Best experience I have ever had at a dealership that's including new car dealers. Mike is the man and he is very easy to work with. I bought a 2010 ridgeline and he seems to only sell quality used cars. My mechanic noticed a small leak from the radiator and probably wasn't a big deal. But knowing I was buying a high mileage vehicle we were able to meet in the middle and he has able to have his trusted mechanic install a new radiator. Long story short if you find a car that you want and express your intent, Mike and his team is willing to make it happen. Prices are pretty firm but they are listed usually at a good deal. Low pressures sales environment and I felt like I was the one putting the pressure more so then the dealer. What a refreshing experience. Like I said you cannot go wrong with this used dealership and customer service is top notch. If I am ever needing another used car, which I might be in the market for another I know I'll come looking at his lot first. Good people and Mike is so easy to work with. Excellent car-buying experience! I rarely write reviews, but I know it can be a little nerve-wracking to buy a car from a used car-dealership. You can feel confident buying here! We just bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The price was extremely fair and the vehicle is just what we were looking for and within our budget. The best part of this experience was that Mike took care of everything related to the car very efficiently and went above and beyond to make it easy for us (getting needed info to our bank quickly, sending in the request for the licence plates to the DMV for us, etc.). He was friendly, flexible and quick to respond to all texts. When we picked up our vehicle it had been freshly cleaned, washed, and had a full tank of gas. We would definitely buy another vehicle here in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I have a horrible experience with this car company. First off, my car wasnt even pulled out and ready. Had to wait almost an hour after doing paperwork to take it home. Second, my temporary permit only lasts 21 days and every time I need a new one, I have to call and text several times, for days and days. Until i lose my patience and ask for the boss. Then i get my permit. I was late for work and had to wait 2 days past my permit date to actually get it. I took my car into a mechanic and they said that the car company spray painted over the work that needed done instead of 1. Fixing it or 2. Telling me it had issues before i bought it. So now i have thousands of dollars worth of work to put into my car. Just overall not a good place to buy a car.

Best car buying experience I've had by far. Mike is a super cool guy, he makes it all feel so easy and safe. I bought an 08 Subaru impreza WRX and I couldn't be happier. It had some issues with the oil pan and some hose fittings and Mike payed for almost 100% of the cost to get it towed and fixed.
