DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Had my mini Cooper convertible towed to this shop. The ACTUAL problem with the car (which they failed to determine, in spite of my giving them literally every bit of needed info to easily determine the real issue as I was able to do with very minimal research myself, instead charging for an outrageously expensive repair my car didn’t even need) is that water had gotten under the front passenger seat where the amp is located, got into the amp, causing a short which was draining my battery extremely fast, the prob being worse the colder the temp as water expands as it freezes (pretty basic junior high level science). When I brought the car in, I tried to tell the staff there that my speakers had stopped working shortly before the battery started draining. Also try to explain to them that the performance of both battery and speakers was greatly affected by the weather. The colder it gets, the worse the battery performed (again, water expands, pretty obvious clue), causing me to have to jumpstart it in spite of having a battery on a charger immediately after use and left to charge for several days, but on days when it is warm and dry, Im sometimes able to start the car w/o the charger or jump starter and the speakers would come back on at times when warm out. Had I known then what I very easily found out shortly after, that the amp was located under the passenger seat I would have known, with not doubt, exactly what the one and only problem was with my car. Unfortunately, I did not yet have this one crucial piece of information, and the information I did have, which should have been sufficient for a professional mechanic to easily ascertain the problem, was completely ignored. Instead, I was told that, in spite of the fact that the alternator is so difficult to reach on my car that the workers at AutoZone could not test it for me. They insisted this was the case as there was no other reason for my battery to be drained other than a faulty alternator, which is an extremely costly repair on my car due to the inaccessibility of the alternator. I left the car for the repair, letting them know to check the alternator anyway, and any and everything else that could possibly be draining a battery, and let me know. Had to call them back at which point I was told they were replacing my alternator. Some days later, called back again and was told to come pick it up. Paid for an Uber, got the car, started just fine, drove it home, parked it, tried to start it the next morning, battery completely dead. Called them, was told must be the battery, they either forgot to test it first and it’s bad or they forgot to charge it. I question this since it started fine when I picked it up and I had driven it home, plenty enough distance for the alternator to have charged up the battery. I was again ignored (I mean, I am just a stupid girl after all), told I needed to bring the car back in which, at this point, meant having to have it towed as I had yet to find a reliable jump starter that could jumpstart a completely dead battery and it was too cold for the car to start from being left on the charger alone. I suggested they might send somebody out to jumpstart my car which they found ridiculous. Had it towed, called back to pick it up, paid for Uber, brought it home AGAIN, dead battery next morning AGAIN. Had to tow back THIRD TIME. Was told they replaced my battery without asking, charged my card for it. Ask for my battery back since it’s replacement warranty, was told it was ‘gone’. Had to Uber THIRD TIME, picked up the car, same thing next day, dead battery. THIRD TIME. Called back and was told it must be ‘something electrical’ and, sorry, they ‘don’t do that kind of work’!!! SPENT OVER $2k TOTAL FOR LITERALLY NOTHING, half of it for the alternator + labor I didn’t need, several hundred for a battery I didn’t need or want, plus 3 tows and Uber rides, not to mention my time and sanity, all to get a car back in exactly the same condition it was already in. OUTRAGEOUS! And NO, NOT CONFUSING YOU WITH ANYONE ELSE AND YOU KNOW
On June 5th I took my car in, because I thought it was having starter or alternator issues and they told me that I needed a battery. So, I got the battery and an oil change. That was $230. Then, two weeks later my car started over heating and I got it towed in ($80). They told me it was the thermostat ($260). I got it back, and it worked fine for a day. Then, it started over heating again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe the part was faulty. So, I got towed in (another $70) again. They told me that my 2013 Chevy Malibu (which has been a reliable car for me for the past 4 years) had two thermostats and that they change the other one, and that I should be fine. They said the work would only cost me $93 dollars over the phone (took some off the price because they didn't fix it right the first time), and when I got there Keith told me it was $134. I told him that was not the quote that I was given over the phone, and he quickly changed it to $93 that I was quoted in the beginning. So, I get the car back and it starts to over heat AGAIN! This time I took it to the dealership, and they told me that me car has a crack coolant basin and that there is no way that a mechanic working on the heating and cooling system could not have seen it. The cost for that is $649 + tax. ON TOP OF THAT, they told me that my car only has 1 thermostat!!!!!! I would leave no stars if it were possible. I am truly disappointed because in all I spend $503 dollars (including tows) hoping to get my car fixed there. I looked at the reviews before going and I believed that this would be an honest reasonably priced repair shop that I could go for all my car repair needs. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. I am truly disappointed that they changed parts that did not need to be changed and missed the true issue. I am just single mother w/ three kids that is trying to get to work everyday.
