Kindly don’t say that my review is unfair. It’s honest, unprejudiced and based completely on what I experienced at the clinic and the (mis)behaviour of the staff. Secondly, my booked appointment was for 6 PM (03/24/2021) but I got multiple calls from the dentist Mandeep Khanuja asking me to come in earlier. I was a new patient at the clinic but I was not even given the chance to fill in any forms. The dentist did a quick examination and did not even close the room door while doing so which made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Then she herself came out at the reception to make the transaction and invoice, i.e the dentist was the acting receptionist too WHILE THE ACTUAL RECEPTIONIST WAS PRESENT THERE. Her attitude was cold, unhelpful and unyielding. Kindly tell me in which world is this professional conduct? Thirdly, you are mistaken when you assume a treatment plan was laid out for me. There was NO mention of any treatment plan. Her exact words were “Even if everything is alright, I will still not be able to give you a clearance certificate as they are not provided at this facility “ BEFORE SHE EVEN EXAMINED ME. I was straight away denied a clearance certificate. The process of getting one issued (like you have explained in the comment) was not explained to me AT ALL.  I was not even told what concerns she found with my teeth. Plus, the dentist told me to email the third party and ask them what was wrong with my teeth and what she needed to examine. THEN WHY WAS I CHARGED AT YOUR FACILITY? This is the most unprofessional dental service which misleading staff, especially Mrs Mandeep Khanuja. I called to book an appointment and my aim to go was to obtain a dental clearance certificate for braces . She said I can book an appointment and obtain the certificate but when I went there she denied it and said clearance certificates are not provided at this facility. She said I can obtain braces only from this clinic and they will not provide clearance certificate in general. So basically she booked my appointment and took my appointment fees just to SAY NO. She was so unprofessional she did not even close the room door while doing the check up. And she herself came to reception to take the payment Never going there again. Good luck to you

I have been trying to find a dentist for over a year now and decided to try these guys out and honestly couldn't be more grateful I did! I'm a past addict and my teeth have been destroyed from when I used and I had trouble finding a dentist that would still treat me right and not judge the cause of my teeth. The team here are honestly amazing! They are extremely patient and caring and beyond gentle. I can't explain the relief I have to not only getting my teeth fixed but not having the anxiety about my dentist. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Would never recommend this dentist. I went in for tooth extraction and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Dr Amin would have numbed me 3,4 times I can’t recall and my tooth and whole mouth was hurting so much during the whole process it was a nightmare. The metal equipment she was using to extract my back tooth kept slipping from her hands and it kept hitting my front tooth’s and I was in so much pain during and after the whole procedure. My front tooth where she hit were aching for at least 2weeks. I vowed never will I ever go back there

I had an exceptional experience with my dentist and I must say Dr. SriRajitha is the best I have ever come across. I have always been very anxious and nervous when it to comes to doctors and dentists. But not anymore because I know I am in good hands. Dr Sri made my experience so smooth and painless could not thank her enough. The entire team exuded professionalism, creating a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere. I highly recommend this dental practice for their outstanding care and exceptional service.

When they had no customers before they were better. Now they book until late night and just wanna finish in rush to treat next customer. With unwelcom behavior nobody get back to them again. The doctor even doesn't want to spent one minute more to do her job properly. She filled 3 teeth of mine after 2 hrs all of them fallen. She filled 3 theet together and even didn't clean the gap between them imagine 3 teeth connected to each other and worse than that they were up and down. Not recommend at all

Amazing dentist Dr Amin Tiwari, she really helped me and my family with our teeth. appointment was early and the procedure I had gotten done was painless. and the area healed very nicely after the surgery. people really need to see the great work she does, I had previously been to many dentists in the Tarneit area but this was the first time I was really happy with both the dentist and the work done on me. if you are reading this go see these guys.

I visited Oral Square Dental Care and had a dental procedure done by Dr Amin. She was very compassionate, professional and understanding. I did not feel any pain during the procedure. I had also then completed my Root Canal Treatment with her. My experience was fantastic. I had also booked appointment for my wife Veena Sharma for her dental problem. I would recommend all my nears and dears to visit Dr Amin for their dental treatments.

Amazing dental services, great customer service and trained professionals. Reasonable prices and conveniently located intersection of Tarneit Road and Leakes Road. Dr Amin is very professional and knows her trade very well. Highly recommend this place for quality treatment. They have good follow up procedures in place. Importantly, COVID protocols are followed at this practice.

It was a great experience for me to visit at oral square .I was having too much pain in my tooth from 2 months but then I visit oral square they satiafed me by knowing The major cause for my problem after few days i got relief. Dr. Amin is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr. Amin was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. A very passionate and great service providing dental clinic , they took the time to really understand my concerns and first time ever I had painless work done on teeth without anesthesia. Only thing they need to add more items to their display cabinet. Otherwise a great experience for once in many years.

Booked my father here to get his Wisdom tooth out, X-rays and other fees including the removal of his wisdom tooth cost $361.00 My father said he was treated with respect but this amount for an extraction is abit pricey. Therefore 2 stars for the timely manner and professionalism.
