My 2 therapy cats love this pet store and their five oaks location. They demand fussie cat wet, uncle Larry's chicken breast, and those tube purees... they generally have what I need in stock and I love their rewards program. Before covid, they offered a little birthday gift discount for the cats/dogs birthdays and they would host parties where not only could we freely try out kibble from the reps that show up as well as talk to them and make suggestions. I have to say one suggestion make a change. Fussie started producing a bigger can. Now, if only they could make a pouch version... I can't open the cans on my own right now. If I need help out, or place a phone order, they are always helpful. Handicap accessible: sort of. There's a handicap spot in the free parking garage however it's like 3 steps up to the back door in the parking garage and a big hill to get back up to street level to access their door from the street that has no steps. My suggestion: call them and explain you can't do steps and they can put together your order and bring it out. They also do some delivery but I live too far away. The feed store by me doesn't carry anything my cats eat and won't special order anything. So I drive 45 min each way to be able to get everything for 2 weeks in one trip. It was easier when this store was on my way home.

I don't just go to stores like Nature's Pet because they stock quality products and foods for your pets. I don't just go there because they have a really convenient self wash space for my dog or grooming services if I need them. I don't just go there because there's free and convenient parking in a neighborhood where most stores can't afford to provide that. All these are great reasons to shop at Nature's Pet but the real reason I am their faithful customer is their excellent customer service which makes every visit a real joy. Associates like Kai and Phillip really know how to take customer service to the next level. They always greet with a smile, are quick to resolve issues, and happy to go the extra distance. That's what truly sets this store apart.

The people here are so kind and lovely! When I first moved here in the summer of 2020 and worried about my cat because of the travel and the heat, they totally gave me a bunch of food samples to try to get her eating more regularly again (that’s how we found her favorite kind!) which I have never forgotten. Every time I’ve been in since, each person who works there has been just so pleasant and nice - can’t ask for a better shop! Oh my goodness, and don’t get me started on the wonderfully adorable little kitties available for adoption they have in the back of the shop - just wonderful!

I've been going to Nature's Pet for cat supplies for a few years and always get great customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. When my kitty was losing weight and I was overwhelmed trying to choose wet food as she'd always declined wet food in the past, they guided me to Fussy Cat brand and she's been happy and healthy since. They even threw in an extra can of food when I mentioned I was in buying toys for her birthday. Oh, and they introduced me to silvervine, which she goes nuts over! They've done a great job addressing covid too. Overall great place.

The local secret is this amazing pet food & supply store. Really healthy brands and the best frozen raw, like the SmallBatch brand I get for my ferrets. Staff remember you, know their products, care about your pets, and often bring their own to work. (which are always lovely to visit with) From time to time they also have the most darling cats in that are looking to be adopted. You can sit in their enclosure and really get to meet and see if you are right for them. What a nice way to find your family.

A really great pet supply store that seems to focus on providing high-quality products. The cat food options there were ones that I recognized as being particularly healthy, and I was stoked to find that they carry my brand of choice. (Open Farm) I had some questions about the cat treat Churu and the person who worked there was really knowledgeable about nutrition, on top of just being a generally pleasant person. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for food and pet supplies from now on.

Location hidden under Walgreens off Burnside with free parking above or below. Was calling around to schedule a doggie nail grind....everywhere booked out a week or didn’t answer. Then I called here....got right in and was done in 5 minutes. Walk in! Groomer and cashier were nice/helpful. I’m going here now!! The store was well stocked. There’s another groomer in the area....more expensive and not as easy to work with. Being able to get right in here was amazing. Thank you Natures Pet NW!!

I have been coming to Nature’s Pet Store for as long as I have had my 11 year old long-haired chihuahua. He loves it there. They have a fabulous groomer that lets me run in and remove his weird dewclaw and he gets to see the visiting Neighbor Hood Vet once every month for vaccines and anal glands. They have everything you could want for your pet and the staff is wonderful. And if that’s not enough I can get my UPS packages directed there. They are also cheaper than Mud Bay. A+

Nature's Pet Market is our new pet store for sure! They have a massive amount of choices for raw dog food and wet cat food, all very reasonably priced. They also score big points for actually having every item that I ordered for curbside pick up through their website. My boyfriend was there to pick up our order around 10:30am and it was all packed up and ready to go, 30 minutes after the store opened. FIVE BIG STARS for NPM!

