As a blind person this dental clinic/centre offers a very pleasant atmosphere and the dentist I see (Amanda) shows compassion and human interest in challenges and difficulties with dental health. The staff are friendly and do what they can to make you as comfortable and pain free as possible during different kinds of treatment and although it is a private dental centre and naturally charges fees for services which may need to be compared with other places in general I find the fees to be fairly normal but the service provided by the staff is friendly, professional and compassionate and they take into account a persons individual needs and challenges. I am unsure if there is such a thing as an enjoyable trip to a dentist particularly if their is dental work to be done because there is not only the potential for pain in the dental treatment but also the pain that follows when you get the bill but if you experience pain or struggle with treatment if you explain this to Amanda she does everything in her power to make you confident and comfortable and to make the experience pain free. It is not part of a major medical centre and can be a little difficult for taxis or drivers to find, however this is in some ways a benefit because the clinic is not super busy with people rushing everywhere and I find this can make a person more nervous rather than help them feel confident. The staff at the clinic appear to know exactly what they need to do and they do it in a well paced and pleasant attitude so their is no feeling of being rushed or perhaps forgetting or missing steps because of time pressure. I have been going to this clinic for a number of years and am fussy about service providers so I believe most people would be very happy with the standards of facilities and services and particularly the staff that work at this clinic.

This clinic had some good dentists in the past, but they never keep them long enough! between January and March ,I've had a lot of trouble with two of their dentists failing to diagnose the issue with one tooth! they're quick to say: it needs a root canal& a crown, that is without even taking an X Ray to help! They caused me a lot of pain& money with no result. I kept going back with the same complain, and had Jarred telling me to make up my mind, which tooth is sore? I thought it was his job to listen to the patient and then diagnose the problem! Give that clinic a miss, if you want to keep your teeth.

could not recommend this place enough, i’ve been going here for over 2 years. I have come here for multiple things, from fillings to braces to getting my wisdom teeth out they have consistently done an amazing job and wanted nothing but the best for my teeth. Amanda has been the best orthodontist and given me the most beautiful smile she works incredibly hard with my braces and perfected everything. Will continue coming here forever!

I have been going to this dental clinic for 10years and the service and care is amazing. I have super sensitive teeth and Dr Jarrod is the only dentist that cleans my teeth with no pain. Thankyou Dr Jarrod and staff for taking care of my family and I for all these years. I cant recommend One Smile Fountain Gate highly enough. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, i like it how they always call you after to follow up the day after to see how you are doing and to check up on your health. It is great that they care about their patients. Been going here for years and would definitely recommend not only to my family and friends but also to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy dentist joint!

After numerous bad experiences with dentist,s my Faith in them was lost But a good friend put me onto her dentist Dr Arjun and wow i survived!!! His chair side manner is excellent And im sorry i cannot remember the lovely dentists assistant name but she was so lovely!! I feel i can walk in and feel confident i will be looked after,and that to me is huge!!!!

The best dentist I've had! One Smile has provided me with great customer service, I feel that my teeth have never been better thanks to Dr Arjun. I was a nervous patient and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to fit you in if you're in pain. One Smile Fountain Gate is the greatest dental experience I've ever had! Never before have I had such a thorough examination and clean.The dentist and hygienist made sure I understood everything that was going on through the whole appointment. I have been seeing Dr Arjun Vithiy for a few years and he is in my recommendation the best dentist going around. Service is second to none. Dr Vithiy is an asset to One Smile. Highly recommend All the One Smile Narre Warren staff were also extremely friendly.

I have a big fear of dentists, but this place made me feel like I was in good hands. The dentist was so gentle and explained everything he was about to do, and the dental nurse was so lovely. Highly recommend!
