Charged for a full vet consult to 'help', yet was a behind the scenes without my presence 'consult' in between appointments where i never met or spoke with the vet at all. Could not even tell you their name. Befiee this I advised the nurse if there was no free time I can arrange a separate appointment to see them properly. Will not be returning here ever again, vet or pet shop as a result. Following pups anal glands expression they are THE ONLY vet to do so and NOT wipe his fur or their aftermath afterwards! Esp. Considering their expression resulted in extremely noxious rear-end (which was not the case prior considering I shared a vehicle with him on the way there) Additionally reception tried to provide a receipt without itemising costs in an attempt to hide actual costs. Only provided one after I raised the issue of a generic payment line item.

My dogs are always in good hands by the Vet, nurse as well as the receptionist. They have both had their teeth cleaned this year and both received certificates of bravery (so cute). As for grooming, I have one dog particular that will let you know how she feels if not happy and after her beauty treatment in the grooming salon she is beaming with joy. Store wise most of the staff even know me by name and are extremely helpful. Congratulations Best Friends Virginia have an excellent team.

We unfortunately had to have our 14 year old cat, Sushi euthanized but through her life and up til the last they took great care of her. They did everything they could to make her passing peaceful and gave us the space and time we needed to see Sushi off. The girls helped us get paw and nose prints for a lasting reminder of our girl. My dog had to get an urgent surgery to remove a growth from his tail and BF Virginia were so incredible and caring. They provided all the necessary information. Day after surgery they called to see how he was going and how his pain was. They ended up providing more pain medication to make sure my dog was comfortable. I couldn't recommend them enough, amazing team there!