My vehicle suddenly started misfiring on the way to drop my child off at school. My boyfriend changed the plugs and wires immediately and it was still misfiring. We dropped the vehicle off the same day. When we dropped it off the only issue was the misfiring. The mechanic claimed one of the brand new plugs was bad and he replaced it along with the coil pack. I went to pick my vehicle up. I paid and got in my car and it was still misfiring. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was outside so I told him it was still misfiring. He said well it's better than it was. Right away I was furious. I brought my car in and paid for it to be fixed not to be better than it was. I then talked to Brian and he drove it. He came back and agreed that it was still misfiring. I left my vehicle there to get fixed. They couldn't figure out why it was misfiring so I went to pick it up. When I got there they claimed there was gas on the plugs, but when my boyfriend changed them that morning there was no gas on the ones he took out. On my way home my car overheated. I drove the same distance to drop it off and it never got past the halfway mark. Magically most of my coolant was gone. Filled it back up with coolant and it never leaked. We take very good care of our vehicle and would never let our fluids get that low. The mechanic was clearly upset that I didn't accept the work he did and he wasn't getting paid. He got his revenge by sabotaging my vehicle.
My car died and had it towed after hours. I had a referral to try this company. The tow truck driver apparently left the car in front of the bay doors. The woman in the office felt the need to call and scream at me, as if I had deliberately told the tow truck driver to park the car in the most inconvenient spot. It was unprofessional, incredibly rude, abusive, and insulting. I don’t recommend this company, as customer service is not their strength. Business response: Sorry Sara for the miscommunication. We feel we didn’t get abusive at all, but we did stress the urgency that we needed the keys to your car asap so that we could open up that bay. It was closed for 6 hours. As you can see with our other reviews, we take pride in our customer service so it’s unfortunate to see your review. Sara’s response: This is all a lie. I was called @ 8:07am 10/14/23. The car was towed and off the property by 9:25am the same day. The keys were placed inside of your drop box the night before. This fact was acknowledged by your nasty lady on the phone at 8:07. The fact you deliberately have chosen to misrepresent the facts even in your response shows everyone that your are not a company to be trusted. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE VERBALLY ABUSED AND LIED TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I have the text and call logs to prove your lies. The only thing I don’t have is an audio recording, which I wish I had.
Northeast auto is terrible. Stay away! Does not even deserve 1 star. Not only are they unprofessional but extremely dishonest. Definitely do not recommend. My car was brought there twice for the same job and neither time they were able “to get to it”. I was then told bring my car in sat at 8am and promised it would be fixed. 12:30p I called to check on a job that takes about an hour....was told again, “sorry but we can’t get to it again.” Even tho I had appointments both times. The manager was rude and basically said “Sorry about your luck.” Take your car to a place that appreciates your business. Northeast Auto Definitely DOES NOT! To the response....I brought my car back and forth to you 3 different times...all appointments of you saying “sorry we didn’t get it done, bring it back and we promise we’ll get to it”. Again, 3 times. So Saturday, the third time bringing the car in, I would have expected it to be done. It was an hour job, fixing the actuator blendor, and it’s mid summer. When we called and were basically told “too bad, can’t get to it, come get your car” for the THIRD TIME, my boyfriend picked the car up and you gave him 2 free oil change coupons??? I’m sorry but that really does not make up for all the inconvenience, driving around in this heat, and not to mention all the money spent on Uber’s dropping and picking the car up.
