what is the customer service and how important are customers for a business and for a owner It will not affect you because you are getting paid every week but yes it will affect the owner who gonna pay you

Mumbai mobile is very good shop , they have very good information about the plans for people USA and Canada wide calling . I like their honest and genuine service. I would like to recommend truck drivers who wan’t to have us calling to contact at this shop.
