This place is a local treasure. They have a wonderful selection of books, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They will order in books for you if they don't already carry them. I have also been to this store for book launches and poetry readings. It is so nice to support a quality store that does so much for the community.

It's one of the best bookshops ever. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they'll find it. If I can't remember certain critical pieces of information that would help me find what I'm looking for, the staff will go above and beyond to assist. Plus, it's local. And a Kingston landmark.

I've only been here a few times but this store had the book that launched me into an entire world created by my now favourite author. The employees have always been really incredible. It's a small bookstore but they do order in the books you request and follow up with you.

excellent selection of new books for its size, if you are into literature. much more worthwhile selection of books than Indigo Kingston. the guy that runs the store is probably a liberal considering the store displays sometimes, but at least he knows his literature.