These days, trying to find a trusted mechanic can be difficult in the sea of choices and reviews. I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Northeast Auto so that you can utilize their services with a high level of confidence. It was a Tuesday and my brakes began to grind and I had a 7 hour drive that following Thursday. I contacted this shop and was greeted by the impressive manager, Julie. I explained my situation and she did everything in her power to get my car in the shop that Wednesday and to guarantee that my brake repair would be completed by the end of the day. I asked what the potential cost would be and she said if I needed new rotors and brake pads, it could cost $300-$400 per axle. This was on par with estimates I had researched. Impressively, upon the Mechanic’s review, it was determined that I just needed brake pads AND that they would rotate my rotors instead of replacing them. They order the parts the day of service and the delivered parts were not the right specifications. Julie went beyond and ensured the correct parts were delivered and installed that day. Huge Props to the Mechanic as well! Knowledgeable, Honest and not in the business to upsell, but to ensure complete customer satisfaction! Northeast Auto Service will be my go to for any car service I need!
Went to this shop to have an engine oil leak checked out on my car. Arrived and figured I would have drop it off so I made arrangements to have someone pick me up. Dropped the car off and was called about 4 hours later and was told that they cleaned the engine of the oil and added dye to see where the leak was coming from. Was told to bring the car back two days later and they would just check for the dye to find the source of leak. Was charged $39 for their "cleaning" and dye and off I went. Well I went home and looked under my car and I could not tell what "cleaning" they had done because it looked the same dirty engine with the oil leak that I had dropped off. Two days later, figuring it was going to be a quick check on the dye, I go back to the shop during the early morning only to be told that they would be too busy to look at it all day and to come back the early the next day instead, mind you they had already charged me $39 and were now "too busy" to finish the procedure. So I had to go back the next day (3rd trip) finally told it was a oil pan leak. Left and will not be coming back. Save yourself the time and find a more customer friendly mechanic shop than this one.
Do not waste your money here. They will try to sell you everything you don't need and they don't stand behind their work. :( I spent almost $500 and they didn't even fix my problem. When I asked why it wasn't fixed, they gave me a bunch of excuses and told me they didn't provide the service for the part that needed fixed (although before they did the work, they told me it would fix the problem). I had them save the parts they replaced and there was no sign of damage except on the brake pads (which were only halfway worn), but they refused to refund any of my money. They also moved my tires around without telling me, which made it more difficult for the better mechanic to diagnose the actual problem. They also took twice as long as quoted to do the work and rarely answered the phone when I called to check on it. When I brought it back because they didn't fix it correctly, they didn't put it to the front of the line like I would expect.
I found Northeast Auto from looking at reviews on the business and I have never been disappointed by them. I have been taking my car and truck to them for 5 years and I have always been treated well and the work has consistenly been fair and done right. Brian and Julie(who are mechanics themselves) are very helpful answering any questions asked and they always try to find you the most affordable prices for parts and labor. The mechanics are all knowledgeable, helpful, do thier jobs well and possess years of experience. I am a male and I tell a lot of my female friends and family about Northeast Auto because they treat women right and dont take advantage of women like some shop are known to do. Overall, Northeast Auto is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs done right and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I had an ongoing issue that another professional told me would cost over $1000. When I brought my car into this shop, they found out that I needed a new battery cap....it cost less than $100. I'm happy that I didn't settle on the first shop! It went well. I was happy with the price being much lower than their competitor, but was upset that they charged $10 for gas. I was pushing E when I dropped the car off and was in almost the exact same spot when I picked it up. I highly doubt they used $10 worth of gas to figure I needed a battery cap! Also, they told me that my car would be ready on Saturday, but no one ever called me. I called them on Monday and whoever answered said they think it'd be ready on Tuesday. Not great with communication apparently, but I haven't had an issue with my car since!
Dealership said My vehicle needed a new engine for $8K. Since I wasn’t about to pay that, a friend recommended a second opinion. He recommended I take it to Northeast Auto Service. I was somewhat hesitant since I live on the other side of town, but I figured why not. The folks at Northeast Auto Service ran thorough diagnostics on my vehicle. They literally saved me thousands of dollars on a fix that didn’t need to happen! They diagnosed and fixed what needed to be fixed. Having something go sideways on your ride can be stressful enough and trusting someone with your car or truck can make it that much more stressful. Needless to say I will be taking my car back to them for any future service my car might need.
