They did a "remodel" and now there isn't even a restroom available on site AT ALL. This place required a laundry card at a fee of a whopping $3 a pop (not made up in initial load credit or anything) and then I loaded $20 on it and the card malfunctioned before I'd spent half of it. I had to have them replace the card (at ANOTHER $3 charge) and it malfunctioned again before I got the first $20 spent. I would have had to wait until the next day to get it replaced (since no attendant was present and it is not an automated process to get the remaining balance transfer done) but decided to for go the remaining balance and drug my STILL WET clothing home.

First timer, and if I may add, I'm impressed at your facility very much so. Nice and clean overall. The bathroom was tidy, no graffiti or syringes on the floor. Triple load washer I used worked great, removed the stubborn stains in my work denim. And I've never in my years of laundry, dried a decent load that size with .50 cents! 98 percent of my jeans where bone dry. I had 2 older pair of levi's that are thick at the seems and hems, so that was to be expected as usual.

This laundrymat is broken. Nearly every machine is inoperable, many of which are unmarked as such. Using two different dryers tonight I had one sodden load and one burned load. I've drier had no heat, whole the other produced too much on a gentle cycle. There is either no staff available, or else they simply don't exist. Perform regular maintenance on your machines, and lockout/tag out your broken machines. You're a fire hazard.

Honestly, 5 stars. Dropped off 20lbs of laundry at 630pm and picked it up the next morning at 1030 as promised. Washed, folded, smelling amazing. They even matched my kid’s socks, my least favourite chore! The manager (owner?) helped me walk it all out to the car. And 1$ per pound is a steal. 10/10 recommend.

Not enough carts for the number of people washing. People holding on to carts and gifting them to people just walking in. Others just holding on to them. Dryers numbers 65 and 66 did not give the appropriate time for the $ taken off the card. Unsupervised children running around causing a trip hazard.

I absolutely love this place I will never go to another place if I don’t have to the staff is always nice and this place stays clean! Smells good to! Owner is if not always but majority of the time on site he’s also very friendly if you want a place with good washers and dryer’s this is it!!

$20 to big so I went and bought a case of water to break the $20. Inserted $10... still to big so then I insert $5 and yet again to big. The other machine I try to get to work welp it's out of cards. Place was dirty and smelled like an outhouse. Pathetic all the way around.

I use the wash and fold service and Bryan and Maria are amazing!! Clothes come back perfect, smell amazing, folded and hung perfectly. Bryan always helpful getting checked in and out. Price perfect and place is spotless. I cannot say enough great things about this place!!

The owner was on site on the weekend. Very friendly. They forgot to put my clothes on hangers i provided. Contacted the owner and he personally delivered hangers to me. Price was half than what I paid previously at another location. Highly recommend.

Wasn't maintained well..only very select machines worked....and those that worked barely worked.. was there for 2 hours...and saw one worker as I was leaving...will not suggest or go back.. pics online is not how the place looked at all

Really nice place to go and take care of your laundry needs. Clean ...everybody's courteous and friendly. Very helpful ... stuff to do for the kids, you know a nice place to go and do laundry on a weekend with your family ..

Very clean!!! Machines work amazing and much easier using a card instead of coin!!! Plus you put 20$ on and gives you 3$ extra bonus! There is a one time fee of $2 to get your money card so make sure you have that separate.

They no longer are 24hrs, they close at 10pm now. And you still need to have a card from there or they'll sell you a card. Washing a single load was $1.50 and 10 minutes of dryer for 25 cents. It usually needs 2 dry cycles

This is a perfectly acceptable laundromat. It's large and reasonably clean, and I love the 24/7/365 hours since I work odd hours myself. It also uses a card system so you don't have to lug around a pound of quarters.

I have questions as a first time customer and no one will answer the phone and the voicemail is full. My question is does the $1 per pound include ironing dress shirts? If not how much per pound to wash and iron?

This place used to be good. You could have came here any time and washed in comfort. Now it’s limited hours, half the machines are broken and there’s staff washing 24/7. Pretty much nothing is available now.

No homeless people camping out, which is a nice change from the other one I was using. I can't believe I didn't find this place sooner. Now I can do my laundry and NOT worry about catching tuberculosis.

Great place to do laundry.. Free wifi... They also do drop of laundry... Awesome place. The only downer.. Bathroom gets locked when employees are not on site... Due to all the vandalism.

Over half the washers and dryers don't work and steal your money, I just lost 12 bucks on triple load washers that wouldn't start. Never go here. You'll lose more money than you need to.

No complains from me. The place is clean. The machines do a good job and they take Apple Pay. Win all around. Makes not having a W/D a little easier. Thanks for keeping the place clean.

This makes no sense to me everywhere on your website says 24/7 laundry 24/7 laundry well lit open 24/7 air conditioning and yet you're closed at 10:00. What a joke and waste of my time

The hours going back to 9pm last load sucks. The Phoenix weather requires a 24 hour laundry facility, and this place would have been great--if they'd kept the 24 hour service.

This is a bad business. I tool my clothes there and had things missing when I got my clothes back more than once. Not safe always filled with homeless demanding money.

A good spot clean washers and dryers fair pricing open late just make sure you empty out the link catcher on the dryers or else it takes forever for them to dry

Friday the 16th I went to this laundry room and the Dry is it working properly the temperature of the dryers wasn't so HOT! Never use the bottom Dryer....

Lots of machines, clean. You load money on a card (there is a small fee) and insert into machines. Have been here several times to wash bed spread.

Staff was extremely busy but treated me like their only customer. I'm in a wheelchair and still adjusting. Thanks to the ladies that helped me.

Reasonable rates, good service. And good looking cashier. All in all if I'm back in Phoenix, ill go back. Wash and fold is the way to go.
