My wife and I are moving to the area in the very near future and while I am in town working she has been reaching out to realtors from home in NC. She was in town this weekend to take our Autistic daughter to tour a school that specializes in children with autism. The meeting unfortunately ran a little late and was unexpectantly unable to make the appointment with Pete. My wife sent a text and let Pete know that she wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. Immediately he calls and barrages my teenage son who answered the phone and asks, “what could possible be so important for your mother to miss an appointment with ME?” My teenage son explained to Pete why and he responds by laughing at my son and says “good luck finding anyone to sell you people a house!” And promptly hung up the phone. We then received a message that we were not going to be allowed access to him or his properties. Unfortunately I was not informed about this interaction between a man that is supposed to be a professional and my wife and teenage son until much later and I will tell you that I am not at all pleased. I reached out to Pete several times via phone and text and have yet to hear back. I expect a return phone call as you have the number Pete. If this is the way you are going to treat a woman and child without the husband around, I would highly recommend seeking housing elsewhere. I will continue this review after I hear back from Pete. I would imagine the conversation is going to go quite a bit differently with me. At this moment I would not recommend this realtor or this company.

From start to finish Pete and his team made the selling of my house a breeze. Pacifico Properties had been the property manager for my house for the past 6 years and it was the best decision I could’ve made. The thing that set Pete apart was that anytime he notified me of any repairs/issues with my property, he also had a solution available at the same time. It made owning a house while living on the other side of the country almost stress free. When it came time to sell my house, Pete made time immediately to talk me through the process and he got the ball rolling right after I decided I was going to try and sell. I love the Tenant Portal where you can pay your rent, submit a maintenance request, and review all previous payments and requests. Someone from his company will reach out to you within a day of submitting a maintenance request. The quickness in which this company responds to emails/texts is extremely impressive. The move-out process was super easy. No surprises as everything is already explained in full detail in the lease, and you have access to your statement of all monies owed and paid. Peter came highly recommended to us for Property Management services. He completed a thorough market review on renting out our property vs selling our property. Due to market conditions, we chose to sell and used him as our realtor. Peter was extremely professional and true to his word on every matter. While the market history in our neighborhood indicated a certain price point for our property, Peter did his due diligence in ensuring we did not leave money on the table after all of the improvements we made on the property. Absolutely love pacifico properties! As a renter its not always easy dealing with companies but wow pacifico properties is the BEST!! Our AC recently went out due to the crazy hot temps and of course it went out on a weekend… peter went over and beyond to make sure it was fixed in UNDER 24 hours!!! All after hours weekend work too!! Work orders are done quickly, Communication is phenomenal and everyone we have spoken too, peter especially, have been nothing but wonderful.

Intentionally held an agreed upon and signed contract due to another offer coming in just to create a bidding situation.
