I purchased the Motorcycle-bike during the grand opening. I got a sale price but then my financing fell through. Well these folks kept the bike for me for many weeks. Everytime I checked, they would not only reassure me that it's okay, but they would give me a gift. Just amazing customer service!! I can't emphasize enough how helpful and supportive this company was during a rough time for me. Now, on to the bike: It's the motorcycle one. There was some getting to know it but now I love it. I had a different E bike before so, some of the things about this bike took some time to get used to. It isn't adjustable and the seat is just a bit too low for someone of my height to comfortably pedal while seated. I am 5 feet and 9 inches tall. If you are shorter than that, great. If you are taller, you should look at another bike. There are no shock absorbers. This is something you will miss if you are accustomed to it. The bike does street cruizing very well. The reason I picked this model was that it is designed to carry passengers. I have two kids 8 and 12 and they both LOVE the bike. They feel very safe on it. As passengers. The 12 y/o could ride it, but he's risk averse I guess. Anyhow, I have now put over 100 kilometers on it and I have fallen for it. If you don't plan on going into the mountains with it, you will love it too. As long as you aren't too tall. If you are tall, get another model from NIJI Sports because they will go above and beyond to make you a satisfied customer. I will give them return business. Oh, I forgot to say a few things: The battery is amazing! I have been out there for like 45 minutes and I still have all 5 bars! What does it take to drain this battery? Plus, you will love the headlight!! It is fantastic to ride around the University of Calgary area at night. So many coyotes! I use the headlamp and the bell to try to not surprise any wildlife. Because the bike is FAST!! The motor is very quiet. The brakes sqeeked for the first 60 km. This is what I experienced with my previous bike too. I think the brakes just need to get broken in. Anyway, FIVE big stars for NIJI bikes!!!!

I got the NIJI Motor Bike model. It has been nothing but a thriller. “Cool” is what I’ve kept hearing from friends or people I encountered on the trails. It is indeed fairly cool. It has the motorcycle’s look, sturdy, solid, with 4-inche tires that is ready to explore any terrains or weathers. Yet it is an electrical bike, quiet, environment-friendly and safe. It is powerful. I am surprised by its powerful motor. My home is up on a hill with a stretch of slope of, I’d say relatively steep, of 15-20 degree I guess. My friends’ older Rad model e-bike can not make it. With this NIJI e-bike, I put on power assistance level 3 (highest being 5), easily paddling along. It goes up like a dragonfly. It feels great. It saves me money every time I ride it. I have started to ride it to workplace which is about 6km one-way. It saves me 10+ bucks every day for parking and fuels alone, which would pay for itself in less than 10 months leaving alone rides for other things such as tennis, grocery etc.!!!. My work place offers an indoor free bike parking. Awesome! It has the capacity and seating to carry a child. However I have not tried. The big headlight and taillight are quite impressive. Especially when I ride home through trails in the woods after an extended tennis battle running up to the dust. The quality and make seem to be up to the standards of any other e-bike on the market. I just love this thing. So far cannot get enough of riding it. It is more than a ride. It is entertainment.

Best bike shop in all of Calgary!! I came in one day asking for an e-bike, and the manager showed me the kinds they had and recommended a few to me. She was very knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions, and even showed me how to use an e-bike, since it was my first time. I chose one and they had it constructed the next day. They even offered to deliver it! (But I said I'd rather pick it up myself and ride it home). I tried to pay but there was an issue with my bank, but they were very understanding and let me pay when I came back to pick up the bike the next day. When I came to pick up the bike, the technician gave me a super in-depth explanation of everything about the bike, how to use it, maintain it, best practices, prevent theft, etc. He even told me to come back in a few weeks for a "gift". I rode the bike all the way home and it was very high-quality, and great for the price. Everyone there was super friendly. They were very quick to respond to all my communications, and products are high-quality and inexpensive. 5 stars!

So I did my fare share of research before purchasing an ebike. I finally landed on this Niji bike. The shape and design was best suited for what I've had in mind to customize it and make it my own. 6 weeks and 300 kms later, I gotta say I couldn't be happier with my choice. This bike has become my main source of transportation in and around the city, and the country for that matter. With the available space to add small carrying case, saddle bags, containers, etc. I challenge anyone to running small arrands more efficiently, timely, and economically, all while enjoying the ride. The mileage on my Honda Civic and Toyota Tundra have virtually come to a hault. It goes without saying, with todays fuel prices, this bike is a welcome addition to my transportation fleet. Value for money! Bought the NIJI crossbar and the largest cargo for my Hyundai Tucson for a fraction of the cost as compared to a more established brand. Used it for my recent ski trip. I am a happy customer. The cargo can perfectly fit all the skis, boots, poles and helmets for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children), saving us a lot of cabin space. It was not noisy at all for a normal cruise at the highway speed limit, except at some very strong wind areas. The box can be opened from the left or the right side, which is helpful. The size and shape is proportioned and match my SUV perfectly. Easy to install and dissemble.

We got two ‘Rain’ Niji bikes for biking around the city this summer. The bikes are lightweight and ride really well. It’s really neat that they assemble their own bikes and it’s evident the amount of care and effort they put into their bikes and their customer service. Bought a roof cargo rack from Niji, the staff were all amazing. They helped me pick out the right size and installed it for me (in plus 33 degree heat!). I overheard multiple interactions with their other clients and was more than impressed with their service and friendliness, which is very rare these days. It was a great experience overall and I will make sure to return when I am in the market for a new bike!!!!

I purchased a NIJI E bike in January. This bike is perfect for riding on trails and pathways in Calgary as well as off road in Fish Creek. I installed some studded tires on it and have been riding it at West Bragg. I was amazed at how it can power thru snow up to 6 inches deep. The bike is very light and nimble for an e bike and the removable Samsung battery has out far performed it’s specs for range.

I bought a foldable electric bike and I couldn’t be more pleased with the bike but even more the responsiveness of Bin and Lee. I had a few challenges with a few things as new to this style of bike and they responded to texts right away and offered to come to my house. Best of all, built bike and dropped off at my home for no extra charge. That’s like top notch customer service!!!!

I purchased a the Niji folding eBike and it's great! The thing is a joy to ride and has loads of power even to transport a big guy like me. Although eBikes are quite expensive overall, I felt I got a great deal from Bin. Come to think of it, how could anyone not buy a bike from Bin when he is so enthusiastic about his product? I first purchased the universal cross bars for my 2016 Tuscon and they fit great and are very sturdy. I then went back and purchased the mid sized roof top cargo box. I just did a 2k on trip with both and they were great and held up fantastic. Great product, service and pricing.

So happy with my rack, I recently lost a part (my fault) and when I contacted the owner they were able to find me a replacement within 20 minutes. Without the part I would not have been able to use my rack for our road-trip. Exceptional customer service. Thank you again!

Super quick and friendly service. The bars were installed for me in less than 20 mins from the time I arrived a the store. Crossbars are solid and quiet at highway speeds. This is the best value for the money roof rack set of crossbars you can get.
