Ordered an Iced caramel latte that tastes like burnt coffee with no caramel. Better get your coffee elsewhere Update: Tried giving it another go. Tried redeeming a free coffee from this store wont allow me to redeem a grande coffee but I wanted iced latte since it had the same price but heard the lady named Emma telling the indian guy to just make it an Iced latte but gave me a very hot coffee asked for ice on the side was hesitant at first. But the indian guy gave me a small cup with little ice in it. The way he talked was so awful. Including the indian manager. How I wish the lady named emma just made it for me. PS THE COFFEE WAS SO HORRIBLE I ENDED UP THROWING IT AWAY. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL COFFEE. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, you better just drive few more mins away to OTR angle park. They have the best coffee and nicest employees.

Such a worst customer service. I have got the free wash and they redeemed it and their machine was not working as usual. But there was another car in wash I though let’s redeem here. And it turns out to be not working. Now, team members ( INSIA ) told me that you can come back or go to other OTR for was and pay them. I bought wash on Saturday because car was dirty. So, why should pay another time? Experience this service from every team members ( night person named as Randika) not a single person is good. If I can give 0 star then that would be the great standard for them. I lost my wash and money both.

Bad customer service and staff doesn’t know how to serve customers Today -23/10/2021 at 11:50 pm . Seen clearance ice cream cornetto at 2$ and when I given to staff and he scan and said it’s 4:79$ . I said it’s clearly mention 2$ and he ask to grab all ice cream so he can scan , what’s a difference came due to that because they have same barcode and after scan all it’s came at 4:79 and OTR staff also check clearance label and but after that he reject to serve me that ice cream on 2$ and suggested me came when manager was there Are you serious???

I go here most days to get lunch from the Subway, which has Great staff with good customer service, BUT... the console operators on the OTR side is terrible. He has no customer service skills and does not know how to greet his customers. No "hello" or "Thankyou" ever comes out of his mouth, let alone he will ever look at look at you while he talks to his mates. Looking for another Subway. Very disappointed customer.

1 star is for the owner, why have only 1 staff member on a Saturday night doing every thing while there is a line up of other customers waiting. Poor guy had to make hot dogs, do coffees, while other customers had only fuel or cold drinks to pay. You do know it takes time to do hot food and hot drinks? Employ another person for busy nights. Don't be surprise if they end up walking out and not buy anything.

How long does it take to get regular size coffee cups... they haven't had any for weeks so they put a regular into a large cup That not a big issue if they short fill coffee to what they think is right... it isnt . And the coffee only Luke warm... This has been going on for weeks.... Staff are not rude Think might have to give up my morning coffee from OTR.....

Service is good, but the toilets haven't been cleaned in about a week and during covod this is despicable. I know this because there's been a paddle pop stick sitting in the urinal and the remnants from the ice block has been sitting there for a week. Lift your game that's disgusting. Also there's no toilet paper whatsoever in the men's toilets.

Absolutely ridiculous how there is always 1 staff member making coffee while there are 5-6 waiting to pay for fuel and 1 or 2 items. I live nearby and this is a constant issue. There is usually someone hovering around at the back but doesnt help out. Sort it out or may have to start getting fuel and food from the united across the road.

Everything is ok, except the toilet. How much money does this company bring in and they can't replace a simple toilet roll holder. That's why I rated one star. The toilet paper they expected me to use was on the floor, which was horrible. Neither me or my daughter was able to use it. I bet the staff toilet doesn't look like that.

Terrible coffee service. They don't understand or don't want to understand what ice/cold coffee means. Seriously what are you trying to say to me? Ice didn't melt yet? I just check temperature on my coffee ager ice completely melt, then it says 37 degree C. I guess your cold means 40 degree C. You should wake up.

Ordered on the app to save my time. Went there and waited another 20 minutes. The frustrating thing is not me having to wait but it is the staff chatting to each other and laughing behind the counter and no one is paying any attention to the screen for online orders. Today I ordered Chicken satay with Noodles from Wokinabox and I have to say its the worst noodle dish I have ever had, no satay flavour four tiny pieces of chicken and its all mushy, now I'm no expert in the art of Asian cooking but please lift the bar. Honesty not even deserving of one star.

Very large area. The toilet that I happened to use was neat. At the time of night when I was there, the place was not as busy. Convenient and has plenty of parking spaces available

Staff are really friendly other than the one older large male I find my time at thi BP to be welcoming. I also love the range of food bars as well as the car wash!

A lot of the time diesel pumps are not accessible while they refill fuels. The store has lots of options and there are car wash facilities. The usual OTR.

Generally only go there to grab a subway,the Indian ladies do a great job of making them.Dining area is generally fairly tidy, keep up the good work.

Went into this store today, it was filthy. Dining area was closed off yet tables were disgusting. Floors, bathroom and counters were disgusting.
