Posted across several store sites as it was an online order and spoke to individual stores. Their policy seems to be the same regardless of the store. I purchased a pair of running shoes for my daughter. After a couple of weeks, the upper part of the shoe near the laces started coming apart. I called Nike, and they informed me that it was a defect and advised me to contact the store directly because they cannot assist with products bought through unauthorized retailers. They also suggested letting the store know that I had already spoken to Nike, as some companies may attempt to redirect you to them. Following the purchase, I received an email (it stated it was from the owner) thanking me for my purchase and inviting me to reach out with any questions or concerns. However, I received no response after sending an email. I sent another email, including additional email addresses from their website, but still received no response. I decided to call the store directly, and they provided me with a support email address but support informed me that they couldn't offer a solution. They offered me a 5% coupon for my next purchase, which was quite disappointing. I then contacted another store, and the manager there was more helpful. They emailed me information for a shoe repair company in case other options failed. The manager also mentioned that they would speak to the owner or owners directly. However, I have not received a response since then from anyone. I do not recommend this company because they do not stand behind their products and have very poor customer service. Their running shoes are expensive but even if you pay a bit extra somewhere else, it's worthwhile to invest in a company that provides better product support and customer service. Others on their Facebook page seem to have similar experiences of no response to concerns.

If i can put NO stars i would. This is a real review. Had the UN-pleasure to order some clothing on the oakshop.ca website. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They have a no return policy. They do not advertise that and you need to wear you binoculars to see the clause on the website. WORST COMPANY ONLINE!! I don't know of any company that sells online and refuses to do an exchange, not a return as per the policy, but an exchange for size. Spent a fortune, and now i have an oversize sweater that looks like a garbage bag, like the store. GARBAGE! Had the un-pleasant experience of dealing with LUCAS in customer support. Seems nice but NOT. Totally disregarded my emails until i made a phone call to the store. Spoke to a young lady at the Laval store and her answer to me was "You should of came in to the store to try it". That says a lot about the owners of this company and its workers, WOW that just made my day. If you are trying to get in contact with customer support, good luck. Finally when Lucas decided to email me back, he just sends me a copy paste message which all in all is a fancy way of saying TOO BAD! PLEASE DON'T BYE FROM THESE GUYS!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CLOWNS WHO DONT KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO SELL ONLINE. HEADS UP= LOOK AT SSense. A NOTE TO THE COMPANY= IF YOU ARE GOING TO SELL ONLINE THEN YOU NEED TO BE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!!

Rip off store. Their items are final sale but it’s not advertised anywhere, just in the fine print. Even nrml at least has an exchange or store credit policy. They clearly only care about getting people’s money. I purchased $500 worth of Essentials sweatsuit as my partner’s Christmas from their website. The sizes ended up being too big for him so when I went to go exchange the size is when I found out that it’s final sale. It was never mentioned during the checkout or the purchase. For the integrity of your business, all items are final sales should be well advertised and not hidden in the fine print. Hiding it sections is not considered as well advertised, do better. People don’t purchase things with the intent to exchange or return so there should be some wiggle room in the event an item doesn’t work out as hoped aka clothing being too big. Now I’m stuck with $500 worth of clothes that can’t be worn. Great customer service!

On Monday I was trying to take advantage of a fantastic cyber Monday sale and purchase two pairs of shoes online. For some reason my bank flag this purchase as fraud and declined the purchase after sorting that out with them I tried to make the purchase again and the site would not allow me since my card had been declined before. I called the store when they opened to explain what had happened and Jordan explained to me that I would be able to try again in 24 hours. He then gave me several other options to pay that same day. I chose to pay that day and Jordan confirmed the order and shipped them the same day. I received the shoes today(Wednesday) and they are mint! This was my second experience with this company. First time I ordered from the Laval store and had another fantastic experience. Always great selection and unique finds. Jordan stepped up big and helped me out in a jam. I will definitely be shopping here again.

