If we could rate Ouhout Meubels Zero, based on quality, Ownership and Customer Service we WOULD!!! If quality and Customer service is what you are looking for DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! Our two couches 1 x 3 seater and 1 x 2 seater arrived, from their Willowbridge branch. Thank goodness they have closed down and certain Tygervalley is not far behind. Firstly had to draw money as they wanted cash!!! Almost R40 000 cash!!! Banking fees for us, nonetheless!!! 2 weeks later our cushions gave way!!! Inconvenienced to have it repaired, back and forth. Weeks later... To date, almost 18 months of begging and pleading about 1 cushion of each couch that leather is cracking like immitation leather!!! Oh no, we are told it is HIGH TRAFFIC USAGE!!! We dont run office from home, nor do we have visitors daily!!! Its 2 of us and we sit on one couch together???!!! Not in the sun, and treat the leather etc. What a utmost joke. We were advised by Jaco that it would be replaced, now weeks later told we need to pay for leather!!! TOTALLY SCAMMED!!!

Product was almost two weeks late and definitely not up to standard. No communication on progress during the eight week manufacturing period.