I have been taking my vehicle and my wife's vehicle here for a couple of years, and they have never disappointed. They had my loyalty from the very first time I took my vehicle. I took it to them because they I had other quotes on different things from anther shop, called them here at Northeast, and they quoted a price for everything I THOUGHT I needed was much cheaper, so I took to them. After I drop it off, I get call saying that I didn't need half of the stuff I initially thought I needed, which saved me close to $1000 even though it meant them losing out on the opportunity of $1000. I was and I am still eternally grateful to have come across such honest, hardworking, and incredibly nice people!!
NorthEast Auto is the best car shop in town. I’ve been going here for years and heard about them through reviews here. They have actively saved me money by being honest about what my cars needs and never trying to upswell me for the make the cost go up. I know next to nothing about cars, but I trust them with repairs, help answer questions and give me pease of mind with my vehicle. The first time I brought a car here, they called me after inspection and found the problem was cheaper than I expected. They saved me hundreds of dollars based on another estimate I received elsewhere. From that point on, I knew I’d always be a customer. As long as I live in Indy, I will bring my car here.
Best shop I've found in a long time. Old school, if you get it fixed there it doesn't cost extra to diagnose. Best labor rate in Indy strait shooters. Recommended this place to a buddy he was having trouble with his power steering on a Toyota Tundra. He took it to the dealer they said it would cost $1200 to replace the lines. He said hell no. Asked me and I told him to go to northeast auto. He bought the main line online and brought it in. They said the return line looked like someone was poking holes in it. They replaced the line with some brakeline they had in the shop returned his part and said to return it and get his money back. Only charged for labor. Saved him a TON.
I've been taking my cars to Northeast Auto since a friend recommended them to me in 2006. Ive always had great experiences with them. They've always been professional and prices are very competitive. Julie and all of the guys there have always been so nice. Today my husband and I picked up his car after having some repairs done.- I asked if one of the mechanics could listen to a noise my car had been making. He listened to it for 2 seconds, diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it for me right then. Less than 10 minutes later, it was fixed and they didn't charge me anything. I don't know of many places that would do any of these things. These guys are good as gold!
I started bringing my cars here on the recommendation of a friend and have not been disappointed. I consider myself reasonably knowledgeable about cars and look for a shop that will explain things to me at a little higher level than most shops will. These people have been a pleasure to deal with. I have had two separate repairs made and each time the car was done when they promised it, was fixed right the first time, and for a very reasonable price. I have also had regular maintenance done with the same great result. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experience. So happy to have found you guys!
Greetings! I have been meaning to post this!!!!! I stumbled upon Julie and Northeast Auto Service by calling the wrong location, but to my surprise this ended up being the place I needed to BE!!!! I was having issues with my Grand Jeep Cherokee and Julie told me to bring it in...TRUST HER, we will FIX IT! I had been round and round with other repair shops and my Jeep was still not fixed! Not only did I receive the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE (HANDS DOWN) from Julie and her staff, but my Jeep was also fixed within a DAY! Northeast Auto will definitely continue to receive my business again! THANK YOU!!!!!
I bought a new starter and needed it replaced. I thought I could swap it myself but it turned out to be too tight of a squeeze. When I called Northeast and mentioned I'd already purchased the part Keith made no fuss about fixing it. (Unlike Tyler Auto who told me "Too busy for someone else's parts") I dropped the car off, explained my encounter, and left. Got a call four days later that it was done. Works great. Paid about $180. Only complaint- the car was done in one business day but I wasn't contacted for four. Explanation- "The mechanic who finished the car forgets to do the paperwork."
I had a tricky problem recently. Lug nut was rusted and damaged. I was sure it would need to be cut off and I'm not equipped to deal with that. Northeast took care of the damaged lug, replaced the stud, replaced the brakes and even took it for an alignment at a reasonable price. More importantly they kept me updated as to what they were finding and how they were going to proceed. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Afterwards they explained the problem with the lugnuts that I had and how to prevent the problem in the future. Definitely a shop ill be using in the future.
