We hired NRL to temporary relocate some of our stuffs for three months from NSW to QLD. We only took very minimal with us. - Earlier we purchased strong relocation cardboard boxes and pre-packed our items for one bedroom and our kitchen. - For the kitchen stuffs we used 5 special double-thick Crystal Carton ("Handle WITH CARE" signed) cardboard boxes. - Our glassware and plates were wrapped individually with special, double layered, moving wrapping papers. The removalists took photos very strictly on every single damage of our things (two minor scratches of our furniture and one on our fridge) as evidence of existing damages to protect their liability, then put everything on the truck and left. Their partner company arrived on the 13th of February in 2022 to our brand new house in QLD. We got back our boxes were badly damaged (see the attached pictures). During unpacking, we realized that two of the five special kitchen boxes were damaged not just outside. Almost everything were broken in them. The removalists (even if they were very kind at the delivery in QLD) also caused some floor damage when they were placing our fridge into its place in the kitchen. Our house is brand new, was completed in December 2021. We contacted NLR PTY LTD via email on the same day when our things arrived at QLD, describing the issue with some pictures we took on the damages. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response for days, until we called them. Then they advised that they are not responsible for any damage of our items unless they packed them in, and this is written in their policy. This is an interesting policy as this reduces the relocation company's liability significantly. It also means that they don't even need to take care of anything they deliver if things were not packed in by them. It doesn't matter what might happen with the relocated belongings. They can crush them freely, they can make scratches on them, whatever they want. They are just not liable for handling something that was not packed in by them because this is written in their policy. On the other side, all our boxes were open when the removalists arrived for picking them up. They taped them all to close. Furthermore, we did not receive photos of damaged relocation card boxes when they picked up our item in NSW. So, the damages obviously happened after the pickup. The issue: Customer care - The communication was spotless, kind, and quick until the full payment was made. Then, when we were unsatisfied with something they just refused to take any accountability. - If items get broken in a box and the box that held those items were also damaged, this could not have been caused by packaging the items by the customer. Anyway, any issue we raised was just purely refused and denied by them. Where is here the adoption of the old business principle that the "customer is always right"? They just washed their hands after every mistake they made. Our opinion is that the damages were cause by the unprofessional transfer of our belongings and not because of who packed them in. Very, very unsatisfying and disappointing. = = = The response to the owner: - I think you might have missed the photo that shows the label on the boxes as "Crystal Cartoon Handle with Care". Also all boxes were taped by your removalists. - Your explanation does not cover the damage signs can be seen on the boxes. Obviously, some heavy stuffs were placed on thes boxes, that caused the damage. - We had to put the some of our unbroken glassware into water to be able to unstick them from each other as they had been pushed to each other so hard. - the cracks on our brand new house's floor are also not covered by the insurance as the floor was not packed by your removalists either. Lessons learnt: some companies still hide behind their policies not too acknowledge how low their service quaility is. I'm not saying that your service has poor quality. But for us, certainly was carried out on very low quality. And with all respects, the service Next Level Removals did is still very, very disappointing.
The only good experience we got from this removalist was the booking process. Everything went downhill from there. First of all when we changed from a backload truck to a bigger track, an extra fee ($500) got added on, excluding the original quote. One of the staff (Layla) told us it was the fuel fee that had been forgotten to be added to our quote from the beginning. The ‘manager’ Michael on the other hand said it was to do with the costs increasing during the Covid lockdown. We were still so confused which person was giving the actual correct information! What we don’t understand is why are they telling us about this ‘fee’ so later on, when they mention in their quote ‘No hidden fees’. That is such rubbish!! Another problem we had was when it was time to load the truck, the quote clearly says “unlimited free shrink wrap” of furniture etc. On the actually date we specifically asked some of our items to be shrink wrapped to not get dirty (lounge cushion backing etc) but they clearly were not when it got delivered the next day. We then discovered our dresser was damaged and one of the drawers did not work anymore. We specifically covered our round table ourselves with bubble wrap, but when it came to being delivered, we discovered they removed the bubble wrap and we found a big dent on the edge, WHICH WAS NOT THERE WHEN WE WRAPPED IT UP! When we called to discuss how to claim these damages, Alex (said he was the manager) quickly told us that they were not liable for the damages due to their terms and conditions. Which is: “On the occasion where any furniture or item is damaged, the customer MUST advise head office via email prior to the sign off of delivery, and inform the contractors to inspect it before leaving his property. Or liability would be denied.” We moved interstate and couldn’t be there to receive the our belongings so I had my father be there instead. If we wanted to claim these damages, my father would have had to check every single piece of furniture as the two removalists quickly moved the belongings from the truck to the storage unit we have our belongings in. Which i believe is impossible. Overall, we will not be recommending these removalist to anyone, but if you are stupid enough to choose them, just a reminder to CAREFULLY read the fine print, as they get away with so much stuff!!

