Horrid treatment/accusatory staff. Just purchased a few drinks from here. Went up to the counter to pay for our drinks. Was served by a possibly new worker as she was being overwatched by the elderly man that works there. On the couter there is a box of promotional monster enegy keychains. I picked up one of the keychains to take a look at it then put it back. The elderly worker was at the counter and saw this entirely, but as soon as i stepped back (both hands in clear sight in front of me) the elderly worker said to me, "did you take one?". He clearly saw it had been put back as he was staring at me the entire time which felt very uncomfortable as it was, but still had the audacity to accuse me of theivery. I was honestly taken aback by this, especially when he started inspecting me up and down. I didnt even have my bag or phone on me so not sure what he was hoping to acheive here. Regardless this is unacceptable customer treatment. I used to enjoy the food and service here, but certainly won't be returning to this place again after that kind of treatment from staff. I honestly hope your staff doesn't treat all your customers the way i was treated today. Utterly shamefull. I was with my partner and friend. I was the only one that got this treatment. My partner was standing right next to me at the time of incident, but he wasn't even acknowledged by the elderly worker. My friend got served after us and never got this treatment when he grabbed a keyring for buying the 2 promotional drinks.

I bought a chicken kebab with periperi sauce on Monday (13/1/2020) afternoon around 5pm. They have used the kebab which was not fresh and used some pieces of kebab from a container put that on the hot plate then used that in the wrap. I don’t think the chicken was in right temperature into the pot as it was neither on a oven (60 degree celcius) nor in the freeze( bellow 5 degree). The taste was horrible!! Chicken was too dry and completely tasteless. I have never seen making kebab like that. When you go to a kebab shop they cut the kebab fresh from the grill and straight away put that in the wrap. For the first time I saw kebab processed on hot plate. I will never recommend anyone to have kebab from this shop. So disappointed. On top of that customer service was unsatisfactory. The staff doesn’t know what’s inside the roll.

These guys have a good range of food on offer. Everything from the humble bag of chips, burgers, kebabs, coffee and right up to deal packs. Several fridges give you a good range of drinks to choose from. Been there a few times now usually for coffees and egg and bacon rolls. Never had a problem with the quality of the food and the rolls were a good size and tasted great, as did the coffee. The staff are friendly and will have a quick chat. Also do convenient being on the main road where you can just pull up with parking out the front.

Used to love their kebabs were at a reasonable price $10 or under try to order a hamburger with the lot today just thought id ask what it comes with they wasn't sure themselves, I thought a hamburger with the lot comes with the lot Hans it's in its wording, and seriously $16.50 for a kebab I was baffled at what I was looking at never seen such a ridiculous price for a kebab before in my life what's going on with this place, it used to be good not anymore.

Bought a ham burger, at first glance it looked delicious, Thats when everything went down hill, I opened the wrapper went to take a bite when my finger went through the bun it was stale and shatterd all over my lap and car seats the meat was cold and no taste, Obviously left in the bay marine to long $9 waste of money. Buy with caution people

Decided to order something for dinner here instead of my usual next door due to masks being worn incorrectly only to notice after paying that one of the workers who was preparing the food was not wearing a mask at all, everyone else was wearing them and correctly. Disappointing with nearly 8000 KNOWN positive Covid cases and with it spreading like wildfire, health and safety should be paramount. Food is ok.

Oh what delicious kebabs these are! One size and these are generously filled! Vegetarian options available! Chips are hot and salted.

Great friendly staff! Made me feel part of the family upon entry I purchased x4 un-toasted Kebabs in the morning, so I could take them home after work and toast them for dinner... trust me! It's a great idea! Saves time! And results in a beautiful freshly toasted kebab for the whole family to enjoy. ❤ Perfect service! Perfect produce!

Falsely advertising kebabs with quote '... your choice of sauce.' When ordered with MY choice of garlic sauce they charge extra above the advertised board price - even after I've queried the extra cost. Apparently there's only 4 sauces included in the board price - but garlic sauce is not one of them. False advertising? You decide!!

