It may have been a mid-life crisis moment; it may have been the need to fulfill a life-long dream. I’m not sure which, but the pursuit of either led me to PC Auto Sales. I have always loved the Ford Mustang ever since I first road in my mom and dad’s brand new 1968 coupe. I had a 1995 V6 and a 2000 GT Convertible which I traded for a 2005 Silver GT Coupe -- the first car I had ever ordered to my specifications. I fell in love with the S197 generation of the pony, and although I loved my Coupe, I longed for a yellow S197 Mustang GT Convertible, not an easy find. Searching the internet one day, there she was in all her Screaming Yellow glory sitting on the inventory page of PC Auto Sales. I drove the 100 miles the very next day to see it and had the pleasure of meeting Denise, who for all intents and purposes IS PC Auto Sales. I had spoken to her only through emails of inquiry up to that point, but she greeted me with a smile and an air that suggested we had known each other a lifetime already. She put me immediately at ease as we took the car out for a drive. Trust me when I tell you that Denise will throw a lasso into the air and catch the moon, move a mountain with her bare hands or swim the Atlantic if it helps you get into the car you want. She goes above and beyond in every way to help you, provides you with information or assists you with financing. One day, I texted her and asked her if she wouldn’t mind going out to the car, lifting the hood and sending me a shot of the engine bay because I wanted to see what modification, if any, had been made to the intake. She didn’t send me one. . .she sent me SEVEN from every angle. When the purchase was final, she even arranged to have my car put on a flatbed and delivered right to my door. Not only that, she went the extra mile, took a picture of my car on the truck and sent it to my phone so I was assured it was on its way. If you want the moon, Denise will help you get it! Mike is the one responsible for finding my car. I’m not exactly sure what his title is, but he knows how to pick ‘em and knows what’s going to appeal to the consumer. He’s a pleasure to talk to, too, and he’s definitely got some stories. Then there’s Rick. . .I call him the “peacemaker”. There are always glitches in any kind of transaction, but Rick is always there and will do whatever he can to iron out the wrinkles to end up with a satisfied customer. He’s the kind of person who loves what he does, has a passion for his business and isn’t satisfied until YOU are satisfied. Together, the small but mighty team at PC Auto Sales is a team you definitely can count on. It was not an easy experience for me, to be honest – buying a car from a distance and trusting that everything was going to work out alright, and I’m sure I was difficult at times. No, I KNOW I was difficult at times, but every step of the way, Rick and Denise, especially, communicated with me and came through for me. I am very grateful and highly recommend PC Auto Sales. They’ve got that extra special something that sets them apart from all the others. Thanks, guys, for hanging in there with me, and thanks for helping me chase a dream. p.s. The owner that my boyfriend had spoke with over the phone originally seemed legit and nice, I will add. However, My boyfriend came from Michigan to Jacksonville Florida to pick up a 2004 BMW from this dealership. From what he was aware of, their were no serious issues wrong with this vehicle. Multiple people from this dealership had stated that, including the owner. Upon getting the vehicle, My boyfriend arrived paid in cash, and went on his way to drive the vehicle home. It was supposed to be a reliable vehicle for me to drive our son around in and get back and fourth in. Literally in less then 4 hours (not even 500 miles) I get a call from my boyfriend that he’s stranded on the side of the road in this vehicle he just bought. He then decided to pull over and have it towed home not wanting to make any situations worse and it being a Sunday. (The vehicle was shaking horribly, and wouldn’t allow him to go over 55-60mph) He finally got it home after having to rent a trailer and a truck in to drive it back. We took it to a BMW mechanic, and the mechanic said the motor was complete trash in it and that we would most definitely need a new one ASAP. We are out on a loss on this, but honesty would have gone a long way. I would not suggest this business anyone. And would highly suggest you take your business somewhere else.

This is one of the worse car companys ever , I would not recommend them to my enemy, They will sell a car to you that is not in running condition, when you try calling them after buying a car they will not answer the phone , they will lie and tell you that the has been through a 125 point car inspection and it is in great running condition, all lie's. Do not buy a car from them , not unless you want to give your money away , I could go on and on about PC Auto , and the cars the sales people , if you ever want to read a honest review, believe me don't do it don't let them get over on you. I'm writing this to save someone else from being taken and losing their money and time. This is a smile with teeth , it's all about selling junk , it's all about not being a honest car dealer, it's all about getting your money by any means necessary.

Very poor customer service. I purchased my Suburban from them 4 days later my transmission started slipping and it started blowing white smoke and then the check engine light came on. ever since I've gotten the run around from the manager "Matt" if that's his real name , I've been given like 4 names. Also they have had like 3 locations in the past two years so that tells you something about them.. maybe trying to hide.. manager refuses to help or give contact info of the owner.. please be aware..

These people are very quick to business because they are very unfair. They sold me a car for a car they said had the same value as the one I traded them. Since then I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this vehicle because they lied about the value of their vehicle and did not maintain their vehicle. I promise you most of the rest are not that reliable. Worst thing about it these people actually knew me. Denise and Matt are their names. They scammed me for thousands of dollars

Bought a 2007 bmw for 8k i owe 6 and find out that the car ain’t worth but 3,000 dollars from another dealership.. my down payment pretty much paid it off cash and i owe 6k more on it. It over heated and smelt burnt the next day and we live 2 hours away to even take it back. Won’t do trade ins and no other dealership want the raggedy car totally fooled me..nothing but lemon cars!!! My down payment could have put me in a 2015 somewhere else. I hate this. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

My wife and I visited PC Auto Sales and had a wonderful experience we purchased a 2013 BMW 750i within a matter of minutes. No this is not a buy here pay here dealership. They get you approve at major banks and credit unions in a reasonable amount of time without a long wait.The experience at PC Auto Sales was awesome and encourage everyone they should stop by and give them a chance before making your next purchase.

Back once again , I took my 07 Infiniti G35 back too them for the repairs ... and whatever their mechaninc so called fix caused me too have to get an new engine, which I think he used A “Slick50/No Smoke” Product and caused my engine to clog now I’m getting no calls back from these guys or anything ‼️ Their a rip off and I wouldn’t buy a dog a bone from here !!!! BBB ASAP

I bet you guys won’t sell another car y’all won’t repsond to my reviews but you know y’all did me filthy 1800 + 250 + spark plugs , O2 sensors , Camshaft sensors , gas to Jacksonville every other day , and quarts of oil every other day later ‼️ My car still not 2 months old from you guys ‼️ DONT SHOP HERE Oh forgot Labor from mechanics also

Matt and Denise are true professionals. I needed a car fast they got me approved and the next day they stayed late to do all the paperwork and I drove off that night. Denise even took care of the DMV stuff for me! If you are looking to get a nice car at a fair price go see Matt and Denise they will hook you up. Thanks a bunch guys

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. DO NOT, I repeat, DON'T NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE VEHICLE. You will be highly disappointed. I returned the first vehicle they gave me only to receive another vehicle that did not hold up either. Very bad business. VERY. You've been warned.

Never answers the phone. Very hard to contact. I played phone tag for over a week before I could get in and look at the car I was interested in. I do not recommend anyone go here to buy a car. The car I looked at was great though it had a check engine light on.