Being it was public holiday (Easter Long Weekend) they were still able to get a truck for us & have our furniture delivered to us on time in a short time frame given. It was such a stressful move as me & my little family had to leave SYD asap to get to Gold Coast due to my partners work relocation, however next level removilist done everything they could to get our things safely to us. We’re super happy with their customer service aswel as the two men who delivered our things with care (Akash & Sahil) we just couldn’t be more thankful we knew how hard of a job it was so we had to get them some food & a hand just to appreciate their work. Next time we move insterstae we will be using NEXTLEVEL from now on. Thanks guys!!! 1 very happy customer :-)

They were extremely efficient, careful and very cheerful, considering the difficulty of our move. We have a very steep drive which added to the difficulty of getting lots of heavy items out. They provided great service and it was a pleasure dealing with them. The whole experience with NEXT LEVEL REMOVALS was very smooth from the efficiency and detail of the paper work to the care with which they handled our move. Great job and many thanks once again. Moving on 14/5/21 (Friday) in St Ives Had moved a dozen times in past twenty years in Sydney, this is the most pleasant experience. I rarely put reviews on Google but I think they deserve my time to write this. I would say this move is of moderate challenge, but it did involve stairs with heavy stuff . Big thanks to Layth's crew in this move. They are working very efficiently and very helpful. All my beds and furnitures were dessembled and assembled perfectly. Nothing was damaged. They ticked all the boxes. I strongly recommend Layth's team of Next Level Removals to everyone. These guys work with their heart for the best results.
The 4 men among others who worked on our big move from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast (Roni, Emad, Ahmed, Neesem) were very professional, extra careful with our heavy and delicate furniture, patient and accommodating. If we had to move again, we will request for the same group of men to help us. Our items arrived without damage, and the very heavy furnitures, were positioned precisely where we wanted them to be. The men did not hesitate to make a few adjustments in positioning our super heavy dining and coffee tables to satisfy us.
Got charged an extra $350 to bubble wrap the furniture and Johnny and Oliver took 6 hours to do a 3 hour job because they were being “extra cautious” so nothing breaks or gets damaged and yet still managed to damage my furniture. Bunch of imports milking everyone for their money. Tried to escape before assembling the furniture and when asked to assemble it they were done in 5 minutes because it was on their time not mine
Videl and Jacob have been amazing in their assistance today in moving my household goods into storage. Polite, hard working and amazingly efficient. I would recommend Videl and Jacob to anyone looking for a fuss free removalist experience. Great job guys! Videl’s packing skills were unbelievable. He managed to cram so much into a tidy and well ordered space.
The Mikes were so lovely and got me moved out of my third floor apartment and into my new third floor apartment! The main Mike is super professional and came back to fix a small screw that had come undone. The plastic boxes they hire out are tremendous and you should definitely get them.
Videl and Sam were fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a more efficient and friendly team. They were on time, got the removal and unpack done quicker than any other removalist I have used. They were super helpful by putting large items back together for me aswell! Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed this experience from next level removals as they treated me with respect and got my furniture removed as soon as possible and really safe. This saved me a lot of time and didn’t make a mess and I’m really proud.
Great and professional job. The whole job took 5 hours, which normally would take about 8 hours with the amount of stuff we had. The boys worked very hard. I would really recommend the boys. They know what they are doing.
Roy and Adoni moved our place today. They both worked extremely hard and were polite and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone needing removalists. They were fantastic!!!
