If you want to go out for long distance don’t take. This guy’s make you time in road only they never drive anytime more than speed specified on highway way. Max speed of this cars is only 80KMH. They take you to destination much lesser than google estimation time. I had very bad experience by taking Innova crysta to Srinagar trip. Most of time I was in car only slow driving. If we complain the owner will say. “ if you don’t like take another car” this is attitude of owner. I not recommend to any of you for long distance. With Delhi you can take. This guys will park somewhere hidden places make you to such car. Also parking behind another car. Make you to wait for 2hrs until the first car take out. I have photos of parking. I’ll post as well. Conclusion. You cannot enjoy trip. Money minded owner. Demanding money before dropping only. Don’t pay advance they take advantage of it. Pay only after drop.

Long journey travel with New Delhi Car Rental was completely safe, smooth & comfortable experience for us. Especially, big Thank You to Mani bhaiya. He made our trip super fun with his banter. He is very well mannered, polite & jolly. Having 4 female travelers in car, he made sure we all were safe and he was constantly in touch with us on call during sightseeing. We had so many fun moments with him that we will remember always. We did not face single issue with car in 7 days trip. Would highly recommend!

It was our first trip for DEL to visit Shimla Manali. We got the driver Manoj Kumar. He was very supportive from the beginning. The timings and planing for the events of the days with traffic and satisfied our requirements. He took us as his responsibility and guided us with safely. He also warned us against various scams so that we can be safe. Manoj maintained his vehicle also neatly and his driving is with precautions. We would highly recommend Manoj Kumar as a best driver.

We had hired cab for traveling to Himachal Pradesh. It was an all girls trip. Faizal (driver) made the entire journey an amazing one and it felt safe and secure traveling with him . We took the cab for 1 week and the driver was always available before time. The best part was that when the first driver had some issues with taking us to certain places, we informed the operator and a new bigger car was sent to us. Never had such an amazing experience with a cab service. Would highly recommend it for families.
