Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Lower wisdom teeth removal. I had previously been told this was a complicated procedure due to teeth being so close to the nerve and the way they were growing so a senior dentist has to do this. Booked in a date, got my annual leave approved only to then from a receptionist about a reschedule due to the wrong dentist being booked. Cancelled and rebooked annual leave only to find out a few days before that my surgery was moved up by 30mins which I was not told about. Last minute had to tell my manager I was leaving the office even early which he wasn’t happy about. Get there, got a brief explanation basically explaining there was a small chance I could loose some sensation forever, jumped in the chair & they began straight away, no mouth wash or anything. The whole time the dentist and his aid were just talking & laughing while he was struggling to get my teeth out, somehow the dental aid managed to stab me in the lip with the tweezers as well. Finally they were finished, I was told a few lines which I barely understood and then was told to go to the front desk. The after care was just pathetic. Clearly half my face was completely numb, my lips were completely dry and bleeding & I was not even offered some water. I was given no guidance. They didn’t bother even to ask if I was driving home or if someone was coming to pick me up. Won’t be coming back here again as I did not feel looked after at all. I felt like they just wanted to get the job done and on ti the next.

I am unsure about the below reviews being negative as the experience over the year and a half with the staff at One Smile has been nothing but pleasant, comforting and welcoming. I was recommended One Smile from a friend that had raved about them for years and I finally gathered the courage to go and get a consultation. i was welcomed as soon as i walked in the door and conversations are always had once i revisit. so a big plus to the staff. My original consult was for root canal and wisdom tooth removal. i quick x-ray and the wisdom tooth was removed with no hassle and no drama's and nearly no swelling or bruising. the root canal is a long drawn out process in any dentist surgery, i was nervous and the girls there made feel really comfortable. The dentist staff at one smile are extremely professional with there service and relay doctor jargon at an understandable pace and are very educated, made my decision to stay with one smile instead of a local dentist a lot easier. Once you see the facility you instantly feel like you are in good hands. Pricing is very reasonable considering some other clinics that are in the area. If you are hesitant about this dentist don't be. they are quite simply a professional clinic with great staff. see for yourself. Thank you to James, Kelly, Bec and the rest of the staff.

I needed a tooth out ASAP and was terrible pain so I called 5 clinics after hours and left messages.This clinic is outstanding as it offers very professional service with a smile. Dr Tran was very informative as he explained everything very thorough and didn’t rush. Bec at reception was also outstanding as she returned my call promptly where as other clinics didn’t even get back to me. Bec was very knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions,answering with her friendly nature and big smile. The prices are also very reasonable. If your looking for the best dental clinic in town that provides amaizing service,truly cares and isn’t expensive then look no further. You will be more than happy with this place as they simply provide great service with a smile Keep up the magnificent work team. Well done and thanks again. Absolutely insane experience, usually hate the dentist but my Experience with James Kwong has been nothing short of miraculous. Came here after word of mouth from friend, they said James Kwong specifically was great, and now I can attest to the same. Wisdom tooth extraction, my original dentist stated I would need oral surgery, came to James for a second opinion, in and out 15 mins. Wisdom tooth out. And this included like maybe 10 minutes of waiting for the anesthetic to numb my mouth. He literally extracted my 1 wisdom tooth in 2 minutes, not even an exaggeration. I was in disbelief as well, had to ask several times if he was joking when he said he was done and it wasn’t until I saw the tooth did I believe him. But even then I was still in disbelief. 100/10 would recommend, have already told all my friends and family how good this man is.

I am writing this to say how professional and experience Dr James Kwong is. He is my favourite Doctor because he has a good sense of humour. He keeps you relaxed. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Always greats you and answers your questions. I have been with him now approximately 17yrs. The Glenwaverley clinic is always clean and beautiful. Staff are all knowledgeable and helpful. Touch wood I hope Dr. James and his staff continue the great work. This genuine and sincere. I give Dr. James Kwong and the clinic 5 stars. Keep up the high standard.

Who said dentists were scary. My experience with One Smile Glen Waverley will never be forgotten. Best laugh ive ever had in years..with no laughing gas either. After 30 years of wanting that perfect smile. I finally got my dream come true. 9 top veneer crowns perfectly done. Color not too white so they look so natural. No adjustment needed with the bite. Im pretty impressed with my overall experience. James Kwong and Beck make the perfect team. Both personalities together are incredible. Professional and humourous. Thankyou so much for my perfect smile.

