Very poor telephone manner. I spoke with a very rude male assistant ‘ who asked me to speak clear English and not eat my words ‘ given I am British and have an English degree i find this extremely rude for a retail assistant to speak in this manner. Bare in mind that this persons English speaking was very broken. Absolute disgrace