I needed my engine replaced in my 2008 Honda Accord. The dealership quoted a large price. Not only did Northeast Auto provide a significant savings (over $1000+) but the repair was done timely and with great quality. I happen to hold an auto adjuster license and have seen a lot of repair estimates. I was extremely impressed with the honesty and integrity of service I received. I will continue to use and recommend this repair shop for auto repair needs. However, the way my Honda runs now, I only anticipate regular maintenance. My baby is back and I am happy.
So glad we found this place after moving to Indy. They have never charged us for diagnostics and have been able to fix our problema sooner than any other place would. They are more than fair with their prices and it usually ends up less than what we were quoted (they always call if it will be any more then quoted). They even offered to come pick me up and take me to the shop so I could pick up my car when I needed it to get to work and my husband wasn't home to take me. I'd recommend this shop to everyone. Even better to support local businesses.
I've been coming to these guys for about two years now. I've never gotten steered wrong and have never been told I needed to repair something that really didn't need to be repaired. They do great business and that's why the place is so busy all the time which is a good thing! I can't speak highly enough of Northeast Auto Service. Car repairs are something that we all dread, it's expensive no matter what. But getting gouged shouldn't be part of the repair or preventative maintenance. Bottom line is this is a great place to get your car serviced!
Great first experience! My wife's car had stalled on Binford and Northeast was the closest shop. We were able to get the car started again, so we drove it there. The guy at the desk was very nice and listened well to us. The problem only ended up being that the car needed an oil change (I felt so embarrassed). Went to pick up the car the next morning and they had only charged me for the oil change - $30. They didn't charge me for diagnostics or anything. My car needs to be checked on and possibly tuned up, will be taking it here soon!
I hate to write a favorable review for fear they will become so busy they can't handle me next time I need them, but these guys are great, I've been in on several occasions and every time got great service. I went to them initially when a nearby competitor said I needed a new AC compressor. They found a leak in the system and fixed it for a fraction of the price. On at least two other occasions they told me I didn't need what I asked them to do and found more economical ways of doing it. Here's the thing: you can trust them.
I am appalled after reading a negative comment about this company. I have been taking my vehicles to this company for the past 10 years and they have done an excellent job servicing and repairing my cars and the staff is wonderful and the owner is such a nice man. I don’t know why anybody would report a negative comment about this company because I won’t take my car anywhere else but here at Northeast Auto. I can guarantee you that you want to be taken your car here because they are honest and trustworthy.
I've been using Northeast Auto since I got my first car at 16 and have always had a great experience with everyone that works there! They have always been able to meet my needs as a customer and have exceeded my expectations with any repair or with regular maintenance!! I also really appreciate that they take the time to explain whatever issue I have and what they'd recommend. Everyone is so down to earth here and I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else!! Thanks for everything you guys do!!
Hate to take my car anywhere else! Customer service is exceptional, Julie is the absolute best- both knowledgeable and personable. The team here always does great work with my vehicle, and they keep me in the loop every step of the way. Pricing is extremely fair, and I always know exactly what to expect before I go to pick up my car. I’ve referred several people here over the last few years, and they’ve all had the same positive experiences. Simply great people offering great auto service.
Great service! I had an oil leak that drained a bottle a day. I thought it was a huge issue and thought that I had to get an oil pan replacement or something of that nature. At first, they said "Oh my! There is so much oil coming out" and I was scared. Then, it was something simple as a hole in a filter. They only wanted to charge for replacing the filter but I went ahead and got a new oil change. Very honest. I will be back.
I went to the dealership to get my vehicle looked at because i’m getting ready to go on a big trip and they came back with with a whole book of things that needed to be done. They said $2,500 work needed to be done, and i was really upset so i took it to NE auto and had Keith do an inspection, and he said everything was good all I needed to do was put gas in it!! Awesome people extremely helpful, very thankful for this shop.
