I bought a 2004 Toyota Corolla (158,000 km) May 9 2023 for $6000.00 . This car for a 19 year old car is in excellent condition. A car this old and in very good condition is still susceptible to having the odd problem. This happened about 2 1/2 weeks after I purchased the car - on a Thursday night @ 8:00 P. M. in a Walmart Parking Lot where the car car "would not start" I called Bill the owner of Orleans Auto - not really expecting a phone pickup - On the contrary Bill answered the phone and when I explained the problem, he said he would come right out 14.5 km. drive. It was determined it was probably the starter motor - he called his tow truck and had it towed to his shop. He also drove me to meet my wife ( 30 km trip north of Gatineau) the same night. The car was fixed ( new starter motor ) ! I have never written any report on any car or dealer in my life before. "I had to write this one and my wife and I love our 2004 corolla" ! I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealer after this experience !!!.

Do not buy a car from this place I bought a classic Camaro for 7k which took me years of saving. the owner assured me the car had a legit safety... Upon taking it to my mechanic I came to learn that the car shouldn't be on the road at all the front end needed major work and the rear brakes were seized which would have been 2k to fix on the spot... As a younger guy with not much money I feel completely scammed and the owner Nabil sold me the car directly to me I would highly recommend not to buy a vehicle from this place... The owner is that sterotype car sales man.... Terrible and absolutely unprofessional business DO NOT GO! The W Q who reviewed is clearly the owners i say again do not buy a car from this place!

I bought a ford focus at this place in January 2022. I enjoyed my experience here. When I first went in their office, it is like going back in time to visit the history of cars. The sales persons are seniors who passionate about cars. I like the car I bought and the sales people are very experienced. They really know the car they sell and they take safety very seriously. The price was fair and they fixed things one by one on my list. I am grateful to have bought the ford focus here.

My brother bought a 2007 Ford F150 from here last week. Al was was super pleasant to deal with and the work got done as promised for Safety and paint. I actually worked with Al many years ago in the car business, he was a gentleman then, and is a gentleman now and his word is GOLD. Keep in mind the majority of the cars they buy are from dealers from trades and NOT auction or rental car companies, so, they know what they are buying and THAT makes a big difference.

Al was incredibly helpful! I had an amazing experience purchasing a car here (2009 Honda Accord). Before picking up the car new breaks and windshield were installed. The rust was taken care of and they did a full safety on the car! I cannot recommend this place enough! I am incredibly happy with the car I purchased.

Bought a Volkswagen Passat here a couple of months ago, it was in amazing cosmic condition and I was able to get a good deal on it. After a week I realized it had an oil leak and bad breaks. The owner was amazing and fixed it up for free! Thank you for everything.

I bought my first car (a Nissan Sentra 2011) at this dealership two months ago (July 2023) and it has been running smoothly. Al was very helpful and accommodating, the mileage was great, the engine is in good condition and the price was very reasonable.

Very bad service, avoid them at all costs. My car is broken after only 2 months. And they told me that it’s not their problem since they only provide 1 month warranty. They don’t check the car safety !!!