We get our cat litter and cat food from here. These folks are pretty great. They also delivered cat litter for us. They have the high quality things you can’t find in a local grocery store. We switched litter at one point and our cat started having health issues. After several visits to the vet we figured out it was the cheap litter. Can’t skimp there anymore. Thanks nature’s pet and Claudia our delivery person.

I was thrilled to be able to get my cat's preferred brand of food via curbside service yesterday. I was treated with friendly, mindful, and respectful service regarding guidelines to combat the virus, not to mention I got to support a small business that promotes natural and sustainable options for pets. The price isn't that much more, and it's a central location with plenty of parking. A+

This place is great. The staff are all super friendly, and they carry everything for our super fussy cat including her special litter called Cat Attract. She had been going outside of the box for a year until we switched to this stuff which thankfully did the trick. And they have all of her favorite foods including her gravy packets, dry and wet food, as well as the Churu cat treats.

While shopping here one day, I saw a female employee obviously target and closely monitor a normal black man shopping with his dog, just minding his own business, doing nothing wrong. The employee then told her coworker to “keep an eye on him” before ringing up my stuff. I witnessed racist and disgusting behavior and I will never ever step foot in this place again.

Everyone here has always been so attentive and patient when I come in to either self-wash my pup or have questions about products that I need for my dogs heath. It’s definitely the only place I really trust bringing my dogs and the groomer is very professional too! She cut our dogs nails on our way out when she had time between clients.

I love this store and the folks that work there. Even with the new restrictions, they are fast, efficient, and always so nice. I used to buy my cat food in bulk, but now that I have a great local place I can walk to, I enjoy my weekly trips out of the house. They also have a solid variety of brands. Be sure to check them out!

Friendly welcoming employees! This was my first time to the store and went with the intention of using the self dog wash station. Totally worth it for $15! I noticed that some of the treats I usually get for my dogs were cheaper here by about $4 so I'll definitely be back. Thanks y'all from Sabrina, Star Bright and Kiki!

I bring my dog once a month to get a nail grind and the groomer (I sure wish I knew her name) always gets us in right away, even without an appointment and she’s amazing!! We are thankful to get the Stella & Chewy's raw patties for our puppy. They always have what we want. We like the credit we get that gets us a free bag after a specific # of bags. They have been helpful in getting the right food and treats. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even during this tense pandemic time.

The best pet store I've found anywhere near downtown. Their huge range of products is very high quality and the staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. When it comes to dog toys I've noticed they often have prices that beat out much larger stores like Fred Meyer or PetSmart. Highly recommended!

It was such an informational helpful experience when I went in to get my puppy some dog food. Dog food was a pretty stressful process for me and the owner really put my mind at ease and taught me so much when it comes to dog nutrition and spent so much time with me to pick out my dog food. My favorite pet store in the area. They have everything you can imagine needing. The store is super well organized and every employee is always very kind and helpful when I come in and have to buy a lot! There’s also a groomer who is wonderful and a self bathing station for 12.00 that’s amazing.

So much cheaper quality pet products available in bulk. Got my compostable cat litters at a quarter price per pound than I usually get online. The only downside was that they don't have shopping carts for customers. You have to ask the casher for a loading cart to deliver the items to your car.

I love supporting a small, local, pet store where i get so much personalized attention for any question! There is parking in the Pearl! which makes a quick stop easy. Now, we have also happily begun using the grooming service. They supported us from puppy to dog and cat to kitten.

Love love love this place. We’ve moved to another part of the town but even miss visiting this shop. When we adapted our cat here, all the system was super well set up. (And of course, we love our cat.) Staff are always nice and they have bulk-purchase discount for wet cat food.

Friendly, helpful staff with lots of products to promote healthy diets for our pets. This includes freeze dried and frozen chums of ground rabbit and other meats. Note these need a few nutrients added to be a complete diet for your pet. Lots of recipes available on line

Romana is excellent!! We only take our pups here for grooming. Our one pup absolutely hates getting bathed but Romana is extremely patient and skilled with him and he always comes out happy and clean! Would definitely recommend, 15/10!!

This is much larger than the Murrayhill location and has a lot more to choose from. Went to the groomers here too and they were fast and my dog did great and looked great! Will go back again. They have great treats.
