This isn’t the first time I’ve visited this place, specially with my family which I’m able to claim with Medicare but they said they do prefer using our health insurance first time sure okay but the second time I said no because the amount they charged for my 2 kids they wasn’t very fond with our decision. After having to go and visit because my with had cracked her teeth, the bigger female dentist wasn’t very pleasant and got annoyed that after injecting and numbing gel that she was in middle of grinding her teeth down that the dentist got annoyed that she even said it to my wife that it’s so frustrating that that my wife was still in pain after being numbed and needles altogether 7 times and if they knew what they was doing they wouldn’t need to use so much product and then she choose to put up with the pain. Just so she could hurry up and get out of the door, she doesn’t plan to set foot in this store again after her experience they didn’t even do a proper job especially being out of pocket near $400 plus insurance which was $600 being ripped off. I went in today usually I go in for cleaning and checkup but after today being degraded by the other thin female dentist about me lying about my last visit when it was at the same location, I went in as an emergency checkup from extremely bad pain over the weekend then to be felt like I was a dirty grub that I don’t clean my teeth properly and after having a clean 2 months ago that it’s so hard to believe and that my cleaning habits she wasn’t nice altogether I went for a check up for the pain which they wasn’t experienced enough to do the work and to push me elsewhere but happy to accept money. Each time they do over change for every thing we get done there not only for my kids.. I’m not sure if I’ll be interested in going back to this clinic they are money hungry and try to claim as much as they can even being out of pocket and checking the receipts not enough makes sense, things that wasn’t done for some reason had been listened Both ladies there need to lower there high horse, they are getting paid not to be treated like lowlifes. They shouldn’t even treat people this way altogether, being rude and disrespectful won’t have people leaving negative feedbacks like this. I will be looking more into other locations and after reading more into the reviews on here it’s best that you give customers with the respect the way they treat you with respect. It might be some pointers your clinic should read and pull up your socks!.. your not above us all

I’ve had three visits within 5 days and 2 out of 3 visits were awful. On Sunday 21st at 4pm, I had an emergency visit with Dentist Singh and expressed the extreme pain I was in: unbearable, sharp and constant, I even showed him the location of the pain. After doing an X-ray, he dismissed me and said he couldn’t see anything wrong. He didn’t even check the area with his own equipment or eyes, and told me to go home and come back if the pain persists. I booked the appointment as an emergency because the pain had been persisting for a few days prior. On Tuesday I came back at 9am as the pain had worsened and asked to see a different dentist, Sarah, who upon checking my teeth, immediately told me my molar was completely cracked and must be extracted. The extraction was the most painful and traumatic experience. I had a nurse hold my head down, while the anaesthesia did not provide enough numbness. After the extraction, I asked for antibiotics due to the trauma and was not prescribed anything and was told it would be fine. Today, the pain has not subsided and I’ve rebooked with Dr. George who had a look and advised there had been an infection in the area and finally was gentle enough to numb the area, clean it and prescribe me some antibiotics. My frustration is in the service provided and had the initial dentist bothered to do his job on Sunday, this issue wouldn’t have lingered until today, with three visits later to resolve the problem. All of my suggestions were ignored when I pointed to the pain, asked for an explanation of the risk of an infection (it was an awful extraction where they cut my gums and yanked my tooth several times) causing trauma to the area. If you do choose to go here, ask for Dentist George. I definitely won’t be coming back here for any procedures other than a simple clean.

Me and my husband so upset after have a bad appointment with DR SINGH and HALIA( reception girls ) ( 11/12/2021): NO CARE with patients and customer, really BAD service, we feel like they are cheating and try to took our money, wasted a lot of time we will never... never ...come back again. We have appointment at 2:30 and they call us to reschedule at 11:30 and we accept this time. When discussion appointment we did told HALIA that we did have deep clean and check up, Xray last week with our special list and He told me that I need to filling some tooth and we want to book for FILLING as you are our member choice with private insurance and HALIA told me that They still need check up before filling and we accept this as HALIA. Its nearly Christmas and I need get my teeth done before Christmas as she told me that they can do it in the same day that why we come to them although we live far away. After cleaning with dr SINGH( still dirty that I am feeling and see) We come to filling and now they told us they can’t do it. If they can’t do it they need to tell us before they did check up and clean x ray we come to filling as discussed when we book appointment.( I did got the clean checkup and x ray last week with my special list) and I did it again today as advice from doctors that we need checkup before we filling. Are they cheating? Try to took $223 today and asked us come back another day with another doctor or next month with this doctor. If they do not have time to do it so why didn’t tell us and still accept appointments?

