Extremely happy I decided to work with Kyle and Mel at OpenBox. I had a small roof leak and wanted to have my roof assessed for hail damage. They were able to schedule me in and arrive within the week, finding a good deal of hail damage. After submitting a claim, insurance bring insurance tried to offer nearly nothing toward replacement. Kyle and his team were able to reassess and show exactly how badly the roof needed replaced and get insurance to pay the actual amount they should have. The roof is now brand new and brought way up to code by his team of professionals. They arrived promptly when they said and knocked the project out in a day. Even more impressive, My garden, yard, and sidewalks were cleaner than before the construction, with his team meticulously cleaning and rechecking for any extra debris even after the main construction crews had left. The process was more seamless than I could’ve hoped for, considering the debacles I’ve seen with other roofing companies and the homes of friends. Can’t recommend Kyle and his team enough. They went above and beyond to get me a new roof and make sure insurance paid.

I had a roof that got damaged by the Spring 2021 hail storm. Tom and his team were replacing a roof in my subdivision and we roped them into doing ours as well. From day 1, Tom was extremely thorough in explaining the insurance claims process and walked me through it. We had some hiccups with the insurance company not willing to pay out a sufficient amount to replace the roof. Tom sent them all the reports and pictures to help solidify our case. When the insurance company did the 2nd adjustment, Tom came out for that one as well. Once the insurance issues were resolved, the roof only took 1 day. The crew showed up on time and finished early. The finished product looked great. Someone from Open Box must have come out here at least 3 times after the roof was installed to make sure everything was perfect. I can keep going on why you won't be disappointed by going with Open Box but I'm sure you (the reader) have limited time.

Open Box recently installed a new roof and gutters on my house due to hail damage. From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone i interacted with was not only incredibly professional, but exceeded what i expected to make sure i was taken of. Josh, Tom, and Melissa were always prompt about answering any questions i had and regularly went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process was a pleasant one. I could not be more grateful for Openbox Roofing. My home needed a lot of work due to deferred maintenance. They've given me a new roof, new siding, and even some gutter work. Every project was at an incredibly reasonable price. Bill was the project manager we worked with and he was incredibly attentive to my million questions, and always came on site in a timely manner whenever I had a question or concern. Being a young adult buying your first house and needing a roof and all new decking as well, let’s just say that’s not really in the plan financially. Bill came out on time and super professional. Open Box did a complete new roof installation on our home quickly and professionally. They were on time, and had everything cleaned up so well, we couldn't even tell they were even here. Open Box did a FANTASTIC job with replacing our roof, our gutters, and some damaged siding from the hail storm in June, 2021. Tom was so easy to work with, as was his entire crew! He took care of everything, including meeting with our insurance company when they came to assess the damage. We purchased an 8 year old home with some signs of water issues in the family room ceiling. Tom returned our call and took a careful Look at the issues. Not many roofing companies would Take the time to trouble shoot this since the issue was either hidden under cement board siding or flashing under shingles. The ceiling is now repaired and the outside looks great. The team was fast, thorough and tidy.
