Excellent service from John from the moment I contacted him. Tried in depth to help me over the phone to resolve my fridge issue without charging me an unnecessary callout fee. When that didn't work, John was able to easily identify the issue, order the part which turned up within 2 days. John then came out and replaced the part, all under 20mins. Kept communication with me at all times. Would highly recommend John and will absolutely use his services in the future.
