Worst service ever after purchasing petrol and paying on the app. I go into the store this women serves me. I ask for a Burrito pie for $2 she says they are $4. I said aren't they $2 with any purchase I just got petrol. She ignores me and goes over to her college. He comes over I ask him for a $2 burrito pie because I bought petrol aren't they $2 with any purchase he says they are $4. They are only $2 with the drink over there and he points to the whole shop. So I said what drink where is it? He takes me to the drink which was nice but it doesn't say a flavour on the drink. I asked him what flavour the drink is. He says it's ok. I said what flavour is it. He again says it's ok as he is walking away. I then say is it water. He ignores me. I then decide to eat else where. Pathetic service and they were like robots.

Tried to put in gas. Was left waiting several min.Had to go ask for them to turn pump on. Toll goes to 6c before I even pull pump trigger. Complain as has happened several times. Woman at counter gives no F. Ask to talk to manager. Rude and obtruse Woman does not apologies, just says we have many things to do. Non of which are to do with turning pumps on, although OTR is primarily a fuel service station. Tells me to go to website to make official complaint. I guess she forgot she was the manager and complaining to her was official. This place is run by people that seem to have experienced frontal lobe Lobotomy. I will be going to the website and making a complaint. Customer Service seems to be forgotten here.

Fast friendly efficient service Neat and clean service station, This servo looks after there customers, chatty poilte staff make it pleasant. OTR Hillbank Simply outstanding service, 5 stars isnt enough!! These guys are truely 2nd to none, friendly knowledgeable staff very helpful and welcoming specially on weekends nights, I'm regular over here, I love the guy, who always served me with kindness and love before and now his brother give me the same love and happiness to visit again and again thanks alot you both are legend thanks for an amazing coffee and great service love it both of you guys sultan and haider doing great #keep it up. This is the local servo for us and is handy enough. The supermarket is on the smaller side for an on the run. The subway and Oporto are good. The coffee is great if it's made by certain individuals but can be rubbish if they are not working. The petrol station staff are depressed, downtrodden and undervalued. You get the service you would expect from such workers. Sometimes you are surprised with decent service. I do encourage you to use the OTR app for payment at pump and to preorder coffee as the checkouts are always so slow. Also, use the app for feedback as OTR do take the complaints onboard.

Best of best service, I got from this OTR Hillbank last Saturday MD night, store was very busy but the guy who served me was very fast and friendly very patient, he was serving and making coffees at the same time, I was amazed by his speed and professionalism. I have been to many OTR but this one was A1 service Thank you so much haider, you are a legend no words can describe your service, I definitely recommend this service station who wants fast and friendly service with joy. Dont just take my words try it. definitely will return.

Free car defect with any fuel or stale bread purchase. OTR media release regarding the organised police RBT/defect has a lot of holes and explaining still to do. Their apology involved cheap the following day and again more cars were detected. Hook , line and sinker. Until they come clean, stay well clear of all their businesses. Customers are your pawn to barter and strike deals. I will never use your business again. It's hard to believe OTR have even sunk to a new low but I shouldn't be surprised as an ex employer.

Staff went the extra mile to assist me. I speak of Ben in particular who after I visited OTR for the 3rd time after I lost a $ 40 phone voucher volunteered to try and get me a reimbursement from the phone company He was kind and patient and after much persistence succeeded. Thank You Ben. You're an asset to your employer.

Staff are friendly, Easy going environment, good selection of food and drinks, good staples you’d expect from a servo and fair fuel prices generally. Love this store especially for their hot dogs and fresh OHj Juice. Will definitely be returning for more and more. #keepupthegoodworkOTRHillbank

Don't go here if you ride a motorcycle. What's the point of On The Run creating an app that's linked directly to your bank account if you still have to remove your helmet and go inside to pay. Defeats the purpose of me having the app. Parafield OTR is a much nicer place with respectful staff.

The oporto guys give me very bad experience. I wait at drive through around 15min for just only 1 burgers and waiting for 15 the burger test was so bad literally the girl gave the burger she is rude..0 star and they gave a burger without any bag just they gave me burgers straightaway.

After stopping (and not getting fuel because no one would reset the pump), I drove until I found another 'non OTR' petrol station, and paid more per litre to fill up, and was happier for the experience . Beware OTR, customer service isn't dead just yet. …

The petrol price is average and they have a good selection of small goods (overpriced being a petrol station) I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff except for waiting 2-5 minutes just to pay for fuel occasionally Would recommend as a last resort

A little pricey in grocery section, but still quicker to pick up and avoid crowds...specials are good value. Fast service even if there is always a line up. Good selection of fast food. Although subway has just increased its food.

Seems lately we are visiting more and more otr service stations. Ifits for the coffee or frozen coke then its the moe's hotdog. They are damn nice hotdogs. Try one, the smokey flavor in the dogis awesome.

Since the police stunt you pulled other day I will not be going to OTR hillbank anymore i will be going across the road. AND I will try to avoid any petrol station with the OTR sign.

I always like coming here. Great coffee ☕️. Staff are usually friendly. Great to grab a few basic grocery items if desperate and supermarkets are shut!

Subway is the worst. I'm vegetarian and the guy did another ham foot long then touched my veggie delight with out changing gloves. VERY RUDE!

This has got to be the cleanest and tidiest OTR store in the state. The attendant was also very friendly and helpful. Well done!

The staff are very friendly. Yummy hot food available and always fresh. One of the cleanest OTR I have been to.

Some of the staff members here are just plain rude. A good OTR alternative is Elizabeth on Philip Highway.
