The staff from this Vet is good at lying and very unprofessional! I called them to make appointment but their phone is on off mode until one hour after it opens. And they said will call us one day before the appointment, but we didn’t receive any call, then I called them to confirm the time on that appointment day, kept calling from from 9am to 9:40am, the phone were still off, and voice message said they are closed… then I have to call the pet shop next door to help me remind them to turn the phone on! But as soon as they finally picked up my phone, my appointment was missed already! I told her about their phone issues, the girl worked there on Wednesday keep saying that their phone is all good and it must be my issue… If it only happened one time, I may believe you, but it happened several times recently, and neither my husband or myself could call in, if it happened to you as well, don’t question, because they will always say it’s your issue!

I highly recommend Our Vet Macgregor. The staff there are amazing. I have always found them to be extremely friendly and helpful every time I have taken my dog Bella to see them. Bella suffers from extreme anxiety when going to the Vet and they always take great care of her and go out of their way to make her feel special for which I am extremely grateful. We have since moved from the area but I will continue to take Bella to see them for their excellent professional and friendly service and wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else.

Was great customer service. Was able to get in the same day I rang to say goodbye to my old girl. The staff were so friendly and so compassionate. They listened to my concerns and helped make me feel that I was making the right decision for her. Thank you for your time and compassion

They have good quality and it’s clean also I love when they do a good job with the pets and pet shop is so good plus the same day that I called I was able to go there straight away by the way the costumer service was super kind and my dog a frenchy called Bella I am so grateful …

I've been to Our Vet Macgregor for the last few months and I've been really impressed with how they've handled my dog from vaccinations to treating ear infections. My dog isn't the easiest to deal with at the vets but I've been super impressed with their services. Highly recommend
