Was a good place to go didn't go for a few years didn't know they lost there bupa preferred status then today left work early to get a call 20 mins before the appointment that there system is down and can not see any patients would of thought u could still deal with thing but guess they don't trust there customers to pay later. After rescheduling for another appointment after I had to follow up with them they then try to cancel my appointment this place is such a joke start a root canal and keep cancelling the temp filling is starting to fall out if this tooth. do not I repeat do not bother going here unless it is for something so basic it's a 1 time appointment. Update number 2 after going again after they tried to cancel my appointment again the dentist then said they can not do anything today and would get me to see another dentist. As I work Monday to Friday I can only attend on weekends the dentist that they then tried to get me to see only has 1-weekend appointment left before they go on leave and will only be working weekdays. The best bit about all that is they then charge me for the dentist to tell me he won't do anything the way this clinic is run does not bring a smile and makes me lose faith in pacific smile

I’m very disappointed,in fact furious. Was contacted 2 days ago to reschedule my appointment due to COVID.When l stated l would prefer to have my treatment done as ld organised the time off work,the Receptionist rescheduled my appointment to 10.50,some 1 hour & 20 minutes later. I was also told ld be in the chair no longer than 30 minutes as l had a later appointment elsewhere. On arrival l had my temperature taken & filled in the required COVID information . The Dentist asked me in & directed me to Room 4.I thought it odd that there were 2 assistants waiting in the room. I was asked to sit in the treatment chair then told that l couldn’t have my filling done. I explained that ld taken the time off work & would be hard to organise further time in the near future.The Dentist replied “you were told over the phone that your filling couldn’t be done!” If it was steadfast that my treatment couldn’t be done,why did the Receptionist reschedule for the later time?Why advise me that the treatment would only take 30 minutes?Why have me fill in the COVID paperwork?Why not ring me prior to my appointment to say my treatment could definitely not be done?? Very very poor service and communication. You’ve lost this patient!

Took my 5 yr old here recently, the reception staff were lovely, unfortunately i felt the dentist rushed us through our appointment, she did not show empathy for my child's fear of dentist , and was not a good experience, we then did our follow up appointment with another company for the procedures needed, were we received a much better experience needed for children!!! Unfortunately i do not recommend pacific smiles for younge children as they did not deliever - friendliess, education on tools and procedures (just started sticking thier hands and tools in his mouth without permission or explanation) and most of all lack of patience for scared boy. Not to mention the fee they charge to pay with eftpos was unessasary We will sadly not be returning.

Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and no issues until recently. Had a wisdom tooth extraction which I was told would only cost me $250, was in the chair for almost an hour and a half, numbing wearing off, in excruciating pain. Dentist looked like she had no idea what she was doing. Went to pay… $450 later. 3 days go by still in excruciating pain, the dentist said if I needed to come back it would be free of charge. Had to make another appointment due to dry socket, and again walk out having to pay an additional $80. That’s a total of $530 for nothing but issues. Any other dentist I would’ve gone to would not of charged for a check up fee. Will never be coming back again. Don’t waste your time.

Highly recommending Pacific Smiles Cranbourne. I was in so much pain, no problems with making an appointment. Met with Dr Shah who was super gental and empathetic. Dr Shah explained everything perfectly in a way I could understand. I had to have an extraction which I was super nervous about but she did it so beautifully and quickly. Dr Shah you are amazing and I truly appreciate the way you made me feel so at ease. I have very minimal after pain which is also a first. The ladies at reception are super friendly and very helpful, like nothing is a problem. Very reasonable cost and they have after pay. Thank you so much.

Probably the worst dentist I have ever seen . Took an elderly family member for a check up.a month after she had a bridge done elsewhere because she was having some pain.the dentist who attended to her told her that that she will have to remove the bridge and extract the affected teeth.a procedure that costs over $2000 and she will lose both teeth.lucky for us we decided to go for a second opinion and the dentist upon check up told her that it is an inflammation and prescribed antibiotics and in 5 days she was ok and her teeth were saved. Do not recommend Pacific smiles dentist Cranbourne at all .