One Smile Dentist Glen is The Best Dentist this part of Melbourne. I have been going there from past 7 to 8 years and my first interaction with James Kwong made me go there everytime I needed a clean or my tooth taken care off. Payal at Glen is also very very friendly and great with kids. She made my 8 yo son felt at ease and genuinely took interest in his wellbeing. 5 Star to James and his team specifically Payal at their Glen office. Well done

I have to give a 5 stars for everything with the dental clinic. Dr James Kwong is so kind and professional, only takes 15mins to remove a wisdom tooth. Also, the assistant nurse is so kind(sorry I forgot ask her name). Receptionists were also friendly every time I came. Price is reasonable. It’s definitely an excellent experience especially for a person who is scared to walk in a dental clinic. Glad to recommend!

Highly recommend ONE SMIlE ! Dr James Kwong and Bec are very professional！They absolutely take me out of the shadow of visiting dentists! Every time when I visit them are full with laugh and happiness~ I also took my mom and my partner to there and they are very happy too~ I don’t mind about waiting because I think that means they do spend good quality of time on their patients

The service is great. Dr David Tran is the best Dentist I've ever came across. He was very good with his work and made me feel comfortable at the same time. He talked about the filling process throughout the session and answered all my queries. Although the receptionist at the counter is bit rude. You might wanna take online appointment than talking to them.

I was recommended by a family friend, and decided to get organize for an appointment for a dental checkup and cleaning. I dread going to the dentist, but Amanda was very gentle and considerate throughout the whole process, and gave lots of advice on caring for my teeth. The staff there are very lovely and helpful! Will be coming back to get my wisdoms out.

Been going here for quite some time and have seen both Dr David Tran and Dr Amanda, both are amazing. Just had a clean with Dr Amanda, she was so thorough and spent a good amount of time. Dr Tran has removed my wisdom tooth before and he has always been very caring and understanding of his patients. Lovely dentists to deal with.

Having wisdom teeth removed is never a fun process. However I can say, Dr Kwong and his team made me feel comfortable, safe and at ease through the whole process. Dr Kwong explained the whole process from beginning to end and as such the removal of my wisdom teeth were with minimal pain and discomfort. Highly recommended.

Dr. James Zhu give me the best dentist experience ever. He explains to me what he is going to do and the reason why he is doing that Rather than just doing his work directly that there is no dentist had ever done before. Really professional. Make me feel it not that scary for a dentist appointment.

I booked to see a specific dentist in 6 months advance when I turn up they said the dentist I booked was on annual leave and other dentists will be seeing me instead. The worst thing is they said they have called me to inform me about this but in fact I never received any phone calls from them.

I have been seeing Dr James for more years than I can remember, he is the only one I would ever trust or listen to when it comes to dental health. He puts up with my crazy phobias of needles and always understands what I’m saying, even when he’s drilling or filling amazing team! …

I’ve changed my dentist and I’m glad i did. Found One Smile and very happy with the service. Staff are super friendly. Dr. David Tran, my new Dentist, was so gentle. Price is reasonable. The Clinic is so clean with very spacious car park. Looking forward to my next dental check up.

would never come back to this clinic. dentist wss late for 20mins. found a hole but refused to do the filling at the same time due to she said she is fully booked.asked to book the filling anothra time. total service was 20mins including cleaning up. 30mins wait for paying the bill

前台小姐姐很专业，和她们说话很舒服。给我洗压的医生也很专业，体贴。唯一让我郁闷的是，昨天我预约的服务是洗牙和检查以及拿掉以前整牙的小环，他们给我报价200。而且今天在治疗室的时候，我们也确认了这些服务。结果他们给我多做了一个X-ray的服务。当时给我做的时候我一时没反应过来是在干嘛。我以为是一个普通的检查服务，如果我知道的话我会制止。结账的时候我付了298。我有点惊讶为什么这么多？这完全超出我的预算。这才听前台小姐姐我拍了X-ray，还说两三年都不需要再拍X-ray，关键是我几个月前才拍过，他们需要的话我可以发给他们Email。有点难过，白白浪费钱

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Lai and all the other staff here. Absolutely amazing service. Professional, kind, caring. I could not ask for a better dental experience. Just had another tooth extracted today and could not speak highly enough of this place.

I really appreciate the professional services of Dr David Tran. He is so diligent, and understanding,and really cares about the patient. When he treats a patient he looks for the root cause and treats. Also the reception staff are pleasant.

I had Dr James Kwok do a crown for my dental implant. Had some drama with the crown being too tight and caused my gum to become sore for days after the fitting. But thankfully everything settled with antibiotics and great hygiene. Dr James

The worst dental skill I ever experienced before, I had large bleeding blister on my gum cause huge pain after I seen Dr Elizabeth.

David Tran is wonderful. Really looked after my Mum and made sure she was comfortable throughout the extended treatment.

Dr. Amanda is very skilful very considerate. and I think she is very suitable for those who can only speak mandarin.

I am so so so grateful to the reception Sarah, she comforted my crying baby until the end of my treatment.❤️❤️