If I could write zero I would, they’re scamming people, they’re breaking a law called Price-Gouging under bill 102. I bought a regular essential t-shirt @ 169 with tax to only see that they have bought it from ssense for 55$ lying to me that they didn’t buy it for that price when on ssense says that price they’re tripling the price when there’s no resell on these. They’re crooked. I’d be careful what I buy there or I’d advise just to not go there and make your research’s before being ripped off by them, I’ve asked them about their license for selling name branded clothing and he couldn’t answer, possibly because they don’t have a license to do so. The manager is just a liar. I rate this place à zéro also they don’t do a refund just for that particular reason. Cause when people get scammed and realize like me they want their money back.

I just have to say how much I love your store. Salema is so helpful and it kills me to hear how some people did not vibe with her. I’m here to say I’ve experienced the complete opposite. I have purchased several pieces from their store since they’ve come to Ottawa and Salema has literally been there every time as she is a hard worker. Additionally, I do not really want someone to hound me while I am in the store and I like to look at things on my own. When I have questions, I will ask! I think this is the approach they take but every time I come in the store I am greeted and offered help of course so I have ZERO complaints! Thank you for bringing such great style to Ottawa; we need it!

bought a pair of shoes from their website that i’ve been wanting for a while. i wasn’t paying attention and accidentally bought the wrong size (completely my fault). i emailed them right away and they were willing to do an exchange for me which i appreciated. they proceeded to ship me the wrong size shoe and when i called the store and emailed their customer service line again they told me in their system it said they sent me what i asked for. i proceeded to send them picture of the shoes and the tag inside the shoe and the box stating what size they sent me and they completely stop replying and answering my emails. first and last time i’ll shop there.

Shoes came quickly however when I called the store with a question they told me to email them. I emailed Nov 16 and again once my shoes arrived with a very damaged shoebox. Almost a week with no response. Hopefully they can get back to me soon. Overall - shoes are nice but can be found for cheaper with better Customer Service elsewhere. EDIT: I sent another email to the store and finally got a follow up. They gave a mediocre response and ignored my 1 of my 2 questions. My suggestion would be to shop somewhere else where you can rely on better service.

I came in here to look at a few hoodies and sneakers, and left feeling like a brand new person. One of the employees named Jessica went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable, and even suggested a few pieces and shoes to me. She gave me tips on how to find the right clothes and shoes, as well as how to amplify my own closet. She is a very passionate and efficient employee, who can easily draw out a passion for fashion in anyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My Bestfriend bought a pair all white airforces for her boyfriend and when she got home and opened them they were absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend at all. When she brought them back they said final sale even though they sold her fake shoes with a lot of noticeable issues. Such bad customer service. Seems like they don’t even check the shoes they get.

Came in to purchase a pair of sneakers and found the exact pair ive been dying to get for years with the help of Jessica who made my experience at oak so wonderful. Its always nice to step into a store and find people who are genuinely interested and passionate about the product they are selling! This place is a vibe! I been looking for nice shoes for my girlfriend and I, & thanks to Joe, we were able to get some nice Jordan 4's. His customer service was impeccable , he actually took his time to find us the right shoes, kept great energy and good conversation throughout the whole time we were shopping. honestly been to this store twice now and each time i bought a pair of amazing jordans. the service you get in the store is awesome, everyone is helpful and the customer service by email or phone is on point ready to answer any of your questions. Once my new bel airs come in i am def going back to get a new pair of jordans :)

Went to buy a chrome hearts zipper hoodie but the girl working there (curly hair) literally did not care, didn't welcome us and when I asked about the sizing her response was "what? oh like Large?"... anyways ended up buying the same hoodie from Goat. Save ur time and money and shop at StockX or Goat.

Great experience and great staff. Went in looking for something specific, Daniel helped me find what I needed and pointed me in the direction of some items with promotions as well. Left with everything I wanted and paid less than I was prepared to. Would definitely go back to see Daniel again.

This place is amazing, the staff were super friendly with awesome customer service. Unfortunately I wish I would have bought a pair of shoes but it’s a little pricey but fair as well I would say it depends on the person. Overall my customer service experience was amazing though.

Couple things to share. First the employee working there, Heba was very kind and definitely knew her stuff about sneakers which made buying them a lot easier. Also, the store was nice a lot of sneakers there.
