Return visit to this shop. I think this family-run-bussiness does sell various good products including alot of type of fish, aquariums, equipments and disposable products. The sound inside the shop is very calming. Love it. Pricing is very affortable. The downside was the young seller seems doesnt have good customer service. I went inside and he just had his meal without any greeting to me. Also need to approach him twice then i would be served. Otherwise nothing i can complain about. all good as gold. Very recommended shop

Very knowledgeable and friendly owners run this business. Not only sell fish as their business but also provide advise after whenever you need help. I was so nervous when I put Oscar into my new fish tank, luckily the owners they offered me hours helps on testing water, as well as advise me how to control the PH and build-up bacterial for the system,etc. I just feel so comfortable and confident to get fish here. Most products are probably the lowest prices in south east suburb. Highly recommended!

A very lovely family owned business! I would highly recommend stopping in to take a look at their great range of fish and products! We have purchased 1 Rare Tiger Oscar, 1 Albino Oscar, 1 Jewel Cichlid, 1 FireMouth, 1 Blue Maingano, 1 Green Severum, 1 Red Horse Face and the most recent additions of 5 baby Red Devils. All 12 fish are happy and healthy, thanks to the staff and all their help!

Bought 4 ornamental fish here in 2021, brought them home, and put them together with the dozen or so fish I have raised for eight years. Four days later, I found white spots on my newly bought fish, and later my fish were all infected and all died, causing a huge loss to me. Will never go here to buy fish again. 2021年在這裡買了4條觀賞魚，帶回家，和我養了八年的十幾條魚放在一起。 四天後，我在新買的魚身上發現了白點，後來我的魚都被感染了，都死了，給我造成了巨大的損失。 再也不會去這裡買魚了。

Customer service was fantastic (even though there was a slight language barrier) and if it's goldfish ( fancy or plain) you're after, this is definitely the place to go. Great prices, clean tanks and to-date disease free too! Have been there several times and always walked away with a smile on my face and a few fish in a bag :)

Very helpful! Staff were super friendly, and everything is at an amazing price. They have an amazing selection of bettas and goldfish as well as plants. I always visit to buy my sponge filters there because it's even cheaper than what I can find online. Plus they already remembered me when I visited for the second time. :)

We have bought fish here for multiple times as their prices are fairly cheap and reasonable but everytime we go in, the owner doesn't acknowledge us much! We are not treated as valuable customers even though we visit their store regularly. Unprofessional/ poor customer service and not very friendly to say the least!

I went to buy some live plant for my goldfish and they have a great selection here. There is a $15 minimum charge on card and I was about $1 short in cash but the lady kindly allowed me to still take the plant for a cheaper price. I really appreciate that and so do my fish. Thank you for your kindness.

Although there's not much for an option of different type of fish here, however this is the place i usually get shrimp for cheap price, cheaper than other store, ~ 2$ for the cherry shrimp with real dark red color! There's also a variety of aqua plants and pretty with acceptable price as well!!

I've only given 1 star as there was quite a large fish in one tank that was quite clearly dying. This fish should have been taken out of the tank and humanly disposed of instead of being left to die in pain and in front of customers. Very poor form and cruel!

the fishes are very healthy and cheap. Especially, I love this aquarium because the owner (the wife) are very friendly, she always give me an advice how to keep and feed the fish. A negativity is the husband because he always sitting on his mobile phone.

Best place to go if you looking for goldfish , fish food and accessories. By far their price is the most reasonable. I travel from sunshine west to this shop everytime I need fish or fish food. Highly recommend.

Good place to get some gears for your aquarium but also check the price first before purchase. Some items are overpriced. Just need to be careful with this.