If your hungry , they have food . Oodles of food and it tastes better if you wash it down with an ice cold choccy pura milk . The sustenance of a tradie.

Bought potato cakes and chips today, grease plus! We won't be back. Obviously they either didn't drain the food or didn't have the oil hot enough. Had a hamburger last week, wasn't too bad but not the best. The Cook needs not to scratch her head and then handle the food without gloves.

Asked for an egg and bacon roll, went back to my car and I got a cheeseburger. I decided to try and eat it, I took a bite and it was COLD. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. First time going there and I definitely won’t be back! I’ll be telling my friends and family not to as well!

Under new management so we thought we would give it a try, very glad we did Highly recommend! Best Kebab I’ve ever had. Very clean and well presented, there food was fresh and delicious! Staff were so lovely and kind! Will definitely be returning, Keep up the great work guys!

The worst fried chicken ever, bought some food for the lunch, couldn’t eat any of them, $19 worth of food gone into the bin..! **Please try the food before you serve**, chicken smelled like 2-3 days old or fried twice...flake had no favour at all. Disappointed.!

Would not bother. Got chips from there they put the dry horriable ones in hot box when we asked for fresh cooked. The manager was rude when complained. His wife always seem to have grotty hands when serving. The good ratings would be from friends and family.

Baught a $34 family meal for dinner. The dim sims where off taste discusting. My dogs wouldn't even eat them. Was offered my money back which I will go and get later today. Rest of the meal was fine. If I dont recieve my money will pursue OHS

Snack pack was $16 small and $22.. went after two weeks small one is $20 and large is $26. Overpriced. And no difference in the portion size. Waited 10+ mins every time. They don't use fresh kebab. Used the ones in a box. Will not go again.

When I pointed to the one in the glass area she took it out and I asked what was it, she replied Chicken Burger with the lot. She suggested she could make me a fresh one and I agreed. She made me one but it did not have what the burger she

Pretty standard takeaway. Cheap, better quality than most. Highly recommend the battered chicken tenders.

Just awful. Service was slow, my schnitzel on my burger was 40% crumbs, 60% rubber and 100% disappointment. And they forgot my dim sims in an order of 3 things. Seriously, go to Atlantis next door. Much nicer and far better service.

Excellent food kebabs are the best I've ever tasted been here twice now and definitely will be coming back. Owners are lovely and very welcoming and prices are very fair.

Had a Satay chicken kebab. Probably one of the tastiest things I've ever experienced. These guys pour in their dedication to the craft. They'll take the time to make sure it's perfect. Cheers guys, and coffee was great too.

We just had chicken kebab in this store . The lady who prepared kebab don’t have enough experience and except chicken she put everything in the kebab. Customer service is also not good. In simple words it’s a worst store .

Usually a regular of Atlantis but decided to give this shop a chance. Chicken burger and chips I had was ok but not great. Bit concerning that staff were using bare hands when preparing food. Think I'll stick to Atlantis.

Really happy with the quality of the food especially when it comes to chicken kebab and chips they are always hot and taste good... Really worth of spending money here as they do everything infront of us.. Cheers...

If i could give zero I would. The fish absolutely stunk when we got it. So much so we needed to pull car over and get out. It tasted off. The scallops were burnt. The chips tasted like fish.

Friendly staff but the food isn't very nice now the new owners have taken over, orded 3 strips and chips and the all 3 pieces of chicken were so tuff and Chewy and were thrown in the bin.

This place is out of th is world, service quality and price are fantastic. The food, well come on you've gotta try it. Kebabs are most satisfying, they really fill you up. Great place

Worst experience ever. I asked for chicken hsp and he gave mix hsp. And he argued with me saying i ordered wrongly. And charged me again for chicken hsp.

Ordered minimum chips, 2 dim sims, 1 crab stick & 1 potato cake. Cooked fresh, tasted great and very large portion size for under $9. Very impressed!

Just went, the rest of their food was absolutely delicious, but four of our chicken garlic balls were almost entirely raw.