Was so nervous going in as had a really traumatic experience else where. But the dentist was so professional explained worst case scenario and took her time. I have pretty deep roots so other dentists have complained about extraction being difficult--but she didn't even make it a big deal. Having my records transferred here-- thank you so much!! From receptionist/nurse and especially the dentist. Sorry forgot your name was so excited to get out lol.. Young Asian small lady dentist..wish I'd given you the biggest hug. Dr. Raman did an amazing job. I had initially went to get scaling and cleaning done on my teeth. But she advised to get x-ray as she noticed issue on couple of my teeth. But I wasn’t sure if I was covered by insurance, so she got it double checked and advised that I can. She advised that 2 of my teeth need further attention. She advised preventative care for 1 of my teeth and filling for one. I have had 3 fillings in my mouth and without doubt this was the best filling and best perfect experience I have had . Perfect!!! I highly recommend Dr Raman!

I saw two seperate dentists here who both seemed lovely but stuffed my teeth. One didnt do a root canal properly and its still infected now. Second gave me such a large filling and took away most of my tooth enamel leaving leaving me in immense pain leaving no choice but to remove the nerve.. thus needing a root canal now and crown which likely can't happen as the tooth has no structure from a dodgy shaped filling and grinding half of my tooth down . Its a molar too so a via tooth. Wish I had never gone there and will not be back..

I been going to this place from last few years. I saw three dentist here two of three those three are good. Third one was ok. However today was my worst experience with store it self. I had appointment booked for 5pm, went there, I been told that I don't have any appointments with them. Later she told me as dentist is not working today. Thanks for wasting my time and your efforts to update me about cancelation of appointment.. The worst thing no body bothered to reschedule...

Baz Ghosh is a great dentist and extremely knowledgeable. Talked with me all the way through the process and shows great care to you as a patient. He clearly shows extreme diligence & loves his job, the passion definitely shows. He did great work on my teeth and I could not be happier with the result. Had a basic molar extracted today at the Cranbourne clinic. It cost me $376 which i was told before proceeding, extraction took only a few minutes to come out in one whole piece no drama. Price wise it was a bit of a shock (i had no idea one tooth could cost so much) but the job was flawless and completely pain free. Staff was so nice too. I am not trying to say this clinic is expensive as i do not know what other clinics charge?! Just giving the viewer a guide.

If you're feeling nervous about going to a new dentist like I always have been then book in to see Dr Shah. She is absolutely amazing! So kind, friendly, professional and definitely knows her dentistry. She will walk you through everything, give you lots of breaks and always makes sure you're ok through the whole process regardless of how basic a procedure is! Dear Pacific smiles, Give Dr Shah a promotion please!

Our family saw Nishma for our check up and clean. It was our four year olds first time at the dentist and Nishma took the time to get him comfortable with all of the equipment and the chair. He enjoyed the entire experience and is looking forward to his next visit. Nishma was very gentle with our cleans and we were very happy with the results. We will definitely be coming back to see Nishma moving forward.

I’ve always been nervous going into new dentist so i was a little sceptical booking at a new place... the First time was for a clean and baz had my teeth looking BRAND NEW. He then booked me in to get 2 of my wisdom teeth removed, he got them both out in under 10 minutes with such care, he constantly asks if you’re doing ok and always talks through what he is doing. Highly recommended

I've been twice here and found it excellent both times. First time it was for my mother and second time for myself. I went there for an emergency in each occasion and the two dentists who attended us did their job very well. Great communication, service and results. I was afraid as it was the first time in both cases but there's nothing to complain about! I do recommend these guys!

Have found a great dentist in Barry at Cranbourne. Got an honest and understanding rundown on my teeth and am happy with the plan he has devised with me. He gave me options on my teeth and am so happy about that. My experience has previously been you will have this or nothing at great expense. Found a caring dentist at last. Thanks Barry. Dr.Geeta and her team was amazing for my kids first dental checkup. Dr.Geeta made sure that she explained everything prior to each step of the dental checkup which made my kids reassured. The doctor was very approachable and made sure to answer all questions that I had. Lastly, the dental nurse/assistant with Dr.Geeta was very kind and helpful to my kids. Great team work!!