First time here and was impressed by all the online reviews. Walked in and was welcomed by Julie. She is very knowledgeable about car repairs and answered all my questions honestly without any reservations at all. All the technicians were very helpful and gave informative responses. They were all straightforward and gained my trust because you can sense they were not there to sell you but to help you with your concerns.
I love this shop. I worked for a grant program that helped out homeless veterans and always used them for our clients repairs because their prices were always the best, their work was always fast and done properly, and they were exceedingly helpful. I still send people to them to this day, including my employees now. Once my warranty on my vehicle is up they’ll be my shop of choice for my personal vehicles as well!
We love, love, love our Auto shop! They are HONEST and fast! They educate me on what's wrong and what my options are! And We love Julie! Update: I just jumped off the freeway from an 8-hour round trip. I was in desperate need of an oil change. Julie and her crew fit me in a pinch. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I'll never take my car anywhere else unless it's by their recommendation! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
4 stars only because I'm a bit disappointed at the $187 price tag for a thermostat that I didn't need, only to find out afterwards it's my heater core. However the staff is awesome, especially Julie at the front desk. I would highly recommend this auto shop. They are very welcoming, and provide speedy services. Although a bit disappointed, I will definitely have future work done with them.
Heard about Northeast from a friend who is a gearhead who trusts them with his personal cars. Emailed request for cash quote for timing belt and water pump service. Received quote within 24 hrs, price was very reasonable (given the amount of labor this job takes), and was scheduled the following week. They knocked it out in one day. Very impressed and appreciative! Will be back!
I took my vehicle in to have a diagnostic check and the ENTIRE staff especially Ms. Julie were very polite and helpful not to mention that I noticed that the mechanic shop was very clean inside! I would highly recommend to anyone and if I ever have any issues again I will definitely be going back!!!!! They are fair and HONEST when it comes to their work/prices!!! Thank you!
Took my 2001 ford ranger in because I was going through half to three quarters of a tank of gas a day driving from Indy to Seymour and back for work. Usually hesitant on dealing with a new mechanic that I haven’t used in the past and they did a tune up and replaced an o2 sensor for a good price and now I’m barely using a quarter tank for the same drive, thanks again guys
First of all the lady at the front desk is amazing with excellent customer service…. She did tell me one thing and didn’t do it! She called me with prices before even having them finish working on it to make sure I was okay with it… they fixed my car the same day within hours… and ITS FIXED RGHT ☺️ NO MORE PROBLEMS… THANK YOU ! And REASONABLE PRICE AS WELL !
Great location, excellent service, expert repairs, friendly professional people, guick estimates and informative of turnaround times, fair prices! What combination of traits could possibly be better than these. Thats why I've had service there 6 times in 18 months. And each visit was a repair. I can only imagine how well they perform routine maintenance!
These guys are great! They've done work on several of my vehicles, and just today they looked at my Corolla that has been making a loud noise. I was worried it was a serious mechanical problem, but Keith looked it over, took it for a test drive, and found that it was just due to uneven tire wear. To top it off, he didn't even charge me for his time!
I've been taking both of my vehicles here for a few years now. Each and every time I've gone in, Julie has greeted us with a warm smile. She's always been very helpful and customer friendly. She is very knowledgeable! The techs have always been knowledgeable and professional! As long as I live in Indy, I'll always take my cars here. Good people!
I went in to have my timing adjusted. They found a throttle control sensor unplugged and let me know they fixed that as well. Got right in with only 20 min wait. There was another customer ahead of me. Quoted me $36 over the phone and when it was done they said just give em 20 bucks. Great group of guys. You can tell they have a good rep.
Northeast Auto is amazing, fair, and honest. Very great quality for a great price. I had a ball bearing replaced and the final price was $100 less than the quote. I was very torn about rating them at all because they’re so great, I don’t want everyone else to find out about them. But, great service deserves great reviews! Thank you!
Was in town from Minneapolis for the week. My Yukon started losing power randomly on the freeway as I was leaving town on Friday at 2:00. Called Northeast...they accurately diagnosed it as a defective throttle body and had it fixed and repaired by 3:00. Incredibly grateful --- went above and beyond the call. Thank You!!