I visited this dentist for the first time today and I will NEVER be going back again. I went in for a clean which should have cost around $100. I walked out paying $232 because the dentist figured that as I was using a no gap health insurance, he would make the most of it. He decided that I needed an xray. He didn't tell me that's what I needed. Just shoved something in my mouth and told me as he was setting the machine next to my face and didn't give me the opportunity to say no. He then did the clean I was there to get. It literally took him 10 minutes. Most of that time he was stabbing my gums and not getting in between my teeth. When he was finished, he coated my teeth with foamy stuff and then told me it was a fluoride treatment. Again, not giving me the chance to say no. I didn't have enough on my health insurance to cover the extras he decided to do without my consent so I am now over $100 out of pocket due to this greedy dentist. I do not recommend going to this dentist at all. All this clinic cares about is making money and not about their patients. My teeth do not feel any cleaner and I am now having to go and book another appointment with a better dentist and have to be more out of pocket coz this guy couldn't do his job properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!

I want to thank the clinic for the wonderful dentist (Dr. Sama) who treated m6 children! From start to finish, our experience with this dentist was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and made the children feel at ease from the moment we walked into the clinic. Throughout the appointment, Dr.Sama displayed a high level of expertise and professionalism. She was patient and gentle with the children, explaining each step of the process in a way that was easy for them to understand. She also took the time to answer any questions we had and provided helpful advice for maintaining good oral hygiene at home. One thing that really stood out was how Dr.Sama went above and beyond to create a fun and positive environment for the children. She had a great sense of humor and used creative techniques to make the experience enjoyable for the kids, even incorporating prizes to keep them engaged. Overall, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. She truly exceeded my expectations and made what could have been a stressful experience for my kids into a positive and memorable one. Thank you so much for providing such exceptional care for my family!

I would give zero stars if there was a choice. So pathetic service. The dentist totally does not know her job and they just want to make extra money for doing unnecessary xray. Took my daughter for tooth extraction and the dentist took almost 1 hour just to extract 1 tooth. So unprofessional. My daughter was supposed to get 2 tooth extracted but this dentist injected both side to make it numb and after extracting 1 she said she has another patient and went to attend that patient. How can you leave a current patient and attend the other when we paying you the full amount of bill. After attending the other patient for half an hour, she came again and said that she cannot extract the other tooth today because it is 5pm and they are closing down. What the hell is this. This simply shows that the dentist doesn’t know her job. If she had to extract 1 tooth then why did she inject both sides to make it numb. I would advise people please don’t go to this clinic at watergarden otherwise you will regret later. If you don’t believe me check the comments from other people. So pathetic. I am not going there again. No more.

If i could give 0 stars I would. My mum booked an appointment online for 8:30. We had walked in at around 7:40 to ask if there was any chance we could get an earlier appointment. The receptionist looked at us and sarcastically said “there’s no chance you would have got an appointment at 8:30, not with us, the clinic closes at 8” with a grin. Then when my mum went to pull out the confirmation the receptionist said there was an error in the system again , with a grin. Then just kept telling us to rebook. Being someone who manages in customer service , there should have been confirmation calls to clients if something like this happens to avoid disappointment. If we had rocked up on time to see that the dental clinic was closed are we expected to just go back home and have our time wasted? The receptionist was not empathetic at all and said everything with a smirk on her face. A receptionist is the first point of contact with customers and gives an impression on the business. Train them to do better. I would not let my staff talk and look at customers the way ur receptionist did to my mum and i today.

This clinic is only recommended for just dental cleaning and taking X-rays Dentists at this clinic are not professional and well experienced to do the complex tasks like tooth extraction and filling . I have had several bad experiences with them , however I still went back just because it is close to my home. But now I completely cut off this clinic as I had to approach different clinics for the same work as they actually have done terrible work on my tooth. For example , the filling came off just after the next day, giving wrong information on tooth , at another occasion the dentist himself recommended me to go to another clinic. I would not recommend anyone Dr. Kanwaljith Singh ( was not able to do the filling job as I had to go to another dentist who did a prefect job on the same teeth. He was not ready to listen patients, just arguing and being arrogant) and Dr. Hala . The patients need more quality and reliable work up to a certain standard when they actually pay for.

