NET COST LIQUORS! Sells Sour Wine BEWARE! Net Cost Liquors takes NO Responsibility for Improperly storing their wine. I was told NO Refunds or Exchanges & you opened it. Of course, I did I cooked several Sunday dinners $$$$ not realizing Net Cost Liquors sold me BAD Wine! I thought it was the, tomatoes or the basil, onions, garlic, meat. I kept changing the produce, canned tomatoes, meat, herbs. IT WAS THE SOUR WINE! They even admitted it! I tried talking in person, there's NO reasoning with them. My monetary $$$ Loss of Imported tomatoes, pasta, pecorino cheese, beautiful unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. All used preparing dinners, was Thrown Out from BAD WINE SOLD at Net Cost Liquors! I returned your SOUR WINE and left it there; Net Cost Liquors doesn't care about YOU the CONSUMER! What about my LOSS!!! Don't Throw away MONEY YOU WORKRD HARD for at "NET COST LIQUORS" it will cost you MUCH MORE THAN A BAD BOTTLE OF SOUR WINE!

The store is a good store if you buy hard liquor, but when it comes to wine, I have had a bad experience twice already. Most recently, I decided to give it another chance and bought Il Gabiano Montepulciano D’abruzzo 2016 Riserva and it was the worst. I had to throw it in the garbage. It felt and tasted like cheap alcohol mixed with sugar. Smelled like one too. It wasn’t a nice Italian wine we are so used to savor over here. Again, this review is not concerning customer service or store, rather a quality of wines sold. I am not going back there for wines for sure...

This is my neighborhood liquor store and it’s one of the best I’ve been to. It’s very well organized and I’ve always had friendly service. This is review is mostly for Steven who is one of the most knowledgeable people at the place. He is extremely helpful and makes shopping there a great experience. I highly reocmmmend this store and if you have any questions, ask for Steven!

We got a bottle of red wine a Kagor for passover... and was shocked... You can't even call it wine. How even possibe this gabidge been allowed to export to US. Live here for 30 years had a chance to drink a spiritual wine from Italy , ... Just avoid …

Great customer service, big selection of alcohol beverages. Lots of rose, vines, whiskey and other cocktails. When we were walking out, one of the bottles broke and they were so nice to replace it free of charge! So nice of them!!! We will be loyal customers!

I shop here when I'm on Staten Island. They are kind enough to match any price you find cheaper with a receipt. They also have a great selection of whatever you like and have tasting of new products.

Best liquor prices I have found and they still have some of the amazing staff that was there when it was owned by the Russians. Under new ownership as of about 6 months ago.