I went to dental today to checkup my broken tooth. BUT Doctor said better remove the tooth.i was so scary and panicked even I started cry.Doctor was so gentle and caring me and checking on me asking me am I ok ?? So patently without any pain he did a good job removed my tooth. Thank you lot for caring me Doctor and his assitent.She is such lovely human too.

Dr Shah really exceeded my expectations! She has such a warm personality and really puts you at ease. I was super impressed when she managed to pull a really bad tooth I had in one piece. I just loved how she very clearly explained the process and took the time to discuss future dental work in detail and what to expect. I'll be back

12/04/22, 10.18am: Not happy with the receptionist who took my call this morning. Rushing the conversation and talking over me. Sounded very impatient. Very different from my experience when I visited on 08/04/22. The receptionist then and dentist (Dr Nishma Shah) were so lovely; very good customer service. I highly recommend Dr N Shah.

I've had a clean and check up here every 6 months for years, however each time was a new dentist. Just recently found out I have advanced gum disease that should have been detected years ago. How was this not picked up in all my past check ups? It did not happen overnight. Zero stars, do not come here if you want professional care!

Dr Vajpayee is professional, kind, reassuring, and friendly. I put off going to the dentist for 2 years because of chronic health issues. Dr Vajpayee was able to work around my needs and I recommend her with no hesitation. The support staff and nurses have all been kind and friendly, but Dr Vajpayee is an absolute star!

First visit to Pacifi smiles dental, excellent customer service. Only for check up, xray and cleaning..treatment was very good . Good products used. But very expensive for a first timer. $237.80. Estimate was not given prior. Would have definitely visited if the rates were Better. I felt I paid more compared to market.

Hi everyone, booked online via health engine for a morning appointment a couple of days prior. Got notifications and reminders of my appointment. Got to the clinic on appointment date and no scheduled appointment on their system for me. Highly inconvenient and disappointing. So very poor service delivered.

Dr Gupta was absolutely amazing. My daughter (11 years old) had to get a baby tooth pulled out. Dr Gupta was absolutely wonderful and kept asking my daughter if she was ok and telling her how brave she was. She was so caring and compassionate towards my daughter. I highly recommend her!

Very disappointed, very concerned about the experience that our daughter had while being treated at this clinic, wrote an email listing our concerns and have heard nothing, poor experience and poor follow up. I’ve now emailed the below email address twice and have not had any response!

Fantastic service. From the first phone call the receptionist was really helpful and went out of her way to assist. Dentist was great. Explained every step. Talked through various solutions and offered quotes for all suggestions she provided.

Open on weekends with an online booking system, and they were very good about fitting me in for an emergency. Ravi was very gentle and professional. Having a dentist you feel confident with is essential, and I can happily say I've found one.

Had my wisdom tooth extraction here 2 months ago. The procedure was professional. I had to visit several times for reviewing the progress. Dr. Ravi taken care of it well. Also service at reception was good. Recommend to anyone

Got my chipped tooth done it chipped after two weeks so had to get it redone and it’s chipped again this is ridiculous it shouldn’t be breaking that easily they obviously aren’t doing it properly do not recommend

The receptionist staff are friendly and accomodating. The dental doctor and the nurse are friendly and every time I go for an appointment they always give me a proper answer and a good advice.

If you answered your phones I may have gave u a 4 but -10 cause you can't even answer your phones therefore I can't call you to book an emergency appointment as I've been awake for 2 days.

Attended today first time to visit the dentist in over 6yrs Dr Vincent Huynh was great and very thorough the best result of the day was ultra clean feeling teeth and no cavities were found

It's an amazing place to be. Wonderful team and excellent staff. Dr Mikki is extraordiary. She is very kind, gentle, respectful, polite and has great sense of humour.

Dr Nishma is a wonderful dentist and makes you feel so comfortable she is absolutely fantastic with my children and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The dentist I saw was nice but not overly knowledgeable. Staff at the reception are a bit rude and prices are really high considering its in Cranbourne.

Dr. Wu is pleasant and does the procedure very efficiently, I highly recommend her services, unfortunately she is only available on a Thursday.

In general this practice is great, I have had one negative experience but it wasnt enough to make me want/need to find a new service provider.

Dr Ravi saved my tooth when another Dentist just wanted to rip it out. They may be a bit expensive but you get what you pay for.
