Oh gosh where to start.... was promised a appointment Monday for a wisdom removal, took a week off work to make this happen. Wad called Friday and told it had been moved to Tuesday which wad ok..... called back with Tuesday still confirmed but location now either docklands or Glenroy, still ok cause I just wanted it out as the pain was causing me grief After confirmed appointment I was called back saying it ha to be Wednesday now and in RINGWOOD! Umm By this stage I was furious they were playing me like a fool. What was our family dentist is now the past. Never again will I go here and I do NOT recommend these guys to anyone. So unhelpful and lies through their teeth literally

These women are rude and unprofessional. I had to get dentures over 2 years ago and it was the worst dentist I've ever been to. They joked around between themselves and tried to belittle me about my teeth. They also didn't match the right color for my dentures the tooth was a shade too high and I was told "you smoke don't you? They will darken." When I came back to asked for them to fix the dentures they wanted me to pay for the cost of sending them back to be redone. Recently I found that my jaw muscles hurt and have been coping headaches. Another dentist has told me its call TMJ and it's caused from my dentures not been made properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I have been looking for a good dentist for awhile and decided to give these guys a go. From the initial booking to the consult, it was a seamless and easy process. The customer service is above and beyond, with friendly yet professional dealings with the girls at Reception. The clinic itself is bright and very clean (an absolute must!) and Dr Zina was amazing during the procedure, she was very warm, welcoming and helped calm the nerves as I usually loathe being in the dentist chair! However, she was thorough and did a great job. Grateful for a positive experience.

Yesterday I took my 8 year old granddaughter to an appointment with Dr Zina. She had several teeth that needed attention possibly as a result of too many lollies and not enough brushing. The poor angel was terrified. However within minutes Dr Zina had her cooperating, as a result of her gentle approach. She explained in simple , fun terms every step of what she was doing and won my granddaughter’s trust. She displayed warmth , kindness and excellent communication skills when dealing with children.

I want to thank the team at northern dental design they were professional and amazing they brought my smile back and I’m so happy with my teeth, they are amazing they did a good job at calming me down because at times I was getting a little upset but they were amazing. I recommend definitely going to see Northern dental design, especially the dentist Zena also Pamela and also the lovely husband that helped me through my hard time thank you so much I will be sending client to you

The team here are so lovely!!! A great place filled with beautiful people who make you feel so safe and comfortable. They calm all your nerves and their work is amazing. I had my teeth done and Pam, Zina and Martin made them look better than I imagined they'd ever look. I couldn't be happy or recommend them enough!! Will always return here whenever I need to go to the Dentist.

The best there is. Zinna the warrior Princess is the best Dentist in the business but we know that it’s all about the team. Can’t speak highly enough of Pam an absolute star in her own right and a special mention for my favourite receptionist Diane who always makes me feel good and she loves a chat, not to mention the rest of the team. Well done guys you are all brilliant

I have been attending here for many years but today I had to attend urgently with my 3 young children who were well taken care of and accommodated quickly. I’m very grateful for the friendly atmosphere and the staff put myself and children at ease. Everyone is so lovely and kind. Above and beyond in the caring department. Thank you!

Dentist was thourogh and found things another dentist had recently missed. Fit us in on short notice. Lovely new rooms and a kids play area with Playstation