I have taken my 2002 Ford Ranger here a few times for miscellaneous fixes as well as a 1988 Nissan for wheel berings. The latest being a control arm replacement. They have always been honest and fair with me. I appreciate Keith's knowledge and how he has always been helpful in finding solutions. Great to work with!
Went to this shop for a knock noise I was hearing when making turns. We didn't have a appointment and they got us right in & out. Noise was the axle needing oil. They didn't charge me a penny and also checked out some other things. Going back to these guys for all car services, starting with a oil change!
I LOVE Northeast Auto! I recommend everyone to them! Even if you just need a quick checkup, they are eager to help you out, and they are very upfront with everything. I went in the middle of a Saturday to get an oil change and they fit me in no problem! Anything car related, go to Northeast Auto!
Took my 98 Lincoln Navigator in for repair of window motor, Keith found motor was okay and fixed broken handle. He saved me a lot of money and didn't attempt to find other problems just to make money. Highly recommend them! Will come back next time any of my cars have engine problems!
My auto was hit while sitting at a red light from a 2 car collision, insurance wanted to total without looking at it, although it wasn’t totaled. We took it here and they did an AMAZING job, fixed the issues , and it drives like before the accident. Highly recommend!!
It's a fake news that they do not charge for diagnostic. Called them today and asked them if they charge for diagnostic and someone on phone told me they charge $55 just for the diagnostic. Come on, you are just trying to do diagnostic not buying part for customer
There aren't enough words to express how great this place is. It is the most honest car shop I have ever encountered and they get the work done fast. Julie at the front desk is absolutely amazing, she is always so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I will have to say I'm not very happy with this place this time, my husband's car window has been fixed twice and now back in the shop again. I recommend this place all the time but I will have to say I'm not happy on this particular time at all.
I took my car here to get some work done. They are all so friendly and helpful. Julie was amazing she explained what needed done broke down pricing to me. I genuinely felt like they cared and were not just doing a job. I definitely will be back
We had to get new struts on our 2002 Honda Accord. The staff was professional and friendly. 5 months later, everything is running fine. This is my only experience with the shop, but the next time I need more than an oil change, I will use them.
Fair and honest which is hard to find these days when dealing with automotive services. Receptionist Julie is a big reason also with her nice tone and great customer service. Definitely will use in future and inform my friends and coworkers.
Came from out of town to buy a used car, took it to this shop to get it checked out (cvi). The guys were open on the weekend and took in the car immediately. Provided us with the information we needed to make our decision. Great service!
5 Star auto service! Honest which is huge and then a great price also! A friendly Team all around. I know nothing about cars and I believe many in this field take advantage of women! Try it, you will be greatful for Northeast Auto too!
These guys always go above and beyond. They are constantly looking for ways to keep repairs affordable without cutting corners, and I've never had to bring my car back to fix a poor repair job. Thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable.
This place is a scam! They sold me a bad part and over charged me. The Machanic put the part on wrong in which i had end up paying more money to fix the bogus work they did. Don't ever take your car to them. They are truly Scammers.
I am a first time customer, and I will definitely be a returning customer! Julie is super funny, friendly, and very helpful! She stayed in touch with me the whole process through towing my vehicle, the estimate, and pick up time!
They have been serving our commercial fleet for a year or so and we have been treated fairly and promptly. No one likes to pay for repairs but can't blame them. Regarding the below review, at least spell mechanic properly. LOL.
I didn’t actually get car service here because the towing company delivered my car to the wrong location but NE auto was great in checking in, helping me find, and communicating with me about my car. Highly recommend!
These guys know their stuff. Their prices were very reasonable and they call you to inform you what's going on before they dive into an expensive fix. Give them a chance and I bet you will go back when work is needed.
Quality work and excellent customer service! This is exactly the kind of service and support you hope for when you visit a shop. They do a great job and everyone is very friendly and patient. Really a great place
All of the guys there are great. Since I am new in town I was looking for honest mechanics. Two different people referred me to this shop and I have no regrets at all. Sorry, Tennessee I have a new mechanic!!!!