Dr. Hala Al- Janaby, she is incredibly talented. Wonderful service, full of patience. Today we went for cavity filling for my 7 years daughter with special need. The way Dr. Hala and Nurse Shohreh manage to do the procedure was beyond our expectations. The way they both were engaging and diverting my child was very impressive. We were not expecting it that easy but Doctor is incredible.A very big thank you to both for doing a wonderful job. Even my child is more than happy and keep saying “i like new dentist “ It’s really hard to find child friendly doctors, who should be patient with kids, as we had some bad experience in past, but we feel lucky to find Dr. Hala Great job guys and thumbs up, I will definitely recommend pacific Smiles to everyone

I had initially come here for some emergency dental work - my usual dentist wasn’t open on a Sunday. After meeting Dr Hala and her wonderful assistant Freshte, I had decided that this is where I will be going from now on. Dr Hala has a very patient centered approach. She’s very gentle and thoroughly explains the entire procedure taking place ensuring you know exactly what’s going on. She makes well thought out decisions, based exactly on your needs. I have now had 3 fillings and a crown done here. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. Gurav on reception is a superstar! Well done team. Thank you for making the visit to the dentist a more pleasant experience. Keep up the wonderful work!

Absolutely amazing service and very reasonable prices. Dr Singh is an amazing dentist, I have always had confidence issues with my smile, due to a gap in my front 2 top teeth and very pronounced canine teeth. Dr Singh corrected this problem for me through bonding and Cabrera, now my front top gap in gone, the canine teeth are now capped and my front 4 top teeth look great, I am proud to smile, and this was all done for a low price. The dental assistants and admin staff including Gurav, Shivi and other staff are very friendly, professional, caring and take the time to give you a good conversation.

Dr Hala and team at Caroline Springs are simply wonderful. Dr Hala is thorough, explains everything so clearly, she’s extremely gentle and constantly checking to make sure you are ok throughout the dental examination. I just by chance happened to have my first visit with Dr Hala and feel as though I have found the best dentist in the west. Today was my second visit and for someone who’s not a fan of going to the dentist, she is extremely calm and makes you feel at ease the whole way through. The admin staff are lovely too. So glad I have finally found a wonderful dentist and dental clinic.

Dr Jorge is the best dentist in town, hands down. I have seen my fair share of dentists and Dr Jorge is the only one who really took time to listen to my dental history with interest, give me a range of options explaining the pros and cons of each, and work within my budget - with no pressure to decide right there and then. I felt very at ease and would highly recommend him for all the work I had done: cleans, fillings and and veneer implants (which by the way were absolutely worth every penny). I am now able to smile confidently for the first time in 15 years!

Not so great ..... given a dental voucher and well was unable to use it due to some issues, later it was extended + approved to be used, their reception checked it for approval then call me to say ok come in for a tooth extraction, When l arrived they said no you cannot use your voucher as the receptionist failed to record she rang the GOV DENTAL OFFICE for extended approval and you do not have a letter but she called DENTAL GOV and my voucher was oked by DENTAL GOV. They said pay full amount and claim nothing. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL INDEED !!!

When I called for quotes, admin answered all of my questions regarding the process, costs and alternative options for treatment. Upon arrival, the atmosphere felt so clean! I was seen promptly at my booking time, no waiting around. Dr. George performed an excellent job and was even able to book me again for later in the day for further treatment. Every staff member was courteous, professional, very informative and treated me with care. They will be my go to dentist from now on for me and my family. Also, they offer Afterpay which is fantastic!

I was referred to Dr Hala by my daughter who was also seeing her. My daughter knew that I have issues with going to the dentist. When visiting Dr Hala, I explained my issue, she listened and was absolutely understanding, wonderful and patient in dealing with it, no rushing and very caring. I visited here on the 20/11/21. The receptionist was professional. I called up to ask if there is any appointments. I was told to come in at 9.30am. Arrived to register my details. Moments later I was inside. Dentist is professional. Thoroughly explained to me about my situation with the cost, procedure about the tooth I had enquired about. I had one of my tooth extracted. The process was calm, dealt professionally and left satisfied. I would recommend this dentist 5/5

Dr Halla is the best dentist I have encountered. Sadly she was on maternity leave and I was assigned to another dentist Dr Singh. I requested my husband to cancel his appointment after my encounter with the dentist and receptionist who were both unprofessional. The fluoride was poorly applied in large lumps that were difficult to remove when brushed. We were made to wait for 50 minutes without any apology for the delay. Not the same standard without Dr Halla.

