Would that be better if the 3 train services to New Lots Avenue all times including late night service and the 4 train services will also between Woodlawn and New Lots Avenue all times including late nights? Cause now both 3 and 4 train services to New Lots Avenue all times but 4 train will skip stations between Crown Heights- Utica Avenue and New Lots Avenue all times!

They “renovated,” this stop but its still dirty and still the trains take forever to come/go. Their is usually always a homeless person on the staircase, making it difficult to go up/down. And there is ALWAYS people upstairs trying to sell you a metro-card and get mad if you don’t buy it. The people in the booth never do anything about it and always have an attitude.

The last stop for the 3 at all times (except late nights. Though it says you can also take the 2, 4, and 5 here, the 2&5 only go here during rush hours, and 4 during rush hours AND late nights. Pretty nice looking terminal station. Underneath the B15 bus takes you to JFK airport.

Every day there is some problem with the service. While it has been nice to see that there is restoration of the stations from Sutter Ave Rutland Road to the New Lots Ave, the train service is horrible. Constant delays make many people late for work and other activities.

Okay, I prefer to be here during the Winter because during the summer, it smelled like piss. Also, if you are to catch the (5) Train here, you have to be ready at 5:40 AM in the Morning for the first one to the Bronx. It departs New Lots Avenue at 5:48 AM.

This station is not one at which I would feel very safe waiting for my train late at night. I didn’t find the attendants to be helpful nor the trains to come service the station often. Improvement is most certainly needed at this neglected MTA station.

This shouldn't be the last stop on the line. In my opinion, it should be extended to JFK Airport for direct service to Midtown Manhattan. Send the 2 or 3 down Utica Avenue and have the 4 take over the elevated portion of the New Lots Avenue line.

A train station that will take you directly to 770 Eastern Parkway. Exit at Kingston Avenue. :-)... also a good stop for JFK coming from Crown Heights by taking B15 bus …

Mta could make it better by putting an elevator for the wheelchair and elderly with all the construction there should be one

There's no elevator, and the stairs are kind of steep. The platform is open so there's no protection from the weather.

This is the beginning of the 3/4 lines so you won't have any issues getting a seat.

No matter what I do the 3 train always messes me up and makes me late for work.