These guys know their stuff. They do everything they say they will do and don't try to sell you something you don't need. Prices are as reasonable as it gets these days. Nice to have a mechanic you can trust.
these guys are great at what they do i had a spark plug issue they fixed last week and taking my truck back to them again this week for another problem guys are nice and fair will not go elsewhere
The one place where you won't get fleeced on auto repairs! Most accommodating in providing you quality workmanship without the BS of needless repairs!! 12 years experience in using this business!
Very good work. Honest, low prices. Quick turnover time. Very friendly. I highly recommend their services!! For someone who doesnt know cars, they don't take advantage of you. Honest business.
I went for badly needed brake work and all I can say is they are Rock Stars! Price was Great! Work was professional and timely. And the contact person was super helpful Thank You Northeast!
I have been to this mechanic a number of times for oil change and car maintenance. The staff is very courteous and professional. The pricing is fair. So far so good. Keep up the good work.
Replaces tie-rods and did my 100 thousand mile tune up and replaces a wheel hub on my GMC Sierra and I was back on the road again.....and they did it quicker than I was expected....
You gotta use these guys! They do great work and the customer service is absolutely the BEST! I will use them for EVERY automotive need I have for as long as they are in business.
Julie is very professional, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking to get work done on your car, I definitely recommend Northeast Auto!
Honest and reasonable. They are very transparent about what is worth doing and what might be a waste of time and money. Been bringing my cars here for several years now.
Needed someplace quicker than the dealer could see me and was extremely pleased. Had an alternator replaced for a better price and much faster service. Will be back!
Bryan is friendly and will work with you. Keith is a good mechanic, knows the older cars. Taken may cars to them, they are fast and fair. I would recommend.
Love Keiths service. We have had excellent experiences with Northeast Auto Service and we will continue to take our Volvo for all services! :) Thanks!!!
Very unprofessional. Hung up on me when calling in to check the status of my vehicle. If you want good work done you won't take your car or truck here.
Very trust worthy and honest staff. Julie at the front of the house goes above and beyond! I have been going here for years and highly recommend!
Completely satisfied with my visit. Very clear, communicative, and honest with the issues with my car. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
They are super nice, quick and on top of their game!. They replaced brake pads, rotors, valve cover gasket and battery terminal only 1 was bad.
Professional, great service and pront service always eager to help...I come from a mechanic family and I will say I was impressed thanks guys
They will tell you the problem with your car and give you the option of what you can fix instead of forcing you pay for everything up front.
Called to get brakes done at 7:30 am, had the car back by 10:30 am. Super professional and completely value-oriented. Highly recommended!
When I say fast service in and out. The lady at the front desk is the sweetest, great prices as well. I recommend everyone come here
Great place to have your vehicle repaired, fair pricing and honest technicians they only fix what's needed no up sales or add ons.
I’ve been coming to Northeast Auto for a while now and they always do a fantastic job. Fair pricing and great customer service!
This is the most honest respectful auto shop I have ever been in I will always come here and tell everyone about this place.
This honestly makes me happy to see there is still nice honest people out there! This place restored my faith in humanity
Normally, I love this shop. This time they were just busy to get me in and out on my timeline. Great shop, though.
The best. Honest, reasonable, and seem to really care about getting your vehicle running in tip top condition.
Not too much to say but these people are good at their jobs. I can trust them. Great customer service as well.
They did a nice job repairing my car, and they worked with my insurance company to the best of their ability.
Friendly. I simply left the gas cap off causing a check engine light. They didn't charge for the diagnostic.
Had several leaks in my Jeep, including rear main seal and water pump, fixed quickly and at a decent price
Love this place. I always take my car there. The whole crew are great, and they take good care of my car.
Excellent service!! The entire team was great and priced very fair. I will use them again!
Best auto repair shop I have ever been to! They were so knowledgeable, kind & helpful
Great job on my brakes! Job was completed on time and at a reasonable price.
My 2nd favorite auto repair shop. Pleasant technicians and reasonable prices