Best experience with a dentist that iv ever had . Dr Singh was Polite , caring , knowledgeable and honest He was constantly reassuring me through out my procedure that everything was going good and I was doing great . Very very nice dentist The ladies at reception are also super personable and friendly they were about to fit me in last minute . And any questions I had they answered straight away Would definitely return to this dentist .

I had always been scared of dentists, specially in Australia - considering their costs. Due to the excruciating pain in my Wisdom tooth I ended up booking an appointment with Dr. SARA. To my surprise my dental experience went thoroughly pleasant. As the doctor was extremely caring and nice. I had my Wisdom tooth out in less than 30 minutes. With a simple and pain free procedure. Above all it wasn’t as pricey as it can be with dentals.

I visited Pacific Smiles, Caroline Springs this morning as I needed to have a check up and clean! This was my first time visiting this dental clinic and I was so happy with the service! The friendly staff looked after my 9 month old while I had my procedure done and they even gave her her first toothbrush when we left! The dentist was efficient and my teeth feel so clean!! Super happy with this dental clinic!

Dr. Vanessa Rialp was very thorough in her procedures, very light hands, didn't feel pain during my appointment. She explained next steps and options and made sure I will make a correct decision myself. She is not pushy like the others. I think she is the only Filipino dentist across all the branches of Pacific Smiles which is good for the Filo community that has dental cover.

My wife had a tooth pulled $290 Including an xray, she was told she needs several fillings total cost will be $1,400. I called and asked how much for fillings told they start from $200 + $67 consulting fee. Went to a recommended dentist in Keilor. Only 4 fillings required. The dentist at Pacific must have had blurred vision to see an extra 3 cavities lol Never Again there

First time client and had the worst experience ever. Had my tooth pulled out and the tooth broke and some was left inside, the dentist tried pulling it out for over an hour to only tell me she is too tired to continue and tells me to book another appointment to get the rest out. I am in so much pain I am traumatised and I would not recommend this place to anyone

I would like to give 0 star if i can, Bad service, I have been there 7 times and 4 times have had to wait an hour following my appointment time. Today I called to cancel all of my appointments, and after the staff had taken my details to cancel the appointments, they did not ask any questions, they just hung the phone up. that so rude!!!

I went to Pacific dental in January for regular check ups for my two sons. When they do Medicare charges claiming they have charged to my other son who didn’t get any treatment on that day. I notified the issue to them and they promised will fix the issue and notify Medicare. But now it’s almost May still they haven’t fix the issue

Very good experience here. Staff very friendly and professional and Manager Supriya was lovely. They gave me costings before all procedures and confirmed pricing before going ahead. I was there for my young daughter and the dentist was very caring and constantly made sure she was ok. We will be back with the rest of the family.

i just recently went to Pacific Smiles to Dr.Singh and I had an excellent advice along with cavity treatment done there. He was very meticulous in his job which helped me ease my tension and worry. I then made another appointment for the next day and when I visited the clinic, I was told that the dentist is not available now and that have to reschedule the appointment.

My partner and I have visited here twice each now, and every time we are so impressed by the team. They are careful, they explain what they are doing, they provide options and they are always gentle. The front office team are also lovely and so helpful. We couldn't speak more highly of the these guys.

My experience with one of their Doctor was terrible.. She made the filling too high which caused a severe pain.. this mistake cause me going through root canal treatment :( When I returned to the clinic she told sorry I tried my best and there are possible complications! Please avoid them if you can.

I am visiting this clinic follow my husband and kids. My first visit when I was pregnant, and we are happy to make this clinic as our regular dental treatment. The team are great and helpful. The clinical rooms are clean and sterilised. Highly recommended this to the neighbourhood and surrounding.

I tried them first time, left them with disappointment and worst experience. Booked an appointment for 3 year old of 11 am, got there on time, receptionist told us to wait for 10-15 minutes which turned into 75 minutes wait. No respect for customers time.

Dr Saloni Kataria was fantastic and so was the dental assistant. Front desk were cheerful and very helpful. Going the dentist is always a reluctant journey but it has to be done. When it has to be done again I will be going back to Pacific Smiles.
