We bought TV and Washing Machine two weeks ago. A sale consultant Calls Warren promised us to deliver our goods in the follow week Monday or Tuesday. He never fulfilled his promise, when we follow up on him. He became rude to us, cancelling phone calls and never gave us direction. We are still waiting on our delivery and I won't bother to buy there again.

Bad Customer service, I lay by 2 product upon collection I was told to wait for 3-4 Weeks and the Manager or Supervisor was very rude. I was told if I want to cancel my lay I must pay minimum fees whereas this was not my fault because I payed my product in full, They could not deliver.

Horrible customer service, they don't even deserve 1 star
