Agent Preantha doesn't get back with quotes. Unable to work packages efficiently. Went to a Flight Center Agent and was sorted with a full package within 24 hours flights, accommodation and tours. Very disappointed with service.

Agents take ages to correspond with you. After sales and changes are a total hassle. Totally upset. Still awaiting from December 2019 for agent to get back to me :(((!!
